CAIRO - 25 June 2025: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects hot to very hot and humid weather to prevail on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, across most parts of the country during the day, with warm and humid weather along the northern coasts, and moderate temperatures at night and in the early morning.
On Wednesday, humidity is expected to rise, making the weather feel hotter than expected, ranging from 2 to 3 degrees Celsius. Fog will occur from 8 to 4 a.m. in areas from the north of the country to Greater Cairo, northern Upper Egypt, the Canal cities, and central Sinai.
The following are the temperatures in the cities and capitals of the country's governorates:
Cairo records lows of 23°C, highs of 35°C
Sharm El-Sheikh records lows of 27°C, highs of 39°C
Alexandria records lows of 21°C, highs of 30°C
El Alamein records lows of 22°C, highs of 29°C
Matrouh records lows of 23°C, highs of 29°C
Saint Catherine minimum temperature: 15°C, highs of 32°C
Aswan minimum temperature: 27°C, highs of 41°C
