Yuengling's Ice Cream Corporation (OTC: YCRM), Doing Business as ReachOut, Files 2024 10-K With Profitability, Growth, and Corporate Transformation in Focus
Net Income Swings Positive to $4.4M as YCRM Undergoes Name Change and Platform Transformation
CHICAGO, IL - April 16, 2025 ( NEWMEDIAWIRE ) - Yuengling's Ice Cream Corporation (OTC: YCRM), currently undergoing a name and symbol change pending FINRA approval and operating under the brand ReachOut, today announced the filing of its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, showcasing revenue growth and a dramatic turnaround to profitability.
Financial Highlights:
'The traditional MSP model is fundamentally broken and dying -- thousands of fragmented regional providers with slow response times, basic security, and no ability to scale,' said Rick Jordan, CEO of YCRM. 'We're completely reinventing what's possible in this space. This isn't about incremental improvement. We're building a nationwide brand where none existed before, bringing advanced protection to small and medium businesses that have been completely ignored by the industry. Just like a large wireless brand disrupted telecom for everyday customers, we're bringing that same revolutionary approach to cybersecurity for everyday businesses.'
Strategic Transformation
The Company announced it is executing a transformation strategy modeled after the Berkshire Hathaway structure with an Alphabet-style portfolio approach, enabling ReachOut to own, develop, and scale independent technology ventures. It also formally submitted its application with FINRA for a name and ticker symbol change, signaling a clear departure from legacy operations and reflecting its focus on cybersecurity, automation, and digital identity technology. 'I'm not interested in being just another player in this industry – we're building something completely disruptive,' said Rick Jordan, CEO. 'The Berkshire model gives us capital efficiency while Alphabet's playbook lets us incubate and scale disruptive technology ventures independently. It's a complete strategic transformation. We're shedding the old skin and emerging as something entirely different: America's first national cybersecurity portfolio brand with a technology holding company structure that can move with the today, not get stuck in a decades old model. This structure gives our shareholders asymmetric upside potential beyond what traditional service businesses could ever deliver.'
Future Growth Strategy
The Company has announced it completely reimagined its growth strategy, abandoning the larger acquisition model in favor of a nimble, high-velocity approach that delivers greater integration speed and ROI. This transformation combines holding company economics with disruptive market penetration, creating a dual pathway to shareholder value:
'Big acquisitions are dead money. Our model targets high-potential firms in high-demand low-competition markets we can transform 2-5X in under 24 months through data driven local search capture,' said Rick Jordan, CEO. 'Combined with ventures like TRUSTLESS, we're not just building a better service company – we're creating a wealth-generation machine with asymmetric upside that traditional players can't touch. This isn't incremental improvement. This is total industry disruption.'
The Company's transformation from a traditional MSP to a technology holding company represents one of the most ambitious pivots in the cybersecurity industry. The Company encourages investors and industry watchers to follow the Company's developments as it executes its disruptive strategy and drives toward its planned NASDAQ uplisting.

