If Shaor Sanders is gonna make the team, which I do think is an if, like, he was a 5th round pick, you're not guaranteed anything if you're a 5th round pick, but if he's gonna make the team, then I feel like only one of Flacco or Pickett is gonna make the team, and then it because it just doesn't make any sense to carry, like you're gonna carry all 4 of these guys again, like one of these rookies is and it would be Sanders is just never gonna get any reps, so I feel like then they just probably burned that 5th rounder in DTR but whatever, uh, on trading for Kenny Pickett.

Um, cause I would, if, if it's Flacco Pickett, even as bad as Flacco looked last year with the Colts, I think he, I'd probably give him the edge over Kenny Pick.
Also, I can't believe Flacco is still doing this, man.
I'm gonna put Joe Flacco first because you just have to give Browns fans something that reminds them of football and not feeling like crap.
Second, I'm going to go Dillon Gabriel I think just based on draft investment.
I mean, that's a top 100 pick.
I know he hasn't played.
I personally think he's the worst of the four, but it's just hard for me to see a world where they give up on a top 100 pick year one.

Year two, that'd be possible.
I mean they they just cut Siakika and those attack from Baylor, who's a 2nd round pick after one season, so.
I, I, I don't, I don't know if, if Gabrieltas the 3rd round of cements anything, but for the purpose of like ranking, ranking this for making the team, I think I'm going to put them 2 just because they just trapped in the top 100.
Um, then you get to Shadoor and Kenny Pickett.
I guess these are your 2 5th rounders, right?
Uh, I'll, I'll, I'll go.
I think, I think Shaddoor is a better quarterback than Kenny Pickett, but I don't know if they cut Kenny after they just tried to acquire him and they gave up another player that they valued clearly in DTR because he got to play some money snaps, uh, that I don't think most teams would have given him over the past few years.

Uh, so I, I, I think I'll pick it 3A, Sanders 3B, but maybe those are the guys who are fighting for their chances to make the roster.
I think Flacco ends up winning it all, winning it all because I just think he even at 40 years old, is the best quarterback in this group, um, then maybe we just go on from there.
But yeah, I just think there's gonna be potentially two odd men out, not just one, because it just roster stuff, but I'll just see how the, this is Cleveland's problem, and I'm just gonna be curious how they figured it out.

