Center Parcs currently has six sites across the UK and Ireland but none in Scotland.

The first Scottish Center Parcs holiday village was announced last year and now the company's chief executive has said it could open by early 2029.
The Scottish park is expected to have a wide range of facilities including the popular Subtropical Swimming Paradise and Aqua Sana Forest Spa.
Family-friendly retail and dining options as well as adventure facilities such as tree trekking, adventure golf, and a zip wire will be on-site.
In addition, there will also be wildflower meadows, nature walks and a wetlands.
A dedicated Nature and Heritage Centre will be complete, with a restaurant and coffee shop.
Colin McKinlay told BBC Radio Scotland's Drivetime programme that the project will have major benefits for the area, both during construction and once it is up and running.
In total, the £400million project looks to build 700 lodges and accompanying tourist facilities on a site in Hawick.
The company is aiming to submit its planning application this summer and start building in 2027.
Mr McKinlay said that the company had identified the Borders as a "real opportunity", according to the BBC.
He added: "It fits so many of our criteria in terms of the area, in terms of the demographic profile of people around the area."

Mr McKinlay also explained how the company hopes to employ as many people as possible from the local area.
In addition, he claimed the local area would benefit as visitors who stayed at the park for three or four nights, would be likely to "explore the area as well".
An assessment of the traffic and environmental impact of the Scottish park will also be carried out during the planning process.
If both go as planned, then the company expects to welcome the first visitors within four years.
Mr McKinlay added: [I]f we're successful, I would envisage us moving forward to a programme that would start building probably early in 2027 and hopefully opening as early as spring 2029."
Full plans for the park are expected to be released in May.
Center Parcs currently attracts millions of visitors a year to its six sites across the UK and Ireland.

Spending review needs to prioritise growth, Finance Secretary says
Finance Secretary Shona Robison has called on the Chancellor to 'prioritise growth' and to fully fund the employer national insurance increase for Scotland's public services ahead of the UK spending review next week. Robison urged the UK Government to abandon some of its 'damaging policies' such as cuts to welfare support for disabled people, to scrap the two-child benefit cap and to reinstate a universal winter fuel payment, ahead of the review on June 11. She said the Scottish Government had not yet been provided with 'clarity' on spending priorities. She asked Chancellor Rachel Reeves to award funding for the Acorn carbon capture project and to ensure Scotland receives a share of GB Energy funding that matches its contribution to UK clean energy goals. Robison said: 'The UK spending review is an opportunity for the UK Government to abandon some of its damaging policies such as cuts to welfare support for disabled people, to scrap the two-child benefit cap and to reinstate a universal winter fuel payment. 'We are also aware of the huge impact of the increase in employer's national insurance, not least on public services. I hope UK ministers will use the spending review to fully-fund the costs of this tax hike on jobs to vital public services like the NHS. 'The UK Government should also use the spending review to empower the devolved administrations with more flexible fiscal rules that can enable investment in public services. 'We need an end to spending that bypasses devolution so we can direct funds to best meet local needs. 'We called on UK ministers to involve us at an early stage of this process, but since they've refused to provide us with any clarity on their spending priorities it's clear that its business as usual for Westminster. 'We continue to call on the Treasury to use the spending review to change course, providing the funding we need to deliver for the people of Scotland.' The Chancellor said in a speech on Wednesday: 'In a week's time, I will set out a spending review targeted squarely on the renewal of Britain. 'Focused on the priorities of working people. By investing in our security, in our health, and in our economic growth. 'To deliver on the promise of change to make you and your family better off.' Brig o'Doon, which sits on the banks of the River Doon in Alloway, South Ayrshire, has finally opened the stunning venue. We told in January how the hotel shut its doors for a "complete makeover". The popular wedding venue is famed for its links to Robert Burns - featuring in one of his most celebrated poems, Tam O'Shanter. Dating back to Medieval times, the hotel is situated by the banks of the River Doon and falls within the Burns Monument Conservation Area. It was built in 1829 as a Traveller's Inn, and has seen various owners over the years. In 2022, it was bought over by the Cumnock-based RAD Hotel Group. The family-owned property has undergone extensive renovations, including this final phase that includes a newly built wraparound extension. The new extension houses Tales, a lounge bar and private dining room, and elevated public spaces - inspired by Scottish folklore. The final revamp phase completes earlier refurbishments to the hotel's grand ballroom, luxurious bedrooms and new stunning suites. Tales will be open seven days a week from noon until 10pm offering seasonal Scottish cuisine, and sweeping views of the iconic River Doon and gardens below. Inside Fraser Suites Edinburgh The name and concept are rooted in the poetic legacy of Robert Burns, who famously penned many of his greatest works just steps from the hotel on the iconic Brig o' Doon bridge. As guests enter the hotel, they will be greeted into a new lounge, complete with a bespoke marble bar and cosy lounge seating. There is an intimate private dining room for up to 24 guests, ideal for quiet celebrations or pre-dinner gatherings or semi private spaces with picturesque views seating up to 16. Beyond the lounge, there is a 80-cover romantic dining space. Storytelling is featured throughout with local art adorning the walls, and a hand-painted Tam O' Shanter mural by artist Roderick McKenzie. "The palette, textures, and layout are all about creating little moments of magic." On the menu, Tales offers up locally-sourced seasonal Scottish flavours and comfort-led classic dishes. Diners can expect standout mains like individual Scotch Beef Wellingtons served with maple-glazed carrots and fondant potatoes, Seared Monkfish and King Prawn Curry with mango madras and coriander rice, or the Highlander Fries loaded with haggis and peppercorn sauce. Starters include a signature Scotch Egg wrapped in haggis and sausage, fresh mussels of the day, or modern Crab Tacos with lime mayo. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy showstoppers like Limoncello Crème Brûlée and the dreamy Triple Chocolate Pavlova.
