Mission Impossible Final Reckoning OTT release date: When and where to watch Tom Cruise's movie online
Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning, which was released in Indian theatres on May 17, a week earlier than its worldwide release, will soon premiere on OTT. Despite the makers' request that viewers watch it on the big screen, the movie could not attract enough audiences to the theatres. However, now that Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning is ready for its online streaming, franchise fans are overjoyed. As a special gift for its fans, Paramount Pictures has promised exclusive content for the movie's OTT release, including behind-the-scenes glimpses at the aeroplane and ocean stunts, a deleted footage montage, commentary by Director Christopher McQuarrie about the challenges of filming the technical and extremely dangerous stunts, and an interview with McQuarrie and Tom Cruise. According to Paramount Pictures, Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning will premiere digitally on August 19 on multiple OTT platforms, including Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Fandango at Home. 'Those who purchase the film on digital can take a deep dive into the breathtaking production with behind-the-scenes interviews, exclusive commentary and deleted footage not seen in theatres,' the makers said. Tom Cruise returned as Ethan Hunt. As the title suggests, 'Final Reckoning' was widely marketed as the final instalment of the MI franchise. However, the film did not end Hunt's story. Tom Cruise has also claimed it would be his last Mission Impossible film. However, it does not mean the franchise will end. According to director Christopher McQuarrie, the Dead Reckoning Parts 1 and 2 are not the end of the series. They already have ideas for what comes next, he told Fandango. Even Tom Cruise revealed he would not like to stop as Ethan Hunt. 'Harrison Ford is a legend; I hope to be still going; I've got 20 years to catch up with him. I hope to keep making Mission: Impossible films until I'm his age,' The Sydney Morning Herald quoted Cruise as saying.

Ramayana: Amitabh Bachchan To Lend Voice As Narrator In Ranbir Kapoor, Yash Starrer?
As reported the actor will be lending his voice to the character Jatayu. However, an official confirmation is still awaited. Nitesh Tiwari's directorial Ramayana is one of the grandest projects in Indian cinema. The film already boasts a stellar cast including Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Ravana. Amid this, a fresh report suggest that megastar Amitabh Bachchan will also be an integral part of the magnum opus—not just as a character but as its narrator. Times Now has quoted Mid-day report reading, 'We're exploring the idea of having Bachchan as the sutradhar. His voice adds gravitas that no one else can match. The makers are keen that the film opens with his voice. It's still at the discussion stage. While the clash is a concern, there will be ways to work it out on a creative level. Having him open the film and be the spiritual narrator will have a strong impact." The actor will lend his voice to the character Jatayu. Makers have finally unveiled the first look from the much-anticipated cinematic rendition of the epic, headlined by Ranbir Kapoor. On July 3, they shared the first looks of Ranbir, Sai Pallavi and Yash from the upcoming project. On July 3rd, 2025, the makers unveiled the epic universe with a global launch of Ramayana: The Introduction, setting the stage for the timeless battle between two of mythology's most iconic forces: Rama Vs Ravana. The launch was global, featuring fan screenings across nine Indian cities and a spectacular billboard takeover at Times Square, New York. Led by filmmaker-producer Namit Malhotra and co-produced by Yash, Ramayana unites a formidable team of Oscar-winning technicians, Hollywood's finest creators, and India's biggest names in acting and storytelling. It reimagines one of civilization's most powerful epics as a cutting-edge cinematic universe rooted in Indian culture and crafted for a global audience. Sunny Deol On Taking Up Hanuman's Role: Sunny revealed that he hasn't started filming yet but will begin work on the film 'very shortly." Talking about his emotions as he prepares for the epic role, he said, 'It will be exciting, it will be fun. It's going to be great, it's going to be beautiful." However, he admitted there is also nervousness that comes with portraying such a revered character, 'See, nervousness or fear – that factor is there. But that's the beauty of it, because you have to find within yourself how you're going to take up the challenge and how you're going to live up to it. And you're getting the opportunity to do it, and I'm very sure Amit, the producer, they're doing a great job of it." Ramayana: Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film boasts a star-studded cast with Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, and Ravie Dubey as Lakshman. Produced by Madhu Mantena and Allu Aravind, Ramayana is shaping up to be one of the grandest projects ever attempted in Indian cinema. The first instalment, Ramayana: Part 1, is slated for a Diwali 2026 release, while the second chapter will follow in Diwali 2027. Earlier this year, Ranbir Kapoor too expressed his excitement, saying he was approaching the role with utmost sincerity and discipline, even altering his lifestyle to align with the spiritual responsibility of portraying Lord Ram. Meanwhile, Sunny's entry as Hanuman has further raised anticipation, given his towering screen presence and iconic 'dhai kilo ka haath" persona that audiences have long celebrated. With cutting-edge technology, a legendary mythological tale, and a dream ensemble cast, Ramayana is being touted as India's answer to Hollywood's epic franchises. As Sunny put it best, 'When it comes to the big screen, I'm sure there will be justice to everything, and people will feel satisfied and enjoy the whole film."
