The plane was headed to London Gatwick with 232 passengers and 10 crew on board when it crashed just seconds after take-off.
Brit couple Fiongal and Jamie Greenlaw-Meek are believed to have been the plane and had posted about their "magical experience" in India.
Hours before the crash, the pair - who run the Wellness Foundry, a spiritual wellness centre and yoga studio - posted on Instagram about their "mind-blowing" trip.
Fiongal said: "So it's our last night in India and we have had a magical experience really, there have been some quite mind-blowing things that have happened."
Jamie added: "We really have been on quite a journey, and then just spending the last night here in this amazing hotel, and we have just had the most delicious Tali food.
"It was a perfect way to round up the trip. Excited to share it all with you."
A final video showed the pair - who have been together since 2019 - sitting in the airport ahead of their 10-hour flight back to the UK.
Fiongal appeared on ITV's This Morning in January to talk about people's auras - with the Wellness Foundry describing it as their "biggest gig so far".
Cops said at least 204 bodies have been recovered so far from the crash site.
Along with dozens of Brits, 169 Indian nationals, a Canadian and seven Portuguese travellers were also on board.
A city police commissioner said there are unlikely to be any survivors - with many passengers still trapped under the rubble.
The Dreamliner lost contact just seconds after take-off, according to flight tracking website Flightradar.
A final alert was last logged less than a minute after it started the journey from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport.
It had only reached 625ft at the time, officials believe.
Seconds before the crash, the Boeing was filmed flying low over the Meghani Nagar residential area.
Moments later, it disappeared behind buildings before a huge blast erupted in the distance.
Thick plumes of black smoke could be seen pouring into the sky.
UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer said: "The scenes emerging of a London-bound plane carrying many British nationals crashing in the Indian city of Ahmedabad are devastating."
King Charles also said both he and Queen Camilla are 'desperately shocked by the terrible events in Ahmedabad this morning'.
The US-built Boeing 787 is one of the world's most advanced airliners and the accident is the first fatal crash involving the plane.

Brits dedicate over 7 hours to holiday preparations, ticking off an extensive 30-task checklist
Holiday-goers have revealed their extensive pre-trip rituals, which include getting a fresh haircut, obsessively checking the weather forecast, and arranging plant care. Other common chores involve doing a large load of laundry, packing an abundance of snacks 'just in case', and changing bed sheets ready for returning home. Many travellers also fill their tablets or e-readers with films, books, games, or podcasts; clear out the fridge; and stock up on travel-sized toiletries. Packing and unpacking multiple times, weighing suitcases, and double-checking that their passport is packed are also parts of the process. According to a survey, these pre-holiday preparations take an average of seven-and-a-half hours, but a third of respondents said they enjoy the process. Women typically spend seven hours and 57 minutes preparing, while men take slightly less time at six hours and 59 minutes. A significant number even take leave from work specifically to organise everything ahead of their holiday. This trend is more common among younger adults, with 77% of Gen Z and Millennials admitting they've taken time off to prepare for a holiday. Millennials also spend the longest time preparing for a trip, averaging nine hours and 14 minutes, reports the Daily Star. Zoe Fidler of which sponsored the research, remarked: "Between work, childcare, DIY projects and endless life admin, actually booking a holiday often ends up as a last-minute task – bringing with it the stress of wondering if you've missed out on the best deals." Findings from the survey showed that 54% of participants view themselves as well-organised, getting their affairs in order well before their trip. Yet, 25% confess they 'massively' overpack, and 21% leave at least some of their pre-holiday preparations until the last minute. Zoe added: "We know that preparing for a holiday can be time consuming, stressful and expensive - but worth it in the end, which is why we commissioned this research to fully understand what Brits need from their summer getaway. "We firmly believe it's never too late to book a getaway and our booking data shows this happens more often than you think." TOP 30 HOLIDAY PREPARATION TASKS: Secure travel documents in one place Purchase sun cream/after sun Exchange currency or order travel money Check passport/visa requirements and renew if needed Pack any prescription medication and travel health kit Make a packing checklist Clean out the fridge Secure the house Get your hair cut Read reviews Clean the whole house Buy medicines/tablets Charge every possible device and pack two portable chargers Arrange pet care Buy travel-sized toiletries Do a big pre-holiday clothes wash Repeatedly worry whether you've packed your passport Weigh their suitcases multiple times Change the bedsheets Obsessively check the weather at your destination Research health precautions (e.g. vaccinations, water safety) Load your tablet or e-reader with movies, books, or podcasts Pack a 'just in case' kit with mini sewing kits, painkillers, duct tape, and safety pins Take pictures of your passport and insurance Pack lots of snacks "just in case" Buy new underwear Download offline maps/apps Decide at the last second to pack several more items Arrange plant care Pack, unpack, and pack again

Brit tourist missing in Brazil after suddenly vanishing from his AirBnb – leaving belongings and passport behind A BRIT tourist has disappeared in Brazil with his passport and belongings left untouched at his AirBnb. He was supposed to travel to São Paulo the following day to meet an American friend. The pair had planned to visit Fernando de Noronha - a volcanic archipelago about 215 miles off Brazil's northeastern coast. But Denis' family and friends have not heard from him since Monday. The last location shown on his phone is the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon - close to his AirBnb in Rio. He never checked out of the property and his passport and belongings were found in the room. His disappearance was registered at the local police station on Wednesday. Denis' best friend Benone Moura said the analyst loves Brazil and visits the country often - his last visit being six months ago. Benone considers his disappearance to be out of character. He said his friend, with whom he last spoke on Sunday, never travelled without letting loved ones know beforehand. Is THIS the moment that saved the sole Brit survivor? Vid shows debris fly from Air India jet…is it door he fled from? His family has been in contact with the British Embassy. A report has been filed, but the family are yet to receive any news. Denis' disappearance is being investigated by the Rio de Janeiro Whereabouts Discovery Unit (DDPA). He was last seen on CCTV wearing a beige jacket and trousers, a dark baseball cap and a white shirt. It comes as Brit tourist Ashton Jones, 29, was found in a hospital undergoing emergency brain surgery after vanishing on a night out in the Thai capital of Bangkok. Doctors there believe Ashton, who suffers from epilepsy, was attacked. Ashton's family in Cwmbran, Wales, were "worried sick" when they learnt the news. His cousin Sophie told The Sun: "It's heartbreaking because we're all really close. "We're shocked and going out of our minds because we don't know what's going on.
