Incredible moment shark battles stingray as shocked beachgoers watch on from the shore
The nail-biting brawl was captured by a tourist off Panama City Beach along Florida's Gulf coast on July 31.

A dozen shark bites are recorded each year in the Sunshine State, with the last fatal attack reported in 2010.
Footage shared online shows the shark's fin jutting out of the water as it creeps menacingly towards the stingray.
Meanwhile, crowds are seen gathering around the shore to catch a better look, as one person shouts: "Oh my God, is it eating it?"
Just metres away, the gargantuan stingray breaks the waves' surface with its glistening fin.
After tussling in the sea, the pair appear to swim off in separate directions.
According to biologists, it's not uncommon for sharks and stingrays to interact.
Some shark species also mistake swimmers for prey - sometimes leading to fatal incidents.
Earlier this month, a surfer was mauled by a shark at New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Lifeguards sprang into action and fellow surfers used a leash to act as a tourniquet.
Speaking from his hospital bed, Bender recalled the horror.
'I felt it clamp down like a bear trap out of nowhere,' he told the outlet.
'I never saw the shark, but it bit really forcefully. It felt like electricity.'
He revealed he was squeezing the area left mangled by the shark bite.
Bender had to undergo surgery but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
This comes as a woman from Las Vegas was left seriously injured after a shark sank its teeth into her during her first-ever trip to the state.
The terrifying attack happened on May 27 in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, just south of Pompano Beach.
Emily Ross was snorkeling in waist-deep water when she spotted the animal's tail.
"I was just wandering around looking at the fish, and then I saw the tail of the shark," she told Fox affiliate KVVU-TV.

He said Maxwell spoke with Blanche about '100 different people' related to Epstein's child sexual trafficking ring.

‘I am not some pawn in your political warfare:' Epstein victim rips government's handling of files release
A victim of Jeffrey Epstein has condemned what they called the Trump administration's 'political warfare' in its handling of government files on the late convicted sex offender as the Justice Department pushes for the release of grand jury transcripts in his New York federal case. Epstein was a wealthy financier who died in a New York City jail in 2019 while awaiting trial for federal sex trafficking charges. He had been accused of sexually abusing dozens of underage girls. About a decade earlier, Epstein pleaded guilty to Florida state charges of soliciting and procuring a minor for prostitution. Early last month, the DOJ and FBI came out with a memo stating there was no so-called client list of powerful people who may have partaken in Epstein's crimes; it also said Epstein did, in fact, die by suicide, and 'no further disclosure [of information regarding Epstein] would be appropriate or warranted.' The memo sparked backlash, notably from Trump's own base, as it left many unanswered questions and concerns the government may be covering up materials that would be of interest to the public. Trump then asked Attorney General Pam Bondi to 'produce any and all pertinent' grand jury testimony from the investigations into Epstein, 'subject to Court approval,' citing the 'ridiculous amount of publicity' over them. A Florida judge quickly denied the DOJ's request but the feds' bid in New York is still being considered. Victims in the New York case were asked to respond to the DOJ's request and two of them did so in court documents filed Monday. Both were unnamed as is their right to remain anonymous. One Epstein survivor wrote to District Judge Richard Berman, 'Dear United States, I wish you would have handled and would handle the whole 'Epstein Files' with more respect towards and for the victims. I am not some pawn in your political warfare.' 'What you have done and continue to do is eating at me day after day as you help to perpetuate this story indefinitely. Why not be completely transparent? Show us all the files with only the necessary redactions! Be done with it and allow me/us to heal,' the victim said. In the letter to the judge the victim also seemingly called out the Trump administration for what they said was its protection of the wealthy over Epstein's victims. 'You protect yourself and your powerful and wealthy 'friends' (not enemies) over the victims, why? The victims know the truth, we know who are in the files and now so do you,' the victim said. It's unclear who exactly the victim was referring to, but Trump's decades-old relationship with Epstein has recently been scrutinized, and there have been reports the president was told his name appears in the Epstein files. Trump reportedly cut ties with Epstein before his 2008 plea deal and appearing in the files does not mean there was any wrongdoing. Trump himself has denied any wrongdoing. The victim asked Berman to have the attorneys of the victims review any suggested redactions if the transcripts are released. The Independent has reached out to the DOJ for comment. Another victim told Berman: 'The latest attention on the 'Epstein Files', the 'Client List' is OUT OF CONTROL and the ones that are left to suffer are not the high-profile individuals, IT IS THE VICTIMS. Why the lack of concern in handling such sensitive information for the victims sake?' That survivor also called out the feds for what they saw as protecting 'wealthy men.' 'I feel like the DOJ's and FBI's priority is protecting the 'third-party', the wealthy men by focusing on scrubbing their names off the files of which the victims, 'know who they are,'' they said. The victim asked Berman to consider a third-party review of any documents that may be released ' to ensure that NO victims names or likenesses are revealed.' When contacted about the victims' statements, Harrison Fields, special assistant to the president and principal deputy press secretary, brought up claims from the administration that former President Barack Obama and his top officials were part of a conspiracy to keep Trump out of the White House with the investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 presidential election. Russia has denied meddling in the election and Trump has insisted the assessments about the interference are a 'hoax.' 'Following the compelling case outlined by DNI Tulsi Gabbard, which exposed clear and blatant weaponization by corrupt intelligence officials acting at the behest of the Democrat Party and likely former President Obama, the Administration remains committed to conducting a thorough investigation. 'This effort aims to provide the American people with the truth about the extent to which former government officials worked to sabotage the Trump administration and undermine the will of the American people in a clear attempt to subvert our Constitutional Republic,' Fields told The Independent. The Independent attempted to confirm the White House's statement was in response to the Epstein case, given that it referenced a different matter, but it has yet to hear back. The allegations against Obama, which he has strongly denied, were made by the administration during the fallout from the Epstein files, leading to criticism that they were trying to distract from the drama.

