I forked out for a tattoo but was left with ‘a ball sack', so I got it fixed.. trolls say they can still see it

A MUM was left mortified after realising her floral sleeve tattoo looked like something very rude.
Mother-of-three Christine Philippa forked out for the floral inking five years ago and initially loved the design - which also included a naked woman's image facing away.

But what the mum, from New Zealand, didn't realise right away is that when she was wearing a short sleeve top or dress, the outline of the female figure resembled something phallic.
Desperate to get rid of the unfortunate design and placement, Christina recently popped down to have the sleeve inking finished - in hopes to get rid of the awkward fail.
She shared on TikTok: ''I've had a ball sack on my arm for five years now and now it's time to fix it.''
According to the brown-eyed stunner, she had designed the inking with her pal - and at the time, didn't account for what the naked woman's ''butt would look like when it's covered''.
Christine, who posts under the username @ christinephilippa, made an appointment with a tattoo whizz who completed the rest of the floral design.
All chuffed with the makeover - which also included the dates of her children's birthdays - Christine proudly showed off her fresh artwork.
The stunning piece included a range of different florals, with the woman sat in the middle between the top and bottom part.
''Isn't that absolutely stunning? I am obsessed with it,'' she said in the now-viral video.
''I have a floral piece on my shoulder as well, so it all kind of ties in nicely.''
Since being posted online, the tattoo transformation has racked up close to 700k views at the time of writing, as well as 36k likes, 352 shares and over 50 comments.
I looked like a Monsters Inc character after disastrous lipstick tattoo
But while the young mum may have been pleased with the results, brutal social media users insisted the phallic fail was still peeking through.
One eagle-eyed TiKToker joked: ''But it's still there lol still gonna look the same when the rest is covered.
''Now the sack's just surrounded by flowers lol.''
Another agreed, adding: ''I mean, I can still see it?''
Tattoo Do's and Don'ts
1. Think, think and think some more
Tattoos done on a whim are far more likely to lead to regret than a tattoo you thought long and hard about. Think about why you want what you've chosen. And if you still want it after a few months, then get it.
2. Age restrictions apply
You must be 18 years old to be tattooed in the UK.
3. Don't haggle over the price
When you go to a tattoo shop the price is the price. You are paying for an artist's time and skills, they charge what they believe those things are worth.
4. Don't get tattooed while you're hungry
Eat before you go for your tattoo session and make sure you're hydrated. You're about to be subjected to a period of sustained physical discomfort, if you're feeling a little weak from hunger or you're dehydrated things will not go as smoothly as they should.
5. Don't drink alcohol before you get tattooed
If you are drunk or under the influence of drugs, don't go for a tattoo. In fact, if your tattooist has anything at all about them they will turn you away if you are clearly under the influence of any intoxicating substances. I'd also avoid drinking the night before, even a few drinks will thin your blood and make your bleed more.
''now that you've pointed out that's all I see,'' someone else chimed in.
A fourth wondered: ''Do you plan on adding/covering something on the actual butt (ballsack)?
''I think going over the whole thing with new ink could make it beautiful!''

'My holiday in Croatia was nearly ruined by weather but Lidl hack saved me'

