Bhopal: Singrauli's Pragya Jaisawal and Priyal Dwivedi of Satna topped the MP Board Class 10 and 12 results announced on Tuesday.For Class 10, the pass percentage was 76.22% for regular candidates and 28.70% for private candidates. Regular male students achieved 73.21%, whilst regular female students secured 79.27%.The High School Certificate Examination was conducted across 3,887 centres statewide for both regular and self-study candidates. A total of 8,04,932 regular candidates and 1,31,293 self-study candidates participated in the High School Certificate Examination. The examination recorded 24 instances of malpractice, marking the lowest count in a decade.Of the 8,04,768 regular candidates whose results were announced, 4,29,042 secured first division, 1,82,172 obtained second division, and 2,200 achieved third division. The overall pass percentage reached 76.22%, with no candidates receiving supplementary results. Female students demonstrated superior performance compared to male students amongst regular candidates, with pass rates of 79.27% and 73.21% respectively.For Class 12, regular candidates achieved a 74.48% pass rate, whilst non-regular candidates secured 26.48%. Regular male and female students attained 71.37% and 77.55% respectively.The state-level provisional merit list includes 26 candidates from Arts, 35 from Science (Maths), 53 from Science (Biology), 34 from Commerce, 8 from Agriculture, and 3 from Fine Arts Home Science. The Higher Secondary Examination was conducted across 3,636 centres, with 6,02,574 regular and 94,465 self-study candidates participating.The examination witnessed 43 cases of malpractice, the lowest in 10 years. From 6,01,951 regular candidates, 3,18,743 achieved first division, 1,29,472 secured second division, and 592 obtained third division. The overall pass percentage stands at 74.48%, with no supplementary results declared.

MPBSE MP Board 2025 Class 10th, 12th: The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has begun the registration process for the MPBSE MP Board Class 10 and 12 second exam 2025. The MP board has announced that the supplementary exam will be replaced by a second exam for students who either fail or are absent in any subject of the MP Board main exam 2025, starting from 2024-25 academic session. Interested students can complete the MPBSE MP Board application process through the official website — The deadline to submit the MP Board second exam application form is May 21. As per the board's guidelines, students who appeared for the MP Board main exam and either failed or were absent in one or more subjects are eligible for the MP Board Class 10th, 12th second exam. Additionally, students who have passed the Madhya Pradesh main exam can also take the second exam to improve their marks in specific subjects. However, candidates are not allowed to change their subjects for the second exam. Marks obtained in practicals and internal assessments during the main exam will be carried forward. Furthermore, students dissatisfied with their second exam results will have the option to apply for revaluation and request a photocopy of their evaluated answer sheet. Students planning to appear for the MP Board Class 10 and 12 second exam 2025 must submit their applications online along with the prescribed fee. According to the official notice, candidates appearing for a single subject will need to pay a fee of Rs 500. Those opting for two subjects will be charged Rs 1,000, while students taking three or four subjects must pay Rs1,500. For candidates appearing in more than four subjects, the fee has been set at Rs 2,000. The Second Chance Examination for Class 10 students will be conducted between June 17 and June 26, 2025. For Class 12 students, the exam window extends until July 5, 2025, due to subject combinations and practical requirements. As per the official data shared during the press conference, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 stands at 76.22%, while Class 12 recorded a pass percentage of 74.48%. Last year, the MP Board recorded an overall pass percentage of 64.48% for Class 12, with girls outperforming boys — 68.42% of girls cleared the exam compared to 60.54% boys. For Class 10, the overall pass rate was 58.10%, with 61.87% of girls and 54.35% of boys passing.

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) declared the most awaited Class 10th and 12th results on May 6 during a press conference helmed by MP CM Mohan Yadav. In a landmark moment in the history of Madhya Pradesh Board results, impressive pass rates of both Class 10 and 12 students have broken the record of the last15 years. According to official data, MP Board Class 10 and 12 results recorded significant improvement in the pass percentage this year. MP CM Mohan Yadav in a post on X stated, 'This year, 76.22% of students in the High School examination and 74.48% in the Higher Secondary examination achieved success, breaking the record of the past 15 years. Difference: 9.99 percentage points. Difference: 18.12 percentage points As many as 212 students secured a spot in the Class 10 merit list, out of which 144 students are females. Among a total of 159 students who achieved a position in the Class 12 merit list, 89 are female students. Celebrating and praising the success of female students, the Madhya Pradesh CM remarked, 'Once again, our sisters and daughters have excelled in the board exams. That's why we proudly call them Laadli Beti.' School Education Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh was also present at the press briefing in Bhopal.
