Dsquared2 Resort 2026 Outfits the Rebellious Schoolboy
Canadian twin designers Dean and Dan Caten, known for the provocative, rebellious, and sex-appealing fashions under their Italian labelDsquared2, are back with, well, another provocative, rebellious, and sex-appealing collection for Resort 2026.
As pictured in the lookbook above, the brothers' latest manifesto explores freedom and defiance from the '50s and '70s through the lens of a common locale for collegiate misconduct: the bathroom, 'where free spirits sneak away to smoke cigarettes or simply have a moment of freedom and solitude, becomes a stage of countercultural community,' the designers explained.
The line merges reworked preppy classics, like luxurious knits, linen shirts, and denim monogram bombers, with bad-boy staples, including leather coats, distressed denim trousers, and '70s motorcycle boots. Modish sweat-sets appear to elevate free-dress days, while letter jackets and rugby shirts drive the schoolboy narrative home.
Elsewhere, the collection boasts two collaborations. The first team-up is with the ubiquitous symbol of happiness, Smiley, which appears on a T-shirt reading 'Smile! It confuses people.' The second is with photographer Tom Bianchi, whose '70s and '80s Polaroid images from Fire Island land all over Dsquared2's signature hoodies, T-shirts, bags, and swimwear.
At the end of the line, the 'coolest teacher on campus' enters the bathroom, halting Dsquared2's stylish rebellion. The dapper instructor serves as a reminder of the twin designers' tailoring, wearing a series of slick, sophisticated suits. 'With a knowing wink, he sends these troublemakers back to class – but not before bumming a cigarette and sharing a summertime memory,' the brothers wrote.

French Open results: Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic compete for semifinals berths
Young star Jannik Sinner and bona fide future legend Novak Djokovic were in the limelight on Wednesday as they took on their respective competitors at the French Open quarterfinals. Sinner, who was yet to drop a set at Roland Garros this year, looked to continue steamrolling the competition against Alexander Bubik and Philippe-Chatrier. On the other hand, decorated veteran Djokovic took on 28-year-old Alexander Zverev of Germany. Advertisement It took an entertaining three sets for Sinner to overcome Bubik despite his Kazakhstani challenger. Despite not having a rank number, Bubik shocked many by making it to the last eight competitors in the tournament. The 23-year-old got into a good start and quickly established an early 4-0 lead. He would take the set with ease, 6-1. The second set began with the two competitors in a 1-1 deadlock. After scoring a consolation point in the first, Bubik put up an early fight with a 2-1 lead. Bubik, 27, led the cat and mouse between them throughout the second — edging away whenever Sinner tied the score. Advertisement Unfortunately, momentum changed when Sinner broke the 5-5 tie as the set dragged on. While it took some work, the Italian took the set, 7-5. Bubik appeared to be tapped out from the fight he put up in the second set, as Sinner cruised away to a flawless 6-0 set. Novak Djokovic will take on Alexander Zverev at 2:15 p.m. ET.
