
Thoma Bravo in Advanced Talks on $11 Billion Deal for Dayforce
The private equity firm is discussing an offer of $70 a share for Minneapolis-based Dayforce, according to a statement Wednesday. That would give Dayforce an equity value of $11.2 billion.
