The hostelry has been on the market for over a year and was listed in 2024 with an asking price of £400,000.
It is now going under the hammer via Auction House Scotland livestream on August 21.
The award-winning establishment comprises an established restaurant and bar, as well as a B&B.
It has five en-suite rooms, plus three private rooms which were formerly used as owner accommodation.
Detached from the main building is the Old Barn Bar with 30 covers, which can be run independently all year round.
The established gastro pub is described as having "a strong reputation amongst locals and tourists alike", with a 4.7 rating on Google Reviews.
And it is said to be a great "opportunity to grow an already successful restaurant and B&B".
The auction listing states: "Within stunning surroundings, the property comprises a lounge/bar, restaurant and commercial kitchen on the ground floor.
"The upper level offers five ensuite B&B rooms plus three private rooms, formerly used as owners' accommodation.
"It's popular with locals and tourists, being one of the few pubs on the Hebrides.

"Additionally, there is a one-and-a-half-storey garage which would be ideal for conversion into self-contained owner's accommodation or tourist accommodation (with necessary planning approvals.)
"The overall plot extends to approximately 0.5 acre, including a generous beer garden and car park.
"Indications have previously been given that the council would be amenable to planning for camping on the spaces available at the beer garden.
'High level' of tourist demand on Lewis
THE LISTING also goes on to describe the local area and revealed that tourist demand on the island is at a "high level".
It said: "The Cross Inn enjoys a prominent roadside location on the A857 towards the northern tip of the Isle of Lewis.
" Cross Village is a small community offering local facilities, with Stornoway approximately 35 miles to the south.
"The local economy is historically built on traditional businesses such as fishing, farming and Harris Tweed.
"But tourism demand across the islands is always at a high level."
"The business has undertaken very little marketing activity and currently operates on a successful seasonal basis in the peak April to September season.
"There is an excellent opportunity to grow the visibility and trading hours of this popular business to a 12-month calendar.
"The published rateable value is £16,000, but the business may qualify for rates relief under the Islands and Remote Areas Hospitality Relief scheme."
The auction is being undertaken as the current husband-and-wife team is looking to retire, the listing states.
It adds: "They are looking to retire from the business and pass the baton to an enterprising and enthusiastic new team."

Household Support Fund explained Sun Savers Editor Lana Clements explains what you need to know about the Household Support Fund. If you're battling to afford energy and water bills, food or other essential items and services, the Household Support Fund can act as a vital lifeline. The financial support is a little-known way for struggling families to get extra help with the cost of living. Every council in England has been given a share of £742million cash by the government to distribute to local low income households. Each local authority chooses how to pass on the support. Some offer vouchers whereas others give direct cash payments. In many instances, the value of support is worth hundreds of pounds to individual families. Just as the support varies between councils, so does the criteria for qualifying. Many councils offer the help to households on selected benefits or they may base help on the level of household income. The key is to get in touch with your local authority to see exactly what support is on offer. The last round ran until the end of March 2025, but was extended. The current round is running between April 2025 and March 2026.

Michael Stewart has asked a teasing Hearts and Rangers themed question as Tony Bloom's investment rolls into Gorgie. Most Hearts fans were left delighted when they heard that the majority shareholder at English Premier League side, Brighton and Hove Albion, would be investing £9.86m in their club. He has now made a statement at a question and answer event for the Foundation of Hearts, outlining that he'd be disappointed if at least one league title was not won with Hearts in the next decade. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Bloom also went on to say that it's not good for Scottish football to be a 'one or two club show' and that The Jambos could potentially come second as soon as this season. The statement of intent has gone down a treat with Hearts fans as well as with supporters across the board of non old firm sides. Former Hearts midfielder turned outspoken pundit, Michael Stewart believes the statement from Bloom was a positive one and is refreshing for the Scottish game. Whereas his Premier Sports Social Club counterpart and former Rangers man, Alan Hutton wasn't so sure. Stewart believes Bloom statement will breed 'greater interest' in Scottish game Speaking on the Social Club, Stewart said: 'Forget even about Hearts fans, remember the way neutrals felt when Aberdeen went on an unbelievable run at the start of last season, it is exactly what is needed, I could not agree more with what Tony Bloom is saying. 'Greater competition breeds greater interest and it is brilliant to hear. Also you are talking about a guy who has a track record with clubs that he has been involved with, the main one being Union Saint Gilloise, he's done brilliant with his connection at Como as well where he's brought in players that have been sold for big money. For him to be coming out and talk about looking to win at least one title in the next decade, I think that is music to the ears of all neutrals in Scottish football.' Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Stewart then went on to half-jokingly ask Alan Hutton if he thinks Hearts will win a title before Rangers, to which the former right back responded with a swift 'no.' Bloom's track record speaks for itself Whether you agree with Stewart or not, there is no denying that he is 100% accurate when talking about Bloom's track record. Union Saint Gilloise hadn't won a Belgian top tier title for 90 years and were languishing in the second division before Bloom came along and transformed them into Pro League champions last year. Furthermore, during his time at Brighton he has turned them into a prominent Premier League side, who are arguably one of the best run clubs in the English top flight. The Seagulls have brought in talent such as Moises Caicedo, Alexis Mac Allister and Leandro Trossard over the past five years and have made a profit of over £200m on these players alone.

