For the unversed, Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur tied the knot in 1954, when the Bollywood superstar was just 19 years old. They have four children: two sons, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, and two daughters, Ajeeta Deol and Vijeta Deol.
However, Dharmendra met Hema Malini in 1970 when they were shooting for their film Tum Haseen Main Jawaan. Even though fans loved their pairing, when they decided to get married, the actress' parents were not in favour. After many difficulties, Dharmendra and Hema Malini got married in 1980. They have two daughters – Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.
Despite his subsequent marriage to Hema Malini in 1980, Prakash Kaur never divorced him. She maintains a simple life, occasionally making public appearances.
Last year, on the occasion of their 44th wedding anniversary, Hema Malini also took to her Instagram handle to share a glimpse of the celebration. In the photo, the actress-turned-politician was seen holding Dharmendra's hand as they smiled and posed for the camera. In the caption of her post, Hema Malini had written, 'Our anniversary photos".
Meanwhile, on the work front, Dharmendra was last seen in Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. He will soon be seen in Sriram Raghavan's 'Ikkis', which will star Amitabh Bachchan 's grandson, Agastya Nanda in the lead.

Bipasha Basu slams trolls fat-shaming her for weight gain after childbirth: ‘Memes do not define me'

Actor Bipasha Basu is not letting any meme, mocking her for her weight gain after childbirth, define her. She recently took a strong stance against trolls who were body-shaming her post-partum look, asserting that their hurtful comments don't define her identity or self-worth. Also read: Mika Singh feels Bipasha Basu is out of work because of her attitude: 'The drama she created on Dangerous ensured...' Instead, Bipasha pointed out that such behaviour reveals a disturbing aspect of society's mindset towards women. Bipasha took to Instagram to react to the online chatter around her weight gain after embracing motherhood. She expressed her thoughts in the comments section of a reel that criticised the unfair expectations and pressures women face after childbirth. The reel referenced an Instagram post featuring a collage of Bipasha's past and present photos, set to the lyrics of Night Changes, which seemed to emphasise the changes in her appearance over time. Shweta Vijay Nair, a former Miss India and beauty influencer, took to Instagram to speak out against the unrealistic expectations placed on women, particularly mothers. In her reel, she highlighted the emotional and physical toll of motherhood, emphasising how women are expected to juggle multiple roles while facing judgment for even the smallest imperfections in their appearance. A post shared by Shweta (@shwetavijaynair) Bipasha reacted to the whole issue in the comment section. 'Thank you for your clear words... Hope the human race does not remain so shallow and so low forever… and they encouarge and applaud women for the million roles they play each day,' she wrote in the comment section. Bipasha continued, 'I am a super confident woman with a very evolved loving partner and family. Memes and trolls do not define me ever… nor did they make me who i am. But these are deeply disturbing reflections of the society towards women . Another woman in my place could be deeply affected and scarred with the viciousness'. 'Anyways if we have more strong voices and atleast women understanding and applauding women for who they are then women will rise higher and higher :) We are unstoppable ladies,' she ended. Her husband and actor Karan Singh Grover wrote, 'We should be putting all the women we know and love on a pedestal and praying to them. They are the gods/goddesses we should pray to. In fact I believe that god/ source is a feminine energy. Nothing else could have created something as beautiful as life'. He also thanked her for 'being so awesome'. Bipasha and Karan welcomed their first child on November 12, 2022, six years after their marriage. Taking to Instagram, Bipasha had shared a post through which she announced the name of her daughter. The picture read, "12.11.2022. Devi Basu Singh Grover. The physical manifestation of our love and blessings of Ma is here now and she is divine'. Since then, the actor has focused on her daughter.

Sushant Singh Rajput's Sister Shares Emotional Video On His Death Anniversary

Last Updated: Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14, 2020. While some suspected to be a case of death by suicide, others had alleged foul play. On the occasion of Sushant Singh Rajput's fifth death anniversary, his sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, took to her Instagram handle and dropped an emotional video. In the clip, she discussed missing her late actor-brother while also explaining what SSR stood for. Shweta mentioned that Sushant is still alive in our hearts and urged everyone not ever to spread negativity using his name. In the caption of her post, Shweta also wrote and reflected on what she said in the video. 'Today is Bhai 5th Death Anniversary, a lot has happened since his death on 14th June 2020. Now CBI has submitted a report to the court and we are in a process of retrieving it. But what I want to say today is no matter what happens, don't loose heart and don't loose faith on god or in goodness. Always remember what our Sushant stood for… purity, an unquenchable zeal for life and learning, a heart full of love which believed in treating everyone equally and doing charity. His smile and his eyes had this child like innocence which could stir anyone's heart with overflowing love. That's what our Sushant stood for. That's what we have to stand for,' she wrote. 'Bhai hasn't gone anywhere believe me… he is in you, in me, in all of us. Everytime we love with all our heart, everytime we have child like innocence towards life, everytime we are inclined to learn more, we are bringing him alive. Never use Bhai's name to spread any negative feeling… he wouldn't like that. He didn't stand for that. Look how many people's heart and mind he touched and influenced…. Let his legacy continue… you be the burning candle that lights up other candles to continue his legacy. Any great person's legacy always grows after he has passed on….. you know why is that? Because the magnetism of their personality sows seeds and influences minds for generations to come….❤️🙏 (sic)," she added.
