The 6-foot-6, 190-pound Skipper spent his first two collegiate seasons at Vermont, redshirting the 2022-23 year and playing a reserve role in 2023-24, averaging 7.1 minutes per contest in 11 appearances, as Vermont completed an America East championship three-peat.
Skipper started 11 of 26 games for Oral Roberts, Skipper's hometown school located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He put up averages of 4.9 points and 2.3 rebounds per game while shooting 36.1% on his 3-point attempts. He reached double figures four times, including a career-high 20 points in a 92-54 victory over Texas A&M-Texarkana in December.
Oral Roberts went 7-23 this past season, losing in the play-in game of the Summit League tournament.

Vermont previously picked up forwards Gus Yalden, Ben Michels and Trey Woodyard via the transfer portal this offseason. Head coach John Becker and his Vermont staff still need to fill three more scholarship spots for the 2025-26 campaign.

Sixers' Tyrese Maxey reacts to Pacers shocking Thunder in Game 1
Sixers' Tyrese Maxey reacts to Pacers shocking Thunder in Game 1 The Indiana Pacers did it again on Thursday night to begin the NBA Finals. Kick starting the NBA Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder, it wasn't a great start for them as the Pacers committed 19 turnovers in the first half, but that didn't matter in the second half. Indiana buckled down as it committed only five turnovers after halftime and rallied from a 15-point deficit in the fourth to shock the Thunder 111-110 thanks to Tyrese Haliburton. The Indiana superstar drilled a mid-range shot with 0.3 seconds left to lift the Pacers to a Game 1 win and a 1-0 lead in the series. It was the only lead Indiana held in the game. Philadelphia 76ers star Tyrese Maxey, an avid fan of the game, took to Twitter to give his reaction to the Pacers picking up the win. Haliburton and the Pacers will now look to take a 2-0 lead in the finals before the series shifts to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for Games 3 and 4. Game 2 is set for Sunday night at the Paycom Center.

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes attends WCWS Game 2 to support Texas Tech Red Raiders
Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes attends WCWS Game 2 to support Texas Tech Red Raiders Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was spotted at Game 2 of the Women's College World Series between the Texas Tech Red Raiders and Texas Longhorns on Thursday, June 5. Mahomes — an avid baseball fan, advocate for women's sports, and former Red Raider — has supported his alma mater throughout the 2025 NCAA Division I softball season and seems to have taken a particular interest in the Women's College World Series. Texas Tech faltered in Game 1, but is looking to even the series tonight with a win over the Longhorns in front of the three-time Super Bowl champion. The Big 12 Conference gave Mahomes a shoutout on Twitter in a post from its official account: Though OTAs may have cut into Mahomes' ability to follow the Red Raiders during their run to the Women's College World Series, his attendance at Thursday night's game is a testament to his status as a die-hard Texas Tech fan.
