Ayuso wins on Giro mountain, Roglic takes overall lead
Spanish climber Juan Ayuso won stage seven of the Giro d'Italia on Friday as Primoz Roglic took the overall lead on a day where the principal contenders all turned up.

Stage eight on Saturday is a similar medium mountain stage while Sunday's stage nine runs over relatively flat terrain to Siena.
