Italian Jannik Sinner maintains top spot in world tennis rankings

Italian Jannik Sinner maintained his lead in the ATP World Rankings released today, Monday, which saw several changes in the top ten.
Serbian Novak Djokovic moved up two places to fifth, while Norwegian Casper Ruud fell one place to sixth.
Russian Daniil Medvedev also fell two places to eighth, and his compatriot Andrey Rublev also fell one place to ninth. Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas also fell to tenth.
Britain's Jack Draper was the biggest beneficiary, jumping seven places to seventh, a career-best ranking. He capitalized on his victory in Indian Wells, over Denmark's Holger Rune, who moved up one place to 12th.
Italian Jannik Sinner tops the rankings with 11,330 points, followed by Germany's Alexander Zverev in second place with 7,945 points, Spain's Carlos Alcaraz in third place with 6,910 points, America's Taylor Fritz in fourth place with 4,900 points, Serbia's Novak Djokovic in fifth place with 3,860 points, and Norway's Casper Ruud in sixth place with 3,855 points.
Britain's Jack Draper is seventh with 3,800 points, followed by Russia's Daniil Medvedev in eighth place with 3,680 points, Russia's Andrey Rublev in ninth place with 3,440 points, and Greece's Stefanos Tsitsipas in tenth place with 3,405 points.
Local Palestinian sources reported that the enemy forces stormed the town and raided a quarry owned by a citizen.
The Zionist enemy forces also set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to the industrial zone east of the town, searched Palestinian vehicles, and checked their IDs.
This morning, three citizens were killed and others were injured in Israeli violations and shelling in the central and southern Gaza Strip; most of them were from one family while collecting firewood.

Jenin – Saba: A young Palestinian man was injured this Saturday evening after being severely beaten by Israeli enemy soldiers in the city of Jenin. Separately, Israeli enemy forces also stormed the eastern village of Lubban and established a checkpoint at its entrance. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society, quoted by Wafa news agency, reported that its crews transported a young man who sustained severe beating by Israeli soldiers in Khallet al-Sawha neighborhood, near Jenin refugee camp. His condition was described as stable. An Israeli infantry force reportedly stormed a building in Khallet al-Sawha and took positions on its roof, while another force was observed around Jenin Governmental Hospital. In a distinct development, Israeli forces stormed the eastern village of Lubban, south of Nablus, earlier this evening. According to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa), the mayor of Qarawat Bani Hassan, Ibrahim Asi, said, "Zionist settlers cut down and vandalized more than 100 olive trees owned by Palestinian citizen Muhannad Sufyan Rayyan, in a new attack that is part of a series of ongoing attacks against lands and farmers in the town." In a related development, a group of settlers assaulted Palestinian citizen Nasser Faraj Naji, from the town of Kafr ad-Dik, west of Salfit, while he was working on his land in the northern part of the town. He sustained injuries and was subsequently transferred to the government hospital in Salfit for treatment.
