Authorities in Sana'a have launched a campaign aimed at enhancing cleanliness, removing random structures, and improving traffic flow across the capital's districts. The initiative, inaugurated by Dr. Hamoud Obad, Mayor of the Capital, and First Deputy Khaled Al-Madani, is part of a broader effort to beautify streets and neighborhoods in line with directives from the Supreme Political Council and the Government of Construction and Change.
The campaign includes tree planting, environmental awareness programs, and community engagement under the slogan "Cleanliness is a Shared Responsibility." Officials emphasized the community's role in sustaining cleanliness in streets and neighborhoods.
Running until the end of Ramadan, the campaign involves workers, service offices, and local initiatives, focusing on removing urban distortions, improving sanitation, planting trees, and regulating traffic flow.

Sana'a – SABA The Mayor of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud Obad, and the President of Sana'a University, Dr. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, inspected today the ongoing paving works of the main road within Sana'a University campus, with a total cost of 103 million Yemeni riyals, jointly funded by Sana'a University and the Capital Secretariat through the General Administration for Community Initiatives. Dr. Obad and Dr. Al-Bukhaiti, accompanied by Engineer Ahmed Al-Mashriqi, Director of Initiative Projects at the Secretariat, and Abdulmalik Al-Radhi and Sami Humaid, directors of Ma'in and Al-Wahda districts respectively, were briefed by Engineer Ali Muharraqah, Deputy Head of the Executive Unit for Public Spaces Development, and the project manager, on the progress of the project. They explained that the first phase includes compacting and paving damaged segments, as well as adding a new asphalt layer to the entire main road. The goal is to improve the university's infrastructure and facilitate traffic flow. As part of the current work, 1,800 meters of asphalt were laid on the northern side of the road, following the paving of the southern side last week. Both the Mayor and University President praised the level of collaboration and partnership in implementing this vital project, emphasizing its importance in serving the university and surrounding areas. Sana'a - Saba: The General Mobilization in the Shu'ub District of the Sana'a Capital Municipality launched the "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses for the year 1447 AH under the slogan "And prepare against them whatever you are able of power," in support of the Palestinian people. Khaled Al-Madani, First Deputy Director of the Sana'a Capital Municipality, emphasized that these courses represent a religious and national responsibility and aim to prepare and prepare to confront enemies, especially in light of the massacres and violations suffered by Palestinians in Gaza.
