Jaipur: The Rajasthan police will launch a major statewide operation to identify and deport
illegal Bangladeshi immigrants
following
Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma
's directives Wednesday.
At a high-level meeting held at the chief minister's residence, Sharma instructed officials to intensify surveillance and deport undocumented Bangladeshi nationals. The meeting was attended by home secretary Anand Kumar, DGP UR Sahoo, and senior officers from the state intelligence branch.
The state has long struggled to detect such individuals, many of whom are believed to have obtained forged Indian identity documents such as Aadhaar, Jan Aadhaar, PAN cards, and even passports. Officials say this significantly complicates verification and deportation processes.
"Despite repeated attempts, our efforts often faltered due to identity verification issues, especially in urban slums and informal settlements," a senior official told TOI.

An estimated 90,000 Bangladeshis are believed to be living in Rajasthan. Following the meeting, DGP Sahoo held a video conference with district SPs, instructing them to intensify local detection operations and coordinate closely with the state special branch (SSB).
Sources said that the city police had uncovered an organised racket in Nov last year, facilitating the illegal stay of Bangladeshi nationals by supplying fake identity documents. Eleven Bangladeshi nationals were deported during that operation.
"Coordination with central agencies like the ministry of external affairs (MEA) and ministry of home affairs (MHA) remains a key challenge in executing large-scale deportations," the official added.
The state govt now plans a multi-agency campaign across districts to identify both illegal immigrants and networks that enable their stay. Action would also be taken against those who assist them in acquiring forged identity documents, officials said.

4 ways GTA 6 could let you launder money in the game

Image via Rockstar Games In the criminal underworld of Grand Theft Auto , making money is easy, but cleaning it is the real challenge. If GTA 6 wants to take its realism and immersion to the next level, money laundering should play a major role. From drug deals to heists, players will likely earn millions through illegal means. But spending dirty cash without attracting heat? That's where laundering comes in. Here are 4 possible ways players might be able to launder money in GTA 6, based on past games, criminal logic, and what we know about Vice City's return in Leonida. 1. Buying and Flipping Real Estate Leonida is set to be a massive, diverse region, meaning real estate is likely a huge part of the game. Buying run-down homes, fixing them up, and selling at a profit would be a clever way to clean money. Imagine buying a mansion in Vice City with illicit cash, renovating it using laundered funds, and flipping it for clean profits. Rockstar could even add a risk-reward mechanic: launder too much, too fast, and the authorities might start investigating your 'sudden success. ' GTA 6 BUSINESSES AND PROPERTY! Everything We Know! 2. Investing in Cash-Heavy Businesses Just like in GTA 5, businesses are the perfect front. Think car washes, laundromats, nightclubs, and fast-food joints. These generate a steady stream of legal income, giving players a way to 'blend' dirty money into clean daily sales. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 임플란트 최대 할인 지원해드려요 임플란터 더 알아보기 Undo In GTA 6, Rockstar could expand this by letting players buy, manage, and upgrade these establishments, hiding large amounts of illegal profits behind fake transaction records. The more money you launder through them, the more suspicious they might become to the authorities. 3. Casino Chips & High-Stakes Gambling Casinos are classic fronts for money laundering, and GTA Online already introduced them. GTA 6 could take this further—letting players walk into a high-end Vice City casino, buy chips with dirty money, then cash out after a few fake bets. Add in poker games, slot machines, and horse betting, and you've got the perfect laundering loop. But to keep things tense, Rockstar might throw in random audits or surveillance flags for frequent 'winners. ' GTA 6 - NEW Clips, Screenshots & Artworks 4. Art Galleries and Luxury Goods Another slick method? Turning illegal cash into expensive art, jewelry, or collectibles. GTA 6 could let players buy rare items, forge documents, and sell them back to shady dealers. An art gallery or black-market auction house would make the perfect front—and open the door to side missions involving forgery, theft, or smuggling. If GTA 6 lets us earn dirty , it needs to let us spend smart . Money laundering systems would make crime feel deeper, more dangerous, and more rewarding than ever.

Mapped, marked, and hit: How precise was Israel's strike on Iran? 10 images show how it hit the bull's eye

Under the cover of darkness, at least 200 Israeli aircraft pierced Iranian skies on Friday in a surprise assault that didn't just begin from the air, but from within. What made the strikes unlike any in recent history was not just their scale, but their surgical precision, aided by months of covert planning, smuggled weapons, and internal sabotage. Israel's strike wasn't just a show of military might - it was a display of staggering precision, executed with a level of planning and coordination that is only now beginning to come into focus. Here are 10 images that show how precise the strike was: According to two Israeli security officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity to Associated Press, the operation was aided by months of covert groundwork laid by the country's Mossad spy agency. Ahead of the assault, Mossad reportedly smuggled drones and precision-guided weapons into Iran. These were not simply stored and left — they were positioned with surgical care, near key Iranian surface-to-air missile systems and radar installations. As Israeli aircraft began their 2,000-kilometre journey toward Iranian airspace, with nearly 200 jets launching simultaneously, these internal strike assets were activated. Explosive drones launched from within Iran targeted missile launchers near Tehran, disrupting Iran's ability to respond even as the first bombs fell. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Vaastu Complaint: 2/3/4 BHK Homes: Hiranandani Fortune City Hiranandani Fortune City Enquire Now Undo Meanwhile, mobile strike systems hidden inside civilian vehicles attacked radar and air defence positions from the ground, offering air superiority to Israeli jets before they even arrived. The result: explosions erupted almost simultaneously in multiple high-security locations, including military and nuclear sites in Tehran, Isfahan and Qom. Iran's most fortified facilities — like Natanz and Fordo — were struck with a precision that suggested long-term surveillance and exact targeting data. These underground enrichment sites, previously thought to be secure, suffered visible damage. Intelligence officials say bunker-penetrating munitions and internal sabotage combined to breach even their toughest defenses. The Israeli air assault focused on disabling ballistic missile production plants, destroying launch-ready missiles, and eliminating radar networks across central Iran. Footage from the capital showed blinding flashes lighting up the night sky in unison, implying a highly coordinated strike. Iran's state media reported the deaths of several high-ranking officials, including the commander of its Revolutionary Guard, the head of its missile program, and two nuclear scientists. Though Iran launched over 100 retaliatory drones, Israel says the majority were intercepted. The operation marks a major escalation in the shadow war that has simmered for years between the two nations. But what made Friday's strike extraordinary wasn't just the scale or speed — it was how the first wave of damage came from inside Iran itself, a testament to Israel's deep infiltration and strategic foresight. Officials in Israel claim the attacks were a necessary step to halt Iran's nuclear ambitions, particularly after Tehran vowed to accelerate uranium enrichment following a recent censure by the UN's nuclear watchdog. (Image credits: AP) Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that if left unchecked, Iran could move 'within a very short time' to produce a nuclear weapon — although international experts maintain it would take months.
