Justin Baldoni's Lawyers Fight Back Blake Lively's Depisiton Request — Report

reportedly claimed that Blake Lively has been using her star power to dictate their forthcoming disposition in their ongoing legal battle. TMZ obtained documents related to a recent filing from Baldoni's team, as they fight back against his 'It Ends With Us' co-star's request to hold the deposition at her lawyer's office. The proceedings are scheduled to be held on Thursday at the office of his attorney. Lively's team filed the request last week, claiming they fear a paparazzi ambush.
Justin Baldoni's lawyers reportedly rejected a request Blake Lively made, accusing her of using her popularity to dictate the deposition. TMZ revealed that Lively's team requested to move the location of the upcoming deposition, which will take place at Baldoni's attorney's office in New York City on July 17. Her counsel cited fears of a paparazzi ambush as the reason to switch the venue to her lawyer's office. However, her legal adversary has refused to comply with her desires.
In his response filing, Baldoni's team argued a lack of evidence to prove the claims. They alleged that both lawyers' offices are about a mile away from each other. The actor-director's filing further mentioned that a location change would put them at a disadvantage in case they need a private space for discussions. His attorney accused Lively of 'foot-stomping' and using her 'celebrity status' to 'seize control of the film,' but mentioned how a 'tantrum' like that will have 'no place in this Court.'
PEOPLE had previously reported that Blake Lively slammed Justin Baldoni's lawyers for making her upcoming deposition in their legal battle a 'spectacle.' On Friday, Lively's team filed a motion, requesting to change the location. In the filings, they accused Baldioni's counsel of making the ordeal 'a public spectacle at every turn' instead of treating it like a serious matter of 'sexual harassment and retaliation.'

Beyonce brings out Destiny's Child and more surprise guests during final Cowboy Carter show

Beyoncé capped off her Cowboy Carter Tour with a bang in Las Vegas, using the farewell show Saturday night as a chance to feature a starry lineup of surprise guests. The 'Texas Hold 'Em' singer reunited Destiny's Child during the concert at Allegiant Stadium, with Michelle Wiliams and Kelly Rowland joining Beyoncé on stage to perform a medley of the group's biggest hits, according to video footage posted to social media. The trio wore all gold ensembles when they stomped out on stage to sing their opening number of 'Lose my Breath' to an excited audience, one video showed. 'Destiny's Child, b**ch!' Beyoncé said on stage before they began to sing. Rowland and Williams then helped Beyoncé sing her 'Renaissance' track 'Energy,' where they did the 'mute challenge.' The trio performed their 2001 mega hit 'Bootylicious' to close out the reunion, another video showed. The last time Destiny's Child reunited on stage was during Beyoncé's 2018 Coachella performance. Beyoncé also enlisted her husband, rapper Jay-Z, to be part of her final show of the tour, performing their joint track 'Crazy in Love.' Jay-Z has made several surprise appearances to perform the song with his wife throughout the Cowboy Carter tour. And as if that wasn't enough star power, country star Shaboozey made a surprise appearance to perform his verse in 'Sweet Honey Buckiin,'' a track they collaborated on for Beyoncé's Grammy Award-winning 'Cowboy Carter' album. The Cowboy Carter tour kicked off in April, bringing Beyoncé all over the country and abroad. At the very end of the show, Beyoncé's 13-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, who has been a featured backup dancer throughout the tour, joined her on stage to say goodbye to the audience one last time.
