Users in Central and Atlantic Canada are reporting a widespread outage of Bell Canada's services, according to outage tracker DownDetector.
Complaints spiked around 9:30 a.m. ET, with more than 100,000 reports made.

Social Sharing Toronto police say they are investigating reports of four people being shot in the city's Lawrence Heights neighbourhood on Tuesday evening.