A group of holidaymakers were thwarted by unexpected rain on their sunny break in Croatia, and were forced to get creative with their footwear, with a supermarket chain coming to the rescue Thousands of Brits are jetting off to sunnier climes for their much-anticipated summer breaks, with the holiday season in full throttle and many are yearning for a dose of sunshine. Yet, one woman's vacation took an unforeseen twist that caught her completely off-guard. ‌ In a candid TikTok post, Anna, known as @ on the platform, divulged that despite eagerly awaiting her "whole year" for a foreign escape, the reality fell short of expectations. Astonishingly, it was Lidl that provided an unexpected lifeline in a most remarkable fashion. Anna documented her Croatian adventure, where she wittily insinuated that British weather has a tendency to tail you overseas, as shown by footage of tourists getting drenched in an abrupt rainstorm – hardly the scenario one envisions when travelling to a hotspot renowned for its radiant sun. ‌ The footage shows the moment the group, clad in summer attire and prepped for exploration, were caught off-guard by the downpour. Faced with conditions unsuitable for flip-flops, they resourcefully donned Lidl carrier bags over their feet. ‌ This makeshift life hack sent viewers into fits of giggles, with the spontaneous display of 'supermarket fashion' proving to be a hit of hilarity. The clip swiftly became an internet sensation, garnering thousands of views and sparking a flurry of comments, with users quick to make light-hearted remarks about the incident. ‌ One playful commenter quipped: "Be careful with those Lidl bags. My friend got temporary tattoos out of the logos in Croatia." Another joined in with praise, saying: "So stylish." A third person posed the question: "Lidl shoes?" ‌ Meanwhile, another individual recounted their time abroad, stating: "Haven't met any other Brits in Split yet. This weather would reunite us, I fear." Anna later admitted that while the weather did improve, it's important to maintain a positive outlook during your holiday, even when faced with less than sunny skies. What's the climate like in Croatia? The summer months are ideal for basking in the Croatian sun, especially along its scenic coast. July is celebrated for its scarce rainfall and abundant sunshine, but winter can introduce cooler and more humid conditions. With an impressive average of over 2,700 hours of sunlight annually and claiming more than 300 days of sun, Split has earned its status as a vibrant destination, as noted by the Intelligent Cities Challenge. However, be prepared for colder and rainier weather during the winter season in Split. And always bear in mind that weather predictions are not always reliable, particularly in popular holiday destinations where the weather can change unexpectedly.

White House uses viral Jet2holidays meme to promote ICE deportations

Audio from a Jet2Holidays advert that has become viral on social media this summer has been used for a White House video promoting ICE deportation flights. The clip showing people wearing handcuffs being ushered out of cars and onto planes by officials, is paired with the uplifting beat of Jess Glynne's "Hold My Hand" and the equally cheery voiceover of actor Zoe Lister, advertising Jet2's packages. "When ICE books you a one-way Jet2 holiday to deportation. Nothing beats it!," a message on the official White House X and Instagram accounts read. ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) is a federal law enforcement agency which has been ramping up immigration raids under the Trump administration. Federal agents have expanded these raids to everyday locations, including hospitals, creating fear among communities, with the crackdown prompting violent protests in Los Angeles last month. Lister has expressed her disappointment at her voice being used to promote ICE's work, writing on her Instagram story: "What can be done about @whitehouse using @jet2pics sound and my voiceover to promote their nasty agenda?" ITV News has contacted Jet2, Jess Glynne and Zoë Lister for comment. While the White House has not appeared to comment on this specific clip, it has recently responded to wider criticisms of its social media strategy, which includes the use of AI generated images, trolling and memes. "Nowhere in the Constitution does it say we can't post banger memes," it wrote on its X account earlier this month. The controversy follows a sudden rise in the use on social media of the voiceover and music used in Jet2's advert. The ad's audio has been paired with clips on social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, and has even been sampled by DJs in clubs. The ad featuring Jess Glynne's Hold My Hand, has often been used for footage of calamitous situations on holidays gone wrong. For example, it's been used for a video on TikTok viewed over 1.8 million times showing a woman almost drowning in a pool and having to be saved by lifeguards, and for clips of people fighting and being arrested on planes. The advert is often used ironically to contrast Jet2's idyllic depiction of its holidays with chaotic or disappointing. Zoe Lister, who performed the voiceover live at a DJ set by Capital Breakfast's Chris Stark, opened up to the Radio Show about how "completely nuts" it has been to go viral. "The last few months have just been ramping up, and the videos are getting funnier. I thought it just was just like, 'it's got British appeal, you know, we've got a good sense of humour', but then there's Americans, like 'hey I love your voiceover'." In a video on her Instagram profile, Lister, who played the role of Zoe Carpenter in Hollyoaks from 2006 to 2010, said she has also been getting messages from fans in Brazil, Canada, Algeria, and the Philippines. Someone has even made a Chinese version of the voiceover. The 43-year-old voice actor told the Sun: "I'd never in a million years think that that this was going to be the thing to go viral. "We're all just really enjoying it because it's just silly, it's stupid joy, and that's what we all need."
