
CBSE class 10 supplementary result 2025 date and time: Know when and how to download scorecards, once released
The
Central Board of Secondary Education
(
CBSE
) is expected to release the Class 10 supplementary exam results 2025 in the first week of August. These exams, held from July 15 to 22, gave students a second chance to improve their scores in subjects they didn't pass during the main board exams.
Once announced, students will be able to check their results on the official CBSE websites using their roll number, school number, and admit card ID.
When will
CBSE class 10 supplementary result 2025
be released?
CBSE has not officially announced the result date yet, but based on past trends, the Class 10 supplementary results are expected in the first week of August. In 2024 and 2023, class 10 supply results were announced in the first week of August, usually during the morning hours.

What will the scorecard include?
Your digital mark sheet will show:
Student's name and roll number
Subject-wise marks (theory + practical)
Total marks and grades
Pass/Fail status
To pass the supplementary exam, a student must score at least 33% in each subject (including theory and practical components, if applicable).
How to download your CBSE supplementary result
Once results are out, follow these steps:
Visit cbseresults.nic.in or results.cbse.nic.in
Click on the link for 'CBSE Class 10 Supplementary Result 2025'
Enter the required credentials:
Roll number
School number
Admit card ID
Date of birth
Click 'Submit' to view your result
Download and save the mark sheet for future reference
Note:
The online result is provisional. Your original marksheet will be issued by your school later.

Log in at digilocker.gov.in or use the DigiLocker app. Your mark sheet will be available under 'Issued Documents' once CBSE uploads it.
SMS:
Type CBSE10 (roll number) (date of birth) (school number) (centre number) and send it to 7738299899.
IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System):
Dial 24300699 (add your local area code before the number) and follow the instructions to hear your result.
What happens next?
If you pass the supplementary exam, your updated result will be considered final and you will be eligible for higher studies. The updated score will reflect on your final Class 10 marksheet issued by CBSE via your school.

Kannada teachers to be honoured in Mysuru
Mysuru: In a bid to recognise and honour senior CBSE school teachers across Karnataka who inspire a deep interest in Kannada language, the Pariksha Spoorthi Foundation, in collaboration with district Kannada Sahitya Parishat, will host the state-level Pariksha Spoorthi Guru Shreshtha Award – 2025 ceremony in Mysuru. The prestigious event is scheduled for Sunday at 10am and will be held at the Navjyoti auditorium, JSS Women's College, Mysuru. The event is being organised under the guidance of Sri Niranjanamurthy, deputy director of the JSS Mahavidyapeetha College education division, and Maddikere Gopal, president of the Mysuru zilla Kannada Sahitya Parishat. Teachers and awardees from across Karnataka are expected to attend the event. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the Class 12 compartment exam results for 2025 on August 1. Students who appeared for the exams can view their scores at The compartment exams were held on 15 July 2025 in India and 26 other countries.(PTI) This year, 1,43,581 students registered for the Class 12 compartment exams, and 1,38,666 appeared. Out of these, 53,201 students passed. The overall pass percentage stands at 38.36%. From foreign schools, 918 students appeared and 486 passed, making the pass rate 52.94%. As usual, girls performed better than boys. The pass percentage for girls was 41.35%, while boys recorded 36.79%. In the Children With Special Needs (CWSN) category, 278 students registered and 273 appeared. Of them, 137 passed, resulting in a pass rate of 50.18%. The CBSE Class 12 marksheet will show the student's name, subject-wise marks in theory and practicals, total score, and whether the student passed or failed. The compartment exams were held on July 15, 2025 in India and 26 other countries. Results were released in under two weeks. Earlier this year, CBSE declared the regular Class 10 and 12 board results on May 13. For Class 12, 17,04,367 students had registered, 16,92,794 appeared, and 14,96,307 passed.
