Sarah Jessica Parker baffles fans with Hocus Pocus look at photo call for And Just Like That
Sarah Jessica Parker appeared to channel one of her gleefully wicked characters while attending a photo call for season 3 of the Sex And The City spin-off, And Just Like That..., in New York on Wednesday.
The actress, 60, wore a gothic navy Vivienne Westwood corset style gown with long sleeves at the event, held at Crane Club.
Some fans were baffled by the look as they noted that it resembled her witch character Sarah Sanderson, from the 1993 Disney film Hocus Pocus and its 2022 sequel, Hocus Pocus 2.
The star added some bling to the look with sparkly Nomasei Paris heels and a silver Fregoli bag. She accessorized with Fred Leighton jewelry, wearing 19th Century diamond earrings, a diamond flower brooch in hair, and a 1920's pearl and silver ring.
While on the red carpet Sarah — who reprises her iconic Carrie Bradshaw role in the series — was also joined by husband Matthew Broderick, 60.

Corbett has returned to the show as Carrie's ex Aidan, a recurring part he played on the original series, winning the hearts of fans.

In spite of their latest breakup, however, Aidan reappears in the trailer for the new show, leaving a few embers of hope still glowing for their romance.
Now Corbett, 64, is celebrating the premiere of the new season - and Derek, 68, who was with him for 18 years before they married in 2020, was by his side.
For her latest public appearance, Derek exuded a youthful glow as she posed in a snappy monochrome trouser suit that accentuated her still willowy frame.
Her snappy ensemble featured metallic studs around the edges of the jacket and down the sleeves and trouser legs, adding an extra splash of personality.
Meanwhile Corbett was the image of the silver fox with a salt-and-pepper beard, debonair black outfit and sleek orange sunglasses.
Derek, who rose to fame as a blonde bombshell in the 1979 sex comedy 10, married John in December 2020 after a romantic relationship of 18 years.

However, amused viewers were quick to mock the styling and editing of the three-minute long clip on social media, with some viewers claiming it looked stilted and odd.
'Shot edited and scored like a pharmaceutical ad,' declared one user.
'This looks even worse than the first seasons, which I didn't think was possible,' joked another.
'Who else is looking forward to the train wreck that is #AndJustLikeThat season three?' asked another.
'Just for some reasoned watched the season three trailer of And just like that and it still looks god awful,' laughed someone else.
Kim Cattrall's character Samantha Jones, one of the four leads on Sex And The City, is still not part of And Just Like That.
Spin-off And Just Like That... first began airing in 2021 on HBO Max, with the second season premiering last year in 2023. Kim Cattrall did not return for the show but made a shock cameo in the second season finale

After years of rumors that Kim did not get along with the rest of the original cast, she notably refused to return for the spinoff series.

Sir Rod Stewart has cancelled a string of concerts in the US as he recovers from flu, ahead of his set at Glastonbury later this month.
