Aqua World Park
, located near the Raj Bhavan, has turned into a go-to destination for thrill seekers after the park introduced a simulated war zone, drawing upon the tensions between India and Pakistan.Ranchites flocked to the park for an immersive experience at the park, where replicas of INS-Vikrant, Rafale aircraft and tanks have been installed.
The visitors donned military gear and participating in
simulated combat scenarios
. "I have seen videos of aircrafts and other machinery on screen. But the replicas installed here have given me a chance to see the machinery our soldiers use in wars," said Rohan, a teenager.Meanwhile, an array of cultural programmes were also organised at the park on Sunday on Mother's Day.Samriddhi Shreya, a school student, said, "Mother's Day has been celebrated to pay tribute to our mothers and our nation. We danced to patriotic songs.
"Pratul Shahdeo, who manages the park, said, "I hope they get inspired with the happening in the country and after visiting the park."
