Shaks took to social media after ordering the bed online for £269.99 to show people what had arrived.
Many people have had issues after ordering from the site, like one woman whose curtains arrived and were just inches long.
But it didn't put Shaks off ordering the bed.
When it finally arrived, it came in numerous boxes and it was a struggle to assemble.
She said: "Okay, so I bought a bed from Shein so you don't have to.
"Well, to start off with, it was confusing. The instructions, why? The Shein manufacturer needs to redo them because we had to undo, start again about three, four times."
However, once she finally got the hang of the instructions, it was 'alright'.
The luxe-looking bed came in beige faux leather and had storage baskets underneath.
But that's not all, the headboard had a built-in phone charger as well as LED lights to set the mood.
Once it was built and she was able to control the light system, Shaks was left seriously impressed.
I bought a Shein sofa - it arrived in a single box & took 72 hours to 'inflate'
The Shein buyer had waited to buy a mattress to make sure the bed frame was exactly what she ordered.
She added: "I can honestly say you can buy your bed from Shein.
"You can soon buy a house and land and car and babies on Shein.
"It even comes with LED lights, yeah, go and get your bed, girls and boys."
Shak gave viewers an update four months later on how the bedframe held up and she still loved the bargain buy.
"It's still standing, it's firm, and it's strong," she added.
The clip quickly went viral on her TikTok account @shaks6 with over 20 million views.
People couldn't believe the bed worked out and took to the comments to share their surprise.
One person wrote: "Buying a bed from Shein is crazy."
Another commented: 'The minute SHEIN starts doing overnight shipping… It's over."
What is Shein and is it legit?
Shein is an online-only fast-fashion retailer, based out of China, that has become a number one shopping destination for many around the world.
The company was valued at $66billion in 2023, dwarfing that of popular high street brands Zara and H&M.
The fashion retailer was founded in late 2008, by entrepreneur and marketing specialist Xu Yangtian, also known as Chris Xu.
Shein is a legitimate selling website and is not a phishing scam.
But you may receive a disappointing order or run into shipping issues if you order from the site, according to reviews.
There have been swathes of quality complaints, which makes sense when looking at the price tag.
"Don't tempt me," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "I didn't actually think you could buy a legit bed."
"I like the fact you're a risk taker lol,' claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: 'Crazyyy, I thought it'd be a scam that's better than my bed from The Range."

Read on to find out where you can buy the best 'murses' IN THE BAG I went out in public wearing a male handbag like Brad Pitt – the reaction shocked me but here's why I'll keep using one Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) HOLLYWOOD hunks are mad for designer arm candy, but can a regular bloke get on board with a handbag? Writer Nick Harding gives it a go Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 9 Nick Harding has tried out the murse - a lady's handbag worn by a man Credit: supplied 9 Brad Pitt was spotted carrying one last year in New York Credit: GC Images MY wife takes one look at the package that's just arrived and sighs. 'What is it this time?' she asks. 'Murses,' I proclaim. 'What the hell is a murse?' she questions. 'Men's purses,' I beam, as I pull a cheap Louis Vuitton-looking bag from River Island out of its wrapping. She mutters something under her breath and walks off shaking her head. My life as a fashion pioneer often involves stepping ahead of the curve — leggings for men, cropped tops for men, heels for men, lingerie for men. I've tried them all. They often fail to translate to the mainstream, leaving me looking stupid. But the murse — which is basically a lady's handbag, held by a man — is different because it has celeb pedigree. And it's not just Les Dawson, or Les Dennis, or any other Les (Ferdinand, perhaps?) swanning around with one as part of an outdated drag act. No. I make £42k a WEEK reselling handbags online - I've packed in my full-time job & made my first $1 million in sales The murse has been embraced by modern-day fashion heroes. Timothee Chalamet, Pharrell Williams, Harry Styles and Pedro Pascal have all gone full-Thatcher and hooked into the trend. Top-end murses are not cheap. The Bottega Veneta Andiamo tote favoured by Jacob Elordi and Pedro Pascal, for example, will set you back £4,600. Nicholas Hoult's Prada Buckle bag is around the same. What this means is that, for the price of a deposit on a one-bedroom flat in Sunderland, you could own your own slice of fashion iconography. A huge leather tote screams 'macho' Granted, a murse may not be as practical as a home in a former shipbuilding city in the North East, but it's far more glamorous. 'SIZE MATTERS' And it will probably hold its value better if you look after it. I didn't have a celebrity budget, however, so I did the next best thing and scoured the net for dupes. And while retailers such as River Island and Next would never admit they've made copies, their offerings share many design similarities with some of the big boys, but at a fraction of the cost. There are a few rules to observe before a murse purchase, applicable whether you're going for the full-fat designer version or saving your pennies and heading to the high street. Firstly, remember that size matters. Ludicrously spacious bags are king. There's a place for a tiny clutch bag — of the type favoured by Pharrell Williams and Harry Styles — but these are best left for the young'uns. If, like me, you're a middle-aged man with a shaved head, people will assume you've just mugged a granny if you wander down the high street with a dainty handbag. Go big or go home, and don't worry about the haters. 