Flintoff showed the F1 drivers around the stadium, giving an exclusive tour of everything from the players' balcony to the legendary honors board.
During the tour, three athletes discussed the differences and similarities in their sports.
Not only did Flintoff explain the history and basics of cricket, but Sainz and Albon even got a chance to play the game in full gear.
This game of cricket preceded the upcoming British Grand Prix, which is scheduled for Sunday, July 6.
The race will follow the Austrian Grand Prix, which saw both Williams' drivers retiring. Both drivers are determined to deliver stronger and better performances in the team's home Grand Prix.

Manchester United's exiled forward Marcus Rashford has delivered a scathing assessment of the Premier League side's struggles, saying the club remains stuck in "no man's land" due to constantly changing coaches with different philosophies. Rashford has not played for United since December after a fallout with coach Ruben Amorim, with the England international spending the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa before joining Barcelona on another loan deal last month. The 27-year-old, once the lynchpin of United's attack, said the last few months away from the Old Trafford side have allowed him to "take a step back" and analyse why the club which finished a lowly 15th last season has been floundering. "People say that we've been in a transition for years but to be in a transition you have to start the transition. The actual transition hasn't started yet," Rashford said on 'The Rest is Football' podcast. "When Liverpool went through this, they got (Juergen) Klopp and they stuck with him. They didn't win in the beginning, people only remember his final few years when he was competing with (Manchester) City and winning the biggest trophies. "To start a transition, you have to make a plan and stick to it. This is where I speak about being realistic about what your situation is. We've had that many different managers, ideas and strategies in order to win that you end up in no man's land." United have not won the Premier League title since 2012-13, the last season of manager Alex Ferguson's career before he retired, while Liverpool have now equalled their tally of 20 league titles. United's managerial carousel since Ferguson's exit has included David Moyes, Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Erik ten Hag, with each bringing vastly different playing styles. "When Ferguson was in charge, not only were there principles for the first team but they were for the whole academy," Rashford said. "They'd all understand the principles of playing the Man United way. Any team that's been successful over a period of time, they have principles that mean that any coach or player that comes in has to align to or add to the principles." United have won several cups since their last league title, but Rashford attributed them to squad quality rather than systematic success. "At times, I feel like United were hungry to win so we'll always try to adapt and sign players that fit the system. But that was reactionary," Rashford added. "If your direction is always changing you can't expect to win the league. You might win some cup tournaments, but it's because you have a good coach, good players and match winners in your team."

Cristian Romero replaces Son as Tottenham Hotspur captain
Cristian Romero has been named as Tottenham's new captain after the departure of club legend Son Heung-min. Son, who had worn the armband for the last two seasons and lifted the Europa League in May as Spurs ended their 17-year wait for a trophy, joined LAFC earlier this month. Romero had acted as vice-captain for the previous two years and started the Europa League final win over Manchester United as skipper before Son came off the bench in the second half. The 27-year-old Argentine will lead his side out when Tottenham take on European champions Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday. "I had a good conversation with Cuti Romero and he's going to be our captain," new Tottenham manager Thomas Frank told the official club website. "He was very honoured and very happy about it. It's a big thing and should be to lead this wonderful club out on the pitch, not just for this Super Cup, but also throughout the season. "I think he has all the right qualities. He leads from his behaviour on the pitch, driving the team forward in every way and outside the pitch he's always pushing the team." Romero, who joined Spurs from Atalanta four years ago, was part of the Argentina side that won the 2022 World Cup.

Arsenal hoping for title success as big spending bolsters squad depth
After watching three consecutive Premier League titles slip through their fingers, Arsenal have opened their wallet wide in the close season, completing early moves to ensure squad depth does not derail their championship dreams again. Having finished second behind Manchester City in the 2022-23 and 2023-24 campaigns, Arsenal failed to build on that momentum in the transfer market last summer when reinforcing the attack. Fans were left scratching their heads after deadline day when Raheem Sterling, a winger in decline, was brought in on loan, with Chelsea only too happy to oblige in offloading a player who was not in their plans. The painful pattern of finishing second was compounded last season when they fell behind Liverpool after losing key forwards Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz to long-term injuries, their league title drought stretching to 21 years. But new sporting director Andrea Berta, replacing Edu, has overseen a dramatic shift in approach as the club spent nearly 200 million pounds ($266.30 million) before August. In came midfielders Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard, defender Cristhian Mosquera, winger Noni Madueke, goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga and striker Viktor Gyokeres -- the final piece of the puzzle. Arsenal scored only 69 goals in the league last term, a massive drop from the 91 they netted the season before. Sporting's Sweden striker Gyokeres, meanwhile, found the net an eye-watering 54 times in all competitions last term to become the hottest target in the transfer market. "I was extremely happy with the way that we have approached the window and how aggressive we've been," Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said. "So far, we are very happy with what we have achieved. Make sure that at the end of the window, we continue to be super happy. Gyokeres's arrival also suggests a potential tactical shift in Arsenal's style of play, with the striker poles apart from how Havertz operates when leading the line. While the German constantly drops deep, Gyokeres's natural habitat is in the final third and his direct style of play might force Arsenal to get the ball upfield faster. Spaniard Zubimendi's mobility, his deep-lying playmaking skills and defensive nous will give Arsenal's midfield a measure of steel while also controlling the tempo. Norgaard's tactical awareness and versatility makes him a welcome addition while the Dane also brings Premier League experience and leadership qualities having captained Brentford. "You have to mix it up with some veteran players as well. I think we have a really good balance in our squad this year," midfielder Mikel Merino said. While the big-money signings grab the headlines, Arsenal's famed academy continues producing gems. Last season heralded the arrival of Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly on the big stage as the teenagers played a fearless and refreshing brand of football. Now, one more teenager is knocking on the door after impressing in pre-season -- 15-year-old Max Dowman, who Arteta described as special. Although still a long way from signing a professional contract, Dowman had already shown he was too good for the Under-18 league when the attacking midfielder netted 15 times last season. In Arsenal's pre-season friendly win over Newcastle United, Dowman showed he could deal with the physicality of the professional game, gliding across the pitch and skipping challenges while also earning a penalty. Arteta has succeeded in making Arsenal contenders not only in the Premier League but also in the Champions League where they made a memorable semifinal run. But he must now take the final step to lift silverware and squad depth can no longer be an excuse as they hunt for a first trophy since winning the FA Cup five years ago. "To be in the dispute for titles, you have to have the best players ... We have let a couple of titles slip through our fingers recently," defender Gabriel Magalhaes said.
