Scammer jailed
TDT | Manama An Asian man has been sentenced to three years in prison, fined BD1,000, and will be deported after serving his term, after scamming another man out of BD365 by tricking him into handing over his bank details. The High Criminal Court was told that the 24-yearold acted with an unnamed accomplice to gain access to the victim's verification code, which is tied to his bank card.