9 Nicholas Hoult was seen with the Prada Buckle bag Credit: GC Images A huge leather tote screams 'macho'. Indeed, so many American footballers were seen with them at this year's Super Bowl, Vogue declared that we are now in the 'era of the men's power bag'. Even Travis Kelce was seen with one. Then again, he could have just been carrying partner Taylor Swift's bag. And that's rule number two. Own it. Ignore the sniggers. If your friends laugh at you, they were never your friends in the first place. And it's with this attitude that I eagerly unboxed my selection and picked which ones to test out. A word of warning here, type 'murse' into an Asos search and you'll confuse the algorithm. In the world of commercial retail, there is no such category. A murse is just a 'lady's handbag' carried by a man. Except it's not a lady's bag any more. 'MASCULINE STYLING' It is 2025 and if a bloke wants a handbag, what's the problem? Anyway, you will find nice men's tote bags, designed specifically in black with masculine styling. But I wanted in-your-face fashion so grabbed the River Island one, £66, and New Look's Bottega Veneta-style one, £32.99, and headed to the fashion mecca of Portsmouth's Gunwharf Quays shopping centre to get noticed. While Timothee Chalamet paired his chain-strap Chanel number with a puffer jacket, and Harry Styles prefers a bamboo-handled Gucci bag, I hit Burger King with my lattice leather New Look number and hung around the ordering section for a while trying to look relevant. No one batted an eyelid. I was hoping for admiring glances, but no one seemed to notice, even when I hung around outside designer bag store Coach. It was only when I sat on a bench in a quiet part of town I started to get a few side-eyes. And a wolf whistle from Portsmouth FC fans who wandered past. I got more attention a few days later when I used a baby blue New Look buckle bag as my impromptu gym bag. 'Why have you got your wife's bag?' a gym regular laughed as I stuffed my sweaty kit in it. 'It's a murse, mate,' I sniffed, 'Keep up.' 9 Nick's murse did get some looks in Portsmouth Credit: Supplied I got the same reaction in my local, where I sat self-consciously sipping a pint and trying not to make eye contact with the regulars who were frowning at my choice of accessory. But by the end of the week, I could appreciate the practicality of a bigger bag. A cross-body man bag is too small to hold more than a wallet and a phone, and when you wear them, people assume you're on a phone-snatching spree. But tote-style murses have plenty of room for essentials — phone, wallet, glasses, sunglasses, copy of The Sun — and extra space for incidentals and shopping. Which is how I found the perfect role for my favourite River Island number. I now keep it by the front door for when I pop to the Co-op. It's much more bougie than a plastic bag for life. Don't fall for fake Mounjaro scams to save money on fat jab - it put me in a 'coma' & I'm still suffering, says Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace "I had been the ultimate super-athlete, always in competition and being super-healthy my entire life, but I just could never get back to where I needed to be, no matter what I did. 'My whole life is being in the gym, working out, running, training, HIIT training, dancing, every single thing you can think of. "I would always get to a certain point on the scale, but I could never get below that. That's when I decided that it was time to try something different and got on the GLP-1 with Ro.' Williams said that medication has made her feel 'more like her old self'. Everything you need to know about fat jabs WEIGHT loss jabs are all the rage as studies and patient stories reveal they help people shed flab at almost unbelievable rates, as well as appearing to reduce the risk of serious diseases. Wegovy – a modified version of type 2 diabetes drug Ozempic – and Mounjaro are the leading weight loss injections used in the UK. Wegovy, real name semaglutide, has been used on the NHS for years while Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a newer and more powerful addition to the market. Mounjaro accounts for most private prescriptions for weight loss and is set to join Wegovy as an NHS staple this year. How do they work? The jabs work by suppressing your appetite, making you eat less so your body burns fat for energy instead and you lose weight. They do this my mimicking a hormone called GLP-1, which signals to the brain when the stomach is full, so the drugs are officially called GLP-1 receptor agonists. They slow down digestion and increase insulin production, lowering blood sugar, which is why they were first developed to treat type 2 diabetes in which patients' sugar levels are too high. Can I get them? NHS prescriptions of weight loss drugs, mainly Wegovy and an older version called Saxenda (chemical name liraglutide), are controlled through specialist weight loss clinics. Typically a patient will have to have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, classifying them as medically obese, and also have a weight-related health condition such as high blood pressure. GPs generally do not prescribe the drugs for weight loss. Private prescribers offer the jabs, most commonly Mounjaro, to anyone who is obese (BMI of 30+) or overweight (BMI 25-30) with a weight-related health risk. Private pharmacies have been rapped for handing them out too easily and video calls or face-to-face appointments are now mandatory to check a patient is being truthful about their size and health. Are there any risks? Yes – side effects are common but most are relatively mild. Around half of people taking the drug experience gut issues, including sickness, bloating, acid reflux, constipation and diarrhoea. Dr Sarah Jarvis, GP and clinical consultant at said: 'One of the more uncommon side effects is severe acute pancreatitis, which is extremely painful and happens to one in 500 people.' Other uncommon side effects include altered taste, kidney problems, allergic reactions, gallbladder problems and hypoglycemia. Evidence has so far been inconclusive about whether the injections are damaging to patients' mental health. Figures obtained by The Sun show that, up to January 2025, 85 patient deaths in the UK were suspected to be linked to the medicines. She said: 'I was putting in the work,' she said. 