Miranchuk goal in the 87th minute pulls Atlanta United into draw with CF Montreal
A corner from Saba Lobjanidze caused chaos in the Montreal penalty area and led to Miranchuk nodding the ball home from just a few inches out at the 87th minute.
Atlanta (4-11-10) nearly pulled out the win at the 90th minute, but Miguel Almiron's curling shot hit the crossbar.
Dante Sealy opened the scoring in the 40th minute for Montreal (4-15-7), which is still searching for its second home win in MLS play this season.
After finding space behind the Atlanta (4-11-10) defense, Caden Clark found himself in a two-on-one situation and slid the ball across to Sealy for the score.
Newly arrived Montreal goalkeeper Thomas Gillier had his hands full early, making a series of key saves amid the Atlanta pressure. After intermission, the two swapped possession and half-chances.

Steelers CB Darius Slay injured at training camp practice
On Monday, Pittsburgh Steelers starting cornerback Jalen Ramsey missed team drills at training camp practice. Ramsey has been out the past week. This might not have seemed like a huge problem but also on Monday, cornerback Darius Slay went down with an ankle injury at practice. The absence of players like Ramsey and Slay makes for even more interesting matchups as the team prepares to wrap up training camp practice. The Steelers now turn their attention to joint practices with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before their preseason game in Pittsburgh this weekend. There's been no word yet from head coach Mike Tomlin about which starters will play in this important midway game. St Mirren 0, Motherwell 0: Stalemate in Paisley
Motherwell and St Mirren battled out a 0-0 draw in Paisley that maintains the Lanarkshire side's unbeaten start to their Premiership campaign. Both sides had chances that drew saves from the respective goalkeepers, but the teams more or less cancelled each other out on a blustery afternoon. Motherwell dominated the first half on possession and chances, but didn't do enough with what they created. Ibrahim Said saw a low shot well saved and Tawanda Maswanhise curled a shot round a post, but all too often their moves ended with a final pass going astray. The second period was much more even, with Alex Gogic nearly opening the scoring with a header. St Mirren boss Stephen Robinson made two changes to the side that lost narrowly at Celtic last Sunday, as Miguel Freckleton and new signing Keanu Baccus came in for Richard King and Fraser Taylor. Motherwell manager Jens Berthel Askou also made two changes, with Stephen O'Donnell and Ibrahim Said in for Liam Gordon and Apostolos Stamatelopoulos. Said was sent through on goal on the right in 21 minutes, with Shamal George brilliantly saving his low shot. Callum Slattery's corner from the left was knocked out only as far as Johnny Koutroumbis in 27 minutes, but he fired high and wide of the right post. Tawanda Maswanhise went on a run from right to left, before checking inside and curling a shot round the right post in 35 minutes. Elijah Just tried his luck with a wind assisted effort as the first half drifted into stoppage time, but it drifted wide. Phillips tried his luck with a chip in 55 minutes, but though it sailed in the wind, it was no problem for Calum Ward. Motherwell were given a real let-off in 60 minutes when keeper Calum Ward played the ball straight to Mikael Mandron, but St Mirren couldn't capitalise on the error and the former Steelman eventually fired over. Marcus Fraser was booked for a cynical foul on Maswanhise as he raced through on goal in 65 minutes, with Slattery's free kick brilliantly pushed away from the bottom right corner by George in 65 minutes. Alex Gogic nearly gave St Mirren the lead with a header from Phillips' cross, that Ward did well to claw over in 78 minutes. Phiillips had a shot from distance saved in 85 minutes. Baccus had a low shot saved from around 25 yards in 89 minutes. At the other end, Slattery's cross from the right was headed by Stamatelopoulos, but comfortably held by George. Motherwell's Rangers goal hero wants to repay boss' faith and fire them up table
Emmanuel Longelo wants to repay the faith shown in him by boss Jens Berthel Askou, and fire Motherwell up the Scottish Premiership. The former West Ham and Birmingham left-back says talking to Askou left him in no doubt Fir Park was where he wants to play his football over the next two years. Longelo, 24, has already hit the heights with two strikes this season, including the leveller in Saturday's 1-1 draw at home to Rangers. Speaking ahead of Saturday's trip to face St Mirren, the Londoner said: "It was an amazing feeling to score and take a point against Rangers. 'The team has welcomed me very nicely, the gaffer has made me feel welcome from the moment I spoke to him. 'He told me to be myself, gives me that freedom to express myself on the pitch and play with a smile, and he has made it easy for me. 'That's what I want to hear, because I feel that I have attributes that can help the team progress and go forward, and I like to show him what I'm good at. 'I knew this was an environment I wanted to be in, so it was really easy for me to kick on. 'This move has given me a new lease of life. When I spoke to the manager he said everything I wanted to hear, and made it a place I want to come play and excel. 'I feel like this is the correct way to play football, so we're just buying into what the manager wants to do, and so far it's going well.' Longelo won't set scoring targets, but definitely has his aspirations for the season. He said: 'I feel like if we had got the winner against Rangers it would have been the cherry on top. It was a good start, though. The manager wants me to get into those types of areas, so I've just got to repay him for the faith he has in me. 'It was a great feeling to score. You want to help the team as best you can, so to get the goals is a bonus. 'That's just the start for myself and the team, and we need to replicate that type of performance and application, going into every game. 'It's very important, because we're on a mission, we want to finish high in the league and do better than we did last season. 'It's important to keep the same mentality. 'A lot of teams concede late goals due to lack of concentration, so as long as we keep our concentration up we'll be alright.' Longelo says drawing against Rangers, with the performance Motherwell put in, has given them courage for what they're trying to achieve. He said: 'It gives us real belief. I feel like we have that against any team we're playing against, but against Rangers we showed that we can play like that against anyone, it doesn't matter who it's against. 'We're not afraid to play the way the manager wants us to play. 'We need to keep at it every day in training, pay attention to detail to help us to progress, and you need to be brave, it's part of the game. You have to be brave in everything you do.'