Where Shedeur Sanders Stands in Browns' QB Depth Chart Today
Where Shedeur Sanders Stands in Browns' QB Depth Chart Today originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Shedeur Sanders may be the fourth quarterback on the Cleveland Browns' depth chart, but he remains one of the most talked-about players in the building. As the Browns continue offseason workouts, the rookie quarterback is quickly learning that the NFL is a different world, especially when you're trying to climb from the bottom of a crowded quarterback room. Advertisement During Wednesday's OTA session, Sanders didn't take any first-team reps, according to ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi. That's not unexpected. Veterans Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett currently headline the depth chart, while third-round pick Dillon Gabriel was drafted two rounds before Sanders and appears to be ahead of him for now. Despite the limited opportunities, Sanders made the most of his reps. Per ESPN Cleveland, he completed 9 of 14 passes in seven-on-seven and 11-on-11 drills, throwing three touchdowns and one interception. The Browns even shared a highlight of one of those scores, a sharp throw to receiver Kaden Davis that drew praise from reporters on site. Joe Reedy of the Associated Press called it 'the best throw of the day.' For most fifth-round quarterbacks, stat-tracking at OTAs would be rare. But Sanders isn't most quarterbacks. Thanks to his college pedigree, high-profile family, and the unexpected drop in the draft, every move he makes will be heavily watched. He's one of the most scrutinized fourth-string quarterbacks in recent memory. Still, his status on the roster comes with real challenges. Sanders is fighting for attention and reps, which are hard to come by when the team has three quarterbacks ahead of you. Without significant snaps in training camp or preseason games, it's difficult to make a case for meaningful regular-season action. Advertisement Offensive coordinator Tommy Rees praised Sanders' preparation and grasp of the offense but also acknowledged that he's still a rookie learning the ropes.'He's really put in a lot of work, as all those guys are,' Rees told the Associated Press. 'You can tell on the mental side, learning the system, calling it, getting into rhythm, he's put a lot of time and effort into that. When you do that, the game slows down and you can focus on completions. He's done a nice job of that as camp's progressed.' Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders, throwing at minicamp.© Jeff Lange / USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images Sanders' interception on Wednesday came off a tipped ball into traffic, another sign of the growing pains that come with transitioning to the NFL. His arm strength, vision, and mobility give him long-term upside, but he'll need to show consistency to move up the depth chart. For now, the focus is on development. Sanders isn't expected to start this season, and the Browns aren't rushing his timeline. But that doesn't mean he won't be closely watched. With his talent, work ethic, and media profile, Sanders remains a compelling figure in Cleveland's offseason narrative, even as a fourth-string quarterback. Browns Named Top Landing Spot for $180 Million QB Amid Shedeur Sanders Uncertainty
Browns Named Top Landing Spot for $180 Million QB Amid Shedeur Sanders Uncertainty originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Cleveland Browns already have a crowded quarterback room, with two NFL veterans and a pair of rookies including former Colorado star Shedeur Sanders, but one analyst believes there is room for another $180 million signal-caller. Advertisement The Browns will head into training camp with a competition between veterans Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett along with Sanders and fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel. Though Sanders was once projected as a Top 5 NFL draft pick, he tumbled to the fifth round and has been stuck at fourth in the depth chart through the team's early practices. With no clear frontrunner -- and Sanders looking sharp but not close to challenging for the starting job -- Bleacher Report's Paul Kasabian suggests the Browns could take aim at veteran Kirk Cousins. Despite signing a $180 million contract with the Atlanta Falcons, Cousins' future has been uncertain ever since he was benched for rookie Michael Penix Jr. last season. Cousins made it clear to Falcons team owner Arthur Blank that he wants to be traded, Kasabian wrote, and the Browns could be the top fit. Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins warms up before a game against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant R. Sylvanie-Imagn Images Kasabian wrote that despite four quarterbacks competing for the starting job in Cleveland, Cousins would be the immediate frontrunner if he joined the team. Advertisement "Cousins is arguably the best quarterback of the bunch, as his resume proves," Kasabian wrote. "In theory, if the Browns aren't comfortable with naming anyone from that quarter QB1, then a trade could potentially transpire. Plus, the connection with Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski, who was Cousins' quarterbacks coach with the Vikings in 2018 and offensive coordinator in 2018 and 2019, is certainly notable here as well." Pittsburgh Steelers Believe Aaron Rodgers' 'Best Field Vision' Can Fix Offense
Pittsburgh Steelers Believe Aaron Rodgers' 'Best Field Vision' Can Fix Offense originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Pittsburgh Steelers are elated to have Aaron Rodgers in the house for the 2025 season. Advertisement He may turn 42 in December, and his physical assets may be slowing down a bit. But the Steelers are counting on his eyes. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported that Pittsburgh is hopeful that Rodgers' "best field vision" can assist the offensive line next season. "They believe that they get the best field vision from a quarterback that they've had since Ben Roethlisberger, that he can solve problems for them at the line of scrimmage," Fowler said. "They haven't really had that. He can get solutions and figure things out with his mind. They believe he still has plus arm strength." If that's the case, then offensive coordinator Arthur Smith will have to give up some control of the offense to Rodgers, something he took away from Russell Wilson last season. Advertisement If a perfect mix of Smith and Rodgers' offense can be found, then this thing might just work. If he has anything left from his days of winning NFL MVPs, he should still have his football mind. His play recognition and seeing hot routes. Pittsburgh didn't even have hot routes under Kenny Pickett as Pat Freiermuth broke on Roethlisberger's podcast not long ago. And if anyone has experience, it's Rodgers as he enters his 21st season in the league. The 10-time Pro Bowler and four-time All-Pro has certainly seen everything.
