Honasa Consumer appoints Yatish Bhargava as CBO
Honasa Consumer has announced the appointment of Yatish Bhargava as chief business officer (CBO), designated as senior management personnel, with effect from 17 June 2025.
Yatish has over 17 years of experience in P&L management and leading large-scale teams across General Trade, Modern Trade and e-commerce. Prior to joining Honasa, Yatish held key leadership roles at Flipkart and Hindustan Unilever. Bhargava has led category transformation, built scalable go-to-market strategies and driven sustained growth across diverse consumer businesses. Yatish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
The companys consolidated net profit slipped 18% to Rs 24.98 crore despite 13.3% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 533.56 crore in Q4 FY25 over Q4 FY24.
Honasa Consumer is Indias largest digital-first beauty and personal care company, with a diverse portfolio of six brands.
Shares of Honasa Consumer fell 2.50% to Rs 301.60 on the BSE.

The offer received bids for 55.80 crore shares as against 1.62 crore shares on offer. The initial public offer of Oswal Pumps received bids for 55,80,29,616 shares as against 1,62,12,980 shares on offer, according to stock exchange data at 17:30 IST on Tuesday (17 June 2025). The issue was subscribed 34.42 times. The issue opened for bidding on 13 June 2025 and it will close on 17 June 2025. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 584 and 614 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 24 equity shares and in multiples thereof. Mahindra Aerostructures, Aernnova announce $300 mn multi-year contract
Mahindra Group and Spain's Aernnova Aerospace on Tuesday announced a multi-year contract valued at about USD 300 million (over Rs 2,585 crore) for the Indian entity's arm Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt Ltd to manufacture metal sub-assemblies and components for a range of Airbus and Embraer aircraft families. The contract covers the supply to several Aernnova sites in Spain, the UK, Portugal and Brazil, further strengthening a collaboration that began in 2013, Mahindra and Aernnova said in a joint statement. "This partnership with Mahindra will enable Aernnova to reinforce its supply base to secure production ramp-ups in our factories for all our programs, fulfilling our mission to deliver to our customers," Aernnova CEO Ricardo Chocarro said. Under the "multi-year contract valued at approximately USD 300 million", Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt Ltd (MASPL) will manufacture metal sub-assemblies and components for a range of Airbus aircraft and also for Embraer aircraft families, including the Embraer C390 Millennium military transport aircraft, the statement said. Commenting on the development, Mahindra Group CEO & MD Anish Shah said, "As we scale up our operations and make significant investments in our aerospace business, we look forward to enhancing this partnership and scaling new heights." MASPL Managing Director and CEO Arvind Mehra said this contract builds significantly on the company's existing relationship with Aernnova's UK subsidiary and also opens up several opportunities to make in India. Aernnova had supported MASPL in the early stages of its facility development in India, with strong contributions to the facility design and development, as well as for skilling and skill assessment, the statement said. It stepped up to a new level when Aernnova acquired an existing customer of MASPL, Hamble Aerostructures (UK), from GE in 2020.

Telangana to release Rs 9,000 crore for farmers' scheme despite financial crisis
The Telangana government is preparing to release Rs 9,000 crore under its Rythu Bharosa scheme within the next nine days, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy announced. Speaking at the Rythu Nestham programme held at Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University on Monday, the Chief Minister reaffirmed his government's commitment to farmer welfare despite the state's ongoing financial crisis.'The government is ready to release Rs 9,000 crore Rythu Bharosa scheme benefit in the farmers' accounts in nine days. The state will flourish only when the farmer is happy,' the Chief Minister said, indicating that preparations were underway to ensure the funds reach beneficiaries without move comes at a time when Telangana is grappling with serious fiscal challenges, which, according to the Chief Minister, stem from the mismanagement of the previous administration. 'The state cannot recover from the financial crisis created by the previous government even in the next 100 years,' he said, accusing the former regime of leaving behind an Rs 8.2 lakh crore debt burden. Revanth Reddy underscored the importance of agriculture to both the economy and governance. 'Governments cannot be formed without the support and blessings of the farmers. The role of farmers is crucial to win as MLA, MP and also become Chief Minister of a state,' he inherited financial distress, the Chief Minister said his administration had already spent Rs 1 lakh crore on farmer welfare over the past 18 months. He framed this spending not as a burden, but as a necessary corrective measure. 'Against all odds, we are moving forward by taking corrective measures one by one,' he Rythu Bharosa scheme is central to these efforts. Designed to offer financial relief to both land-owning and landless farmers, the scheme provides Rs 12,000 per acre annually, split into two payments of Rs 6,000 per acre per crop season. It replaces the earlier Rythu Bandhu scheme with an expanded scope — including tenant farmers and agricultural labourers — and excludes land used for industrial or real estate program aims to reduce farmers' dependency on private moneylenders, enabling them to invest in better seeds, fertilizers, and sustainable practices. By extending support to vulnerable sections and focusing on cultivated lands, the government aims to boost rural incomes, ensure food security, and correct the shortcomings of past welfare Reddy also highlighted agricultural successes under his administration.
