
Egypt: Adeer-PARAGON alliance teams up with MIDAR for $1.4bln development project
The strategic partnership support expanding investment cooperation between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
With investments exceeding EGP 70 billion, the scheme will span over 500,000 square meters in Mostakbal City, becoming the city's largest mixed-use project to date.
In line with modern development trends shaping Egypt and the wider region, the project will seamlessly integrate administrative, commercial, and hospitality components.
Commenting on the occasion, Bedeir Rizk, CEO of PARAGON, highlighted: 'Through this strategic alliance with visionary partners backed by robust investment strength, we are shaping a new development model capable of redefining the relationship between people and place in response to the rapidly shifting dynamics of urban development in Egypt and the region.'

The mixed-use development project sets a new approach to joint real estate development that unites the expertise of leading entities from both Egypt and Saudi Arabia. It also reshapes the developments plans, advancing toward building cities that are more balanced, blending sustainability, innovation, and evolving urban needs.
In his recent meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Sumou Holding's Chairman Ayaedh Al Qahtani rolled out plans to establish the first real estate fund in Egypt.

Following overwhelming investor interest, the round was oversubscribed beyond the originally targeted $50 million to support global growth, product expansion, and the integration of newly acquired businesses in the United Kingdom. With over 10 million meals delivered last year, Calo is the world's fastest growing meal subscription service, recording a high-growth nine-figure annualised revenue ($ million). Union Properties inks $190mln deal for key real estate project
UAE - Union Properties, a leading UAE developer, has signed a conditional sales agreement valued at AED700 million ($190 million) for a significant real estate project in Motor City. Arabian Drilling fuels global expansion with first international offshore deal, UAE branch
Riyadh – Arabian Drilling has signed an agreement with a GCC-based company, marking its first offshore operation outside Saudi Arabia, according to a press release. The Saudi firm aims to expand its operations beyond its domestic market with a landmark geographical venture in line with its long-term strategy. Meanwhile, the operations are set to begin in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 and will have an accretive impact on the backlog of SAR 75 million. The initial allocation of SAR 75 million is designated for the preliminary drilling of exploration wells within a period of five to seven months. This venture is expected to meet the challenges and capture the opportunities of the global market. Ghassan Mirdad, CEO of Arabian Drilling, commented: "Signing this contract signifies a strategic milestone for Arabian Drilling as it marks our first major step in expanding our operational footprint internationally.'