'I actually think it's a problem a lot of other women can relate to, that you are in the gym and eating healthy, but just can't get to the level you want or need to. I feel lighter mentally, I feel sexier, I feel more confident.' Considered as one of the greatest players of modern tennis, Williams won the 2017 Australian Open while she was pregnant. She is now campaigning for Ro, which sells Eli Lilly's Zepbound and Novo Nordisk's Wegovy as part of its weight loss programme. Weight loss jabs have been a godsend for people in the UK living with obesity. But a mum shared how she finally got a toned stomach after having two C-sections, without using Ozempic or fad diets. Bethanie Kendra, from the UK, revealed her top weight loss tricks and the one exercise that finally got rid of her lower stomach. She shared before and after images of her stomach which was now toned and slender. She said the first thing you had to do was lose weight, and she was able to shed 3.5 stone. "The only way you can lose weight is a calorie deficit. You want to focus on nutrition and diet, nutrition and diet, nutrition and diet," she explained

I moved from a ‘rough' council estate to a mansion but my neighbour was vile to me for being too common

Plus, how the entrepreneur went from being a single mother living in a council house to raking in a whopping £1.8million a year CRUEL COMMENTS I moved from a 'rough' council estate to a mansion but my neighbour was vile to me for being too common Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A WOMAN who previously lived on a rough council estate and moved to a 'posh area' has said her 'vile' neighbour was rude to her for being too common. Terri-Ann Nunns, 41, from Doncaster, who previously starred on Channel 5's Rich House, Poor House as a self-made millionaire, said she was 'happier' on the council estate. 3 Self-made millionaire Terri-Ann Nunns opened up about moving from a council estate to a mansion - and how her posh neighbour was vile to her Credit: Tiktok/terriann_nunns 3 Terri Ann claims her neighbour's actions forced her to move house Credit: Instagram/TerriAnn_Nunns After creating a successful diet plan and having a budget of £1,200 a week with her husband Michael, and their three kids, Terri-Ann moved into her 'dream' mansion. However, things were not all rosy as the person living next to her made her life a living hell. The six-bedroom mansion had come with a cinema room and a swanky bar, but the dream ended when she was forced to sell the property and move out. In a TikTok video on her @terriann_nunns account, she said: 'We bought this house, and then I had offices built in the back garden, it was just amazing. 'But then I had a new neighbor and he were a doctor and he weren't very nice. 'I think personally he could not stand the fact, like, I'm just me. I'm not posh, I'm just me. 'I'll never change, I've always been from a council estate, always been rough and ready, professional, but can be rough and ready as well. And he just couldn't stand us.' Terri-Ann claims tensions rose when he started moaning about her staff parking on the street. She added: 'I had a massive drive for everybody to park on, every staff member, but because they're coming at different times, one of them would get blocked in. 'So they just thought, 'we'll park on street.' So one of my staff argued with him. Anne and Mick Ross look around the Nunn's six-bed house on Rich House Poor House 'He nudged her, it was vile. 'Honestly, I just think he just couldn't stand the fact that we weren't posh. We were just, like, normal.' Terri-Ann said she suspects her neighbour ended up phoning the council to say she was running a commercial business out of her home. She continued: 'I don't know, he just hated us. 'And then when the council got involved, basically the reason I had to move out the house because they said I couldn't run my business from there. 'So I'd spent £40,000 on this office being built in the back garden, and the council turned around and said you're using your property as a commercial property which we weren't. 'We had the big house and the thing at the back garden. Anyway, I said I'm not staying here. 'I'm not staying here and not being able to run my business. It's just not worth it, what we've invested. 'So we sold the house, made money from it, sold the house and bought the one that's on Rich House, Poor House.' 3 The Nunns outside their six-bedroom mansion on Rich House, Poor House Credit: Emporium Productions Ltd SNOBBY COMMENTS Terri-Ann insists she's proud of her success, but claims often people who have had a privileged upbringing 'look down' on those who haven't had that. Many people were quick to praise the entrepreneur on her success in the comments. One said: 'Girl I feel you, I miss the estate so bad! Way to snooty round here.' Another added: 'Love to see my own kind of people getting along in life good on you. sounds like the neighbour was very bitter and jealous of you.' BUSINESS SUCCESS Terri-Ann made her fortune through her Terri-Ann New You Plan, and regularly shares her top tricks for her own drastic body transformation. She went from being a single mother living in a council house to raking in a whopping £1.8million a year. On her Rich House, Poor House episode, her family swapped their six-bedroom home with struggling Anne and Mick Ross, who lived off £200 a week. During the episode, Terri-Ann admitted she may have been happier in her life before her success, saying: 'We're probably less happy now. 'I have to work loads of hours, and neglect Michael (her husband) a little bit, and obviously it's clear I neglect my kids because they told me all this week.'