How To Become a Self-Made Millionaire on a Low Salary, According To Humphrey Yang
Former financial advisor and current investing influencer Humphrey Yang is known for taking complex concepts and making them easy to understand. In a recent YouTube video, the money guru gave tips on 'How To Be a Millionaire on a Low Salary.' Check Out: Learn More: Here are his 4 pillars of personal finance that can help you become a millionaire without a large income. The first pillar of personal finance is frugality, according to Yang. He explained that frugality is not to be confused with being cheap. Instead, he urged hopeful millionaires to think of it as 'ensuring every dollar has a place.' Yang noted that since every dollar matters, he is always trying to get the best deal possible, saving where he can by using rewards apps at fast food restaurants. Furthermore, he encouraged those watching to 'focus on how much you save, rather than how much you make.' In other words, a high income does not equate to wealth, since you could be spending a large portion of your money and only investing a small amount. Try These: Yang's second pillar of personal finance is investing. The personal finance influencer recommended investing aggressively. He cautioned, however, that this does not necessarily mean investing in aggressive holdings with high risks and returns. Instead, he said you should be 'contributing to your investments as early as possible and as much as possible.' While the idea of investing may seem overwhelming or intimidating at first, there are numerous resources available to help even the youngest aspiring millionaire get started. The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) recommends setting investment goals first, and then determining your investment timeline or when you will need your money. Working with a professional is strongly encouraged to ensure that you make sound investment decisions. The third pillar is time. The earlier you start, the better off you will be once you retire. It is important to note that significant gains come at the end for compound interest. More wealth is created later in life if you begin investing early. Yang pointed to famed investor Warren Buffet, who has amassed a net worth of $158 billion. According to Forbes, the 94-year-old bought his first stock at 11 years old and was filing taxes by 13. Yang credits Buffet's massive wealth to 'persistence, consistency, and living to 95,' and noted that he made '99% of his net worth after his 60th birthday.' He explained that compounding interest allowed Buffet to take the $3 billion he was worth at the age of 60 to the nearly $160 billion he has now. The final pillar to becoming a millionaire on a low income is income streams. Yang sais that the majority of millionaires have multiple income streams. Having multiple sources of income can help to build wealth. He mentioned five different sources of income that most people have: earned income (your primary job), investment income, interest income, rental income and side hustle or second job income. Yang noted that while he does believe you can become a millionaire on a low income, it won't necessarily be easy. Ukrainian K-2 regiment's ground robots successfully evacuate four wounded soldiers in four days
The 20th K-2 Separate Unmanned Systems Regiment, led by Lieutenant Colonel Kyrylo Veres, has released a new video highlighting the use of ground-based robotic systems in rescuing soldiers. In the video, Veres says his regiment's robotic ground platforms have successfully evacuated four wounded soldiers in four days. Source: 20th K-2 Separate Unmanned Systems Regiment Quote: "Soon you will witness changes that will significantly increase the chances of survival for an ordinary infantryman. I'm not just talking about our unit, but about all the units in the defence forces. After all, K-2's job is to work in the interests of neighbouring brigades and save the lives of their men on the ground." Details: Veres added that following the successful use of drones in the air and at sea, the military is moving on to automate ground operations. One success story where a wounded soldier was evacuated with a ground drone was reported by the 13th Khartiia Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. The brigade successfully evacuated a wounded man using the Tarhan ("Cockroach") ground robotic system. The drone was able to deliver the wounded man to the evacuation team along a 12-km-long route. "The soldier in need of medical assistance was loaded onto the ground robotic system and successfully delivered to the evacuation team, from where he was taken to doctors," the team noted. This is further proof that the use of ground robotic systems is becoming increasingly common in the evacuation of wounded soldiers. More information about the use of ground drones in the Khartiia Brigade, including for the evacuation of military personnel, can be found in this article by Oboronka. Elmira police bring back K-9 program after receiving funding
ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM)— The Elmira Police Department is bringing back its K-9 program for the first time in over ten years after the Elmira City Council approved funding. The department will receive $122,095 in funding from the county. The funds will go towards the K-9 and other handler fees. 'The dog ranges between fifteen and sixteen thousand dollars, which seems to be the going rate, and then a new patroling vehicle. You're looking at forty-five to fifteen thousand dollars for that. There are those fees and then the handler training fee, and then all of the little things that go with it,' said Kristen Thorne, Elmira Police Department Chief. Corning Farmers Market kicks off first day of season Chief Thorne hopes that everything will be up and running by the end of 2025. 'I'm in the process of trying to get the bids and trying to find the place that we're going to buy it from, so when that happens, most of them it takes a couple of months to do the training on the dog,' said Thorne. The K-9s will be able to help sniff out drugs and complete tasks to help the department. Bikers urged to follow traffic laws and safety tips 'We are looking to get a dual-purpose dog so he or she will be able to do tracking, building searches, article searches, and then search for narcotics,' said Thorne.' Fentanyl, methenamine, cocaine, we do not test for obviously marijuana anymore, you know, because marijuana is legal now, so the dog won't be trained on that,' he said. Chief Thorne is currently in the process of choosing a K-9 to add to the department. 'I've reached out to several kennels, I have one in mind. There have been a lot of dogs in surrounding agencies that have come from this kennel, so that's what I would like to do, but that has not been cemented in stone as of yet,' said Thorne.
