Sylvester Stallone opens the door to his splashy $35M Florida home that has 12 bathrooms
The coastal property, which was built in 2014, can be seen in the September/October issue of Veranda magazine.
The 79-year-old Tulsa King star purchased the Palm Beach property four years ago with his model wife Jennifer Flavin but they moved in only two years ago.
There are seven bedrooms with 10 full and two half bathrooms in the two-story main residence and two guesthouses.
The backyard has a lot to offer: a keyhole-shaped pool, sandy beach, and a view of the water. His neighbors are Jon Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart, Howard Stern and Rush Limbaugh.
The property is the only home in Palm Beach with access to a private beach, according to the outlet.
Famed interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who has worked with the Kardashians, did the decorating.
What he came up with was 'laid-back glamour,' Veranda said. Bullard wanted 'a loungy vibe' as well.
Flavin said the home needed to be large to fit them and their three daughters: they have Sophia, 28, Sistine, 27, and Scarlet, 23.
The Rambo actor is also dad to two sons with ex-wife Sasha Czack: Seargeoh, 44, and Sage, who died in July 2012 at 36.
The home also had to house Stallone's vast art collection.
'I consider it like a wardrobe,' he said of his art collection. 'With art, you can take a piece that you've become...maybe not blasé about, but you're not exactly overwhelmed by it anymore.
'You move that piece to another room — now you're invigorated! It's like furniture: messing around, moving it around, constantly restimulating our minds.'
Flavin wanted a warm feeling.
'I've always made every house we've ever had a home,' she said. 'I don't care if someone spills something. I can replace the rug or get it cleaned.
'We have three dogs and a cat and lots of children — nothing we own is precious.'
She added, 'Our family is precious, but the material things are not precious.'
Stallone and Flavin reportedly sold their Hidden Hills, California property in 2023 for $17million, according to Robb Report.
Before that they lived in a Beverly Park mansion. The actor sold that dwelling to Adele for a reported $58million. Stallone and Flavin originally listed it for $110 million.
This comes after Stallone joined a coalition of Hollywood unions and industry leaders to urge Donald Trump to support tax incentives aimed at revitalizing the movie and TV business.
The actor was appointed by Trump alongside big-screen veteran Jon Voight, 86 – a longtime supporter of U.S. President Trump – as 'special ambassadors' to Hollywood.
But they have also joined the unions group to appeal for help from the U.S. President.
It includes the Motion Picture Association (MPA), SAG-AFTRA, the Writers Guild of America, the Directors Guild of America, and they have sent Trump a letter to the president advocating for the reinstatement and expansion of specific tax provisions.
The note focuses on three key tax measures: the extension of Section 181, which allows immediate expensing of up to $15 million in production costs (or $20 million for productions in certain areas); the revival of Section 199, which provided a deduction for domestic production activities; and the reauthorization of Section 461, permitting companies to carry back net operating losses to offset prior year tax liabilities.

Fox & Friends' Brian Kilmeade accidentally said '69' during a segment about James Comey - sending his cohosts into hysterics. The anchor was in the process of slamming the former FBI director when he made the flub. The word '69', in some settings, is slang for a sex act. The numeral he had intended to use was '86', co-host Ainsley Earhardt quickly pointed out. Laughter ensued, as the latter is another slang term largely used in hospitality, when referring to a menu item that is out of stock. It can also mean 'getting rid' of a person or product - a definition that saw many accuse Comey of calling for the assassination of Donald Trump back in May. Comey, back then, uploaded a picture that showed an assortment of shells arranged to spell out: '86 47.' The missive appeared to reference the conservative, who is the 47th president of the United States. Comey insisted he stumbled across the message himself as others continue to use the numerical sequence to also call for the conservative's impeachment. He found himself at the center of the Fox & Friends discussion following a separate post where he outed himself as a fan of Taylor Swift. Kevin Costner has made a surprising career move following his bitter departure from the hit TV show Yellowstone after five seasons and box office flop, Horizon. On Monday, Amazon MGM Studios announced the two-time Oscar winner, 70, signed on to star in their upcoming dramedy, Honeymoon with Harry, alongside Jake Gyllenhaal. The film centers on a man (Gyllenhaal) who, just days before his wedding, loses his fiancée. In the wake of her sudden death, he chooses to embark on the planned honeymoon trip with his would-be father-in-law (Kostner). Glenn Ficarra and John Requa are set to direct the movie, based on Bart Baker's 2016 book Honeymoon with Harry. This marks Costner's first project since Horizon's lackluster box office performance. After a tough opening weekend upon its release on June 28, 2024, the father-of-seven insisted he was 'really happy' that Horizon 'like what it's supposed to look like' on the big screen. 'That's really important to me in this process,' he told Entertainment Weekly. 'Would I love that it would be highly, highly successful? 'Of course, I'd like that. My ego would like that; everyone would like that. But I am happiest that the movie that you and I are talking about looks the way I want it to look.' Chapter 2 was set to hit theaters also last year - however due to low box office numbers, a new release date has yet to be confirmed.
