Cosmetic doctor Rosh has previously injected Grace with lip filler and botox before entering the Love Island villa.
Dr Rosh, who has treated multiple celebrities, shared exactly what Grace requested to have tweaked before she went into the villa.
In the video, Grace said: 'I don't feel like I need much Botox . I think this lifts ever so slightly more. Yeah, can you see? I know my hair's tied back, but I think I just need a little bit of a refresh.
'I do have hooded eyes anyway, but I think I need a little bit of a lift here—maybe my Botox has drooped a little and pushed the eyelids down. Just a small lift, you know how I like a bit of a cat eye?
'My lips, I've not had them done in about a year and a half. I don't know if they're going slightly asymmetrical.'
Dr Rosh Ravindran said: 'They're slightly asymmetrical, yeah, just a touch. We can even that out easily.
'For your jaw, we can definitely do Masseter Botox. [Clenches jaw] You know how you get these middle cheek splits? Everyone assumes it's filler, but we know it's not.
'On one side, you don't have it much, but on the other, there's a slight shadow. We can smooth that out if you'd like.'
Sharing the results on Instagram, Dr Rosh wrote: 'All Stars Villa Glow-Up for @gracexrosa! Before heading into the Love Island All Stars villa, Grace stopped by for a refresh.
'Subtle enhancements to refine symmetry and highlight her natural features—ready to make an impression on day one.'
It comes after Grace's boyfriend Luca Bish was slammed by fans for his over-the-top method of asking her to be his girlfriend recently, which bore a striking similarity to the way he asked his ex-girlfriend Gemma Owen to be 'official'.
The Love Island stars found love on the latest series of All Stars earlier this year and came runners-up to winner Gabby Allen and Casey O'Gorman.
As Luca took things to the next level with the blonde bombshell, eagle-eyed fans spotted several similarities between his latest OTT gesture to the one he did for ex Gemma after meeting on the ITV2 show the first time around.
Luca and Grace enjoyed a lavish getaway to Abu Dhabi, and during the trip, he hired someone to set up a stunning, floral beach private dinner, which looked nearly identical to the red roses date he prepared for Gemma.
The arrangement featured a pathway of roses on the beach and a neon sign at the end of the walkway with the question: 'Will you be my gf?'
Luca also arranged a romantic candlelight dinner for his new girlfriend overlooking the ocean as the sun set.

Ford Recalls Nearly 500,000 Vehicles, See If Yours Is Affected
Yet another recall from the Blue Oval According to a new report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration dated May 27, 2025, Detroit-based automaker Ford is issuing a recall affecting nearly half a million older iterations of its popular Explorer family SUV due to a potentially hazardous defect involving the vehicle and those around it on the road. The massive recall covers 492,145 Ford Explorers produced between June 11, 2015, and April 19, 2017, in the 2016 and 2017 model years. The NHTSA said in its report that the 'driver and front passenger door B-pillar trim appliques' (the little pieces of black plastic above the front driver and passenger side door handles) might detach from the vehicle while driving, which can be a hazard for other road users and increase the risk of a crash. 2016 Ford Explorer — Source: Jeremy Korzeniewski According to the NHTSA, drivers of affected vehicles may recognize the problem if they see the B-pillar trim separating from the rest of the front doors when they enter and exit the vehicle, or notice any rattling or wind noise from the B-pillar areas when they drive. What caused this issue? The NHTSA says that the root of the cause may have resulted from a combination of factors, including a design change that added a foam donut to the adhesive side of the B-pillar panel which increased outward reaction force on the part, as well as, 'inconsistent usage of hand rollers used to ensure complete adhesion of the part to door sheet metal during installation at the vehicle assembly plant.' The Federal agency's report reveals that the Ford Motor Co. first recognized the problem as far back as July 4, 2019, when it published a technical service bulletin to direct dealers on how to repair loose driver side B-pillar trim appliques on Explorers due to potential lack of adhesive, which at the time, it did not consider it an 'unreasonable risk to safety.' This insight emerged from an in-depth investigation in which engineers scrutinized doors sourced from local scrap yards at Ford's Central Labs. They also delved into a collection of photographs depicting parts that were reported to have detached, focusing on the specifics of each claim. As of April 7, 2025, Ford had recorded 1,482 warranty claims linked to the troubling occurrence, affecting vehicles sold in the U.S. market between December 4, 2015, and February 10, 2025. The company said that there have been no reported accidents or injuries associated with this particular defect. Ford dealers have already been notified of the issue, and owners can expect to receive a letter in the mail starting June 9. 2017 Ford Explorer — Source: Ford Final thoughts This recall comes on the same day another recall was announced due to loose or dislodged passenger airbag indicators affecting 63,898 units of the 2025 Ford Maverick. In another recall published this week, Ford announced that 1.1 million vehicles could be affected by a software glitch that could render the rearview cameras inoperable. It seems like Ford just can't escape the recall bug. About the Author James Ochoa View Profile

Draco Malfoy actor Tom Felton to reprise role in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Tom Felton is to reprise his role as Draco Malfoy for the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play. The actor, who starred in all the film adaptations of JK Rowling's fantasy novels, will make a comeback as Harry Potter's school bully on Broadway at the Lyric theatre in New York later this year. The production said he was the first actor from the films to reprise their role on stage, in what will be Felton's Broadway debut. He said: 'Being a part of the Harry Potter films has been one of the greatest honours of my life. Joining this production will be a full-circle moment for me, because when I begin performances in Cursed Child this fall, I'll also be the exact age Draco is in the play. 'It's surreal to be stepping back into his shoes – and of course his iconic platinum blond hair – and I am thrilled to be able to see his story through and to share it with the greatest fan community in the world. I look forward to joining this incredible company and being a part of the Broadway community.' Felton, 37, made his West End debut in the supernatural thriller 2:22: A Ghost Story in 2022. He would begin his run in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on 11 November for a limited 19 weeks, the production said on Thursday. The show's producers, Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender, said: 'Tom's return to Hogwarts bridges generations of fans and breathes new life into a beloved story. We're beyond thrilled to welcome Tom back 'home' but also into a new family: our Broadway company.' The play, written by Jack Thorne – co-creator of this year's hit Netflix drama Adolescence – opened in 2016 in London and has had a Broadway run since 2018. It was co-devised by Rowling and is set 19 years after the events of the final book, with Potter now a Ministry of Magic employee who, along with his wife, Ginny Weasley, must send their youngest son, Albus Severus, off to school. In the two-part play, which stretches over five hours, Albus struggles with the weight of his family legacy at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and goes to extreme and dangerous lengths to right the wrongs of the past.
