Here, users enter details about their current device, including brand, model, and condition, to receive an instant valuation.Once the exchange is confirmed, an expert is dispatched to the customer's location to verify the phone's condition and collect it. The determined exchange value is then immediately applied towards the purchase of the new phone. The entire transaction, from valuation to doorstep pickup, is claimed to be completed within 40 minutes.
Flipkart is also accepting smartphones in a variety of conditions, including damaged or non-functional ones. Depending on the state of the old device, the exchange value can cover up to 50 per cent of the cost of a new phone.