Philippe Clement lifts lid on Rangers boardroom 'total chaos' and reveals what really angered him about sacking

The Belgian was bulleted from his position following a disastrous Scottish Cup exit but at a time of turmoil for the club Sacked Ibrox gaffer Philippe Clement claims his bid to rebuild Rangers was wrecked by 'total chaos' in the boardroom. ‌ The Belgian boss was hired to replace Michael Beale in October 2023 - but he lasted just 16 months before being axed himself. ‌ A catastrophic Scottish Cup exit at the hands of Queen's Park in February left the former Club Brugge and Monaco gaffer clinging to his job. ‌ But the final straw came a fortnight later as Clement's side slipped up again at home to St Mirren, putting the nail in coffin of their already faint title hopes. However, the 51-year-old believes his chances of surviving in the Ibrox hot seat were undone by turmoil around the directors' table. Gers' preparations last summer were wrecked by a construction cock-up which forced the team to play the first month of the campaign at Hampden, while the club was left rudderless when both chairman John Bennett and chief exec James Bisgrove quit within weeks of each other. "That's the frustration, the frustrating part of the story," Clement told BBC Scotland's Sacked in the Morning podcast. "The first seven months, everybody was really happy about what happened in the club. There was a big change. But after that, a lot of things changed in the club and it became quite chaotic. ‌ "I never had a club or saw a club where you don't have all these positions filled during a season for six or seven months. So a lot of things happened." Clement - who has since been replaced by Russell Martin - expected to be given funds to challenge Celtic having pushed the Parkhead side close the previous season before a late collapse. But he was shocked to learn the budget had been slashed having been given orders from the board to sell his top earners before he could buy in fresh recruits. ‌ "They said we know we don't have the money that Celtic has for the moment," Clement added. "It was quite an old squad. So we know we're going to need four, five, maybe six transfer windows to gain money and to close this gap with Celtic. "And it starts with getting young players in, develop them, make them better and sell them to build the club again where it should be. "The board was afraid to say these things towards the fans because they were already very angry about the stadium issue. I was the only one speaking in the club because there was nobody any more." ‌ Clement lifted a League Cup just two months after arriving in Glasgow but was left playing catch-up on Celtic for the remainder of his time at Rangers. "There was a big difference about everything around the team, even maybe a bigger difference than on the pitch," he said, when asked about the gap between the Old Firm clubs. "In preparation, in everything around the club, Celtic is much more organised than Rangers. And I was there for sure in these seven months where there was total chaos at Rangers." ‌ Clement was binned with his team 13 points adrift of the Hoops. But he was left unhappy after learning through the media rather than the club that his time was up. "It felt really empty," Clement said. "I was also angry that moment because all the journalists knew before me. "I got a lot of messages from Scotland, England and Belgium even, before I get a message from the club, so I was not happy with that. That's not good. "I told them also that it was totally disrespectful, that moment. But I felt really empty because you build something together in your full day and night with everything in the club. "And I had to do much more than you normally should do as a manager in the months before when these positions were not filled in."