Hulk Hogan's daughter sparks wild conspiracy theories over her father's death as friend cries foul play
Hulk Hogan 's daughter has sensationally shared wild conspiracy theories about his death, with a friend of the wrestling icon seemingly accusing both the authorities and his wife, Sky Daily, of foul play. Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, died on July 24 from a cardiac arrest, according to a Florida medical examiner's office. The 71-year-old had previously had leukemia and atrial fibrillation, an irregular heart rhythm, the report from the District Six Medical Examiner also said. But in response to an Instagram post publicizing an article by Hogan's friend and social media personality Bubba the Love Sponge that reads 'Quick cremation without autopsy raises questions about Hulk Hogan's death', Hogan's daughter Brooke posted 'exactly'. Bubba's shocking allegations include that Hogan has already been cremated and that somebody could have injected something into the wrestler while he slept to induce a heart attack. He also questions why an autopsy wasn't carried out. Bubba, a Tampa radio host whose real name is Todd Clem, also takes aim at Daily's Scientology beliefs and pointed out that Hogan has an estate that he claims to be worth in the region of $40million to $50m. Clem's stunning claims stem from a report in the Tampa Bay Times from July 31 that says Hogan was 'doing therapy' when he collapsed at his home in Clearwater Beach on July 24. The report says paramedics told staff at Morton Plant Hospital that Hogan had just returned home from surgery and was 'currently waiting to start dialysis'. Clem claims nobody knew the wrestling icon was due to begin dialysis. In a bid to revive him, the medics reportedly gave Hogan drugs that can treat excessive levels of potassium, a sign of kidney failure. These can lead to cardiac arrest. Hogan was also given two milligrams of Narcan, the drug that can quickly reverse opioid overdoses. There is no indication that Hogan had overdosed, however. However, The Tampa Bay Times also revealed that the Pinellas County Medical Examiner did not perform an autopsy on Hogan because the death was not deemed to be suspicious. 'There were no signs of foul play or suspicious activity,' Maj. Nate Burnside of the Clearwater Police Department also told reporters. According to his death certificate, Hogan is going to be cremated at the Bay Area Crematory in Clearwater. A specific date for that has not yet been announced. A spokesperson for the medical examiner's office confirmed a request for cremation on July 31, telling Page Six: 'I'm not aware of when Mr. Bollea will be cremated, only that we've received a request for cremation approval.' Bubba and Hogan had a complex relationship. The wrestler was the best man at Bubba and wife Heather's wedding, but was then caught having sex with her in 2012. More to follow.
