'Israel' kills 250 in just 36 hours, says Gaza's Health Ministry
The Director-General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza has described the situation in the Strip as 'ethnic cleansing massacres,' with 250 Palestinians killed in just 36 hours. He condemned the ongoing systematic crimes committed by 'Israeli' forces against civilians and healthcare facilities.
In an interview with Al Jazeera, the official stated that over 150 injured people have been admitted to Al-Awda and the Indonesian hospitals amid deteriorating health conditions and severe shortages of medical supplies, especially in intensive care units.
He accused Israeli Occupation of deliberately targeting hospitals, using modern weapons banned internationally to strike civilian facilities. This has led to a noticeable rise in cases of malformed fetuses, prompting calls for an urgent international investigation into the nature of these weapons and their effects on the population.
The health official also highlighted acute shortages in medical staff and essential supplies, worsened by the lack of clean water and collapsing sanitation services, increasing the risk of epidemic outbreaks.
He appealed to the international community and human rights organizations to intervene urgently to stop the attacks and save what remains of Gaza's healthcare system.
Dozens Killed Since Midnight
In related news, Gaza's Civil Defense announced that at least 50 Palestinians have been killed in 'Israeli' airstrikes since midnight Friday.
