Liam Payne's ex Sophia Smith marries James Bridgwood as she stuns in a chic highneck gown during lavish London ceremony
The late One Direction star and the influencer, 30, dated from 2013 after having been friends since their schooldays in Wolverhampton until October 2015.
Sharing an update to her Instagram on Monday, she stunned in a chic highneck gown as she shared a kiss with her new husband.
Sophia teamed the elegant A-line number with a dramatic veil and styled her hair into a sleek bun.
The newly-married couple posed for photos on the roof of Hotel Cafe Royal, with the bride captioning: 'Mr & Mrs!! @cranberryblueevents you made our day perfect xxx'
Sophia and James, who announced their engagement in December, are parents to a daughter, Angelina, who was born in April 2023.
Announcing their engagement at the time, Sophia shared the happy news with a sweet black and white clip of the proposal.
She captioned the update: 'Yes a million times over 25.12.24.'
The couple could be seen knelt on the floor surrounded by rose petals and a bottle of champagne to celebrate.
Liam and Sophia originally met when they were both in school, but didn't date until 2013, splitting in October 2015.
He told The Sun On Sunday at the time: 'I'm absolutely devastated to have split with Sophia, but in order to do right by somebody, sometimes it's better not to do what your heart wants, but to do what's better for them.'
The split came as a shock to fans as just weeks before Liam admitted that the pair were talking about marriage.
In an interview with Attitude magazine, he said: 'We have talked about marriage, but 22 seems a bit young for us. Sophia needs to go off and do what she wants to do.
'I don't want her to be one of those stay-at-home girlfriends who doesn't really do much.'
Liam died at age 31 on October 16 after falling from a third-floor balcony of a hotel in Buenos Aires.
His medical cause of death has been announced to be 'polytrauma', a term which means a person has multiple traumatic injuries to their body.
A hearing, which Buckinghamshire Coroner's Court said was held on December 17, was told it may take 'some time' to ascertain exactly how the 31-year-old died.
Five people have been charged over Payne's death in Argentina after he fell from a third-floor balcony of the Casa Sur Hotel.
The hotel's manager, a receptionist and a friend of Payne have been charged with manslaughter, Argentina's National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office previously said in a statement.
They are reported to be hotel manager Gilda Martin, receptionist Esteban Grassi and Payne's friend Roger Nores. Two other people have been charged over the supply of drugs.
Nores is accused of manslaughter for having allegedly 'abandoned him to his luck knowing that he was incapable of fending for himself and knowing that he [Liam] suffered from multiple addictions', court documents show.
Two others, hotel employee Ezequiel Pereyra and waiter Braian Paiz, have been charged with supplying cocaine.
The inquest into Payne's death in the UK has been adjourned until a pre-inquest review on November 6, the coroner's court said.

Biddy Baxter was warm, funny and inspirational
Despite her reputation as a formidable, sometimes controlling, editor of Blue Peter, when I met Biddy Baxter (Obituary, 11 August) she exuded nothing but warmth and fun, entertaining us immensely with all her anecdotes. The occasion was a long, leisurely lunch in 2008, along with her original producers. This was to celebrate the awarding of a coveted gold Blue Peter badge to my then husband for a scientific breakthrough, which coincided with the inclusion of an aspirational childhood letter of his in a book marking Blue Peter's 50th anniversary. Biddy's encouraging response to it, he wrote to her, helped put him firmly on the path to becoming a LamontSt Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex Was the Biddy Baxter obituary one you 'prepared earlier'?John HinklyLittle Chalfont, Buckinghamshire Have an opinion on anything you've read in the Guardian today?
