Farah Khan recently gave fans a glimpse into Ameesha Patel's luxurious house in South Mumbai. The house is all about luxury and style.
From her debut in Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai to her blockbuster comeback with Gadar 2, Ameesha Patel has remained a name synonymous with charm, glamour, and timeless appeal. While audiences often see her on-screen persona, her personal life and living space are equally reflective of her taste and personality.
Farah Khan's Visit to Her South Mumbai Home
In the latest episode of Farah Khan's YouTube show, where she tours celebrity homes with her cook Dilip, the filmmaker dropped by Ameesha Patel 's South Mumbai residence. Along with exploring the space, the duo also cooked a red chicken Thai curry—a dish Ameesha fondly linked to her Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai shoot days in Thailand. The tour gave fans an intimate peek into the actor's home, showcasing both her luxe interiors and her candid side.
Ameesha shared that she designed the house herself, creating a blend of comfort and understated luxury. The living area is marked by wooden floors, neutral-toned furnishings, and expansive French windows that open to a sunlit balcony. A dining space, entertainment room, and modular kitchen complete the layout, all designed for warmth and easy living.
Rare Art Meets Personal Memories
Her home reflects her passion for art and sentimentality. A dedicated section features rare MF Hussain paintings, each portraying major world religions, while family portraits and a framed still from Gadar with Sunny Deol add nostalgic charm.
A Fashion Lover's Paradise
Perhaps the highlight of the tour was Ameesha's enviable collection of luxury fashion. Multiple almirahs brimmed with handbags and shoes from brands like Dior, Bottega Veneta, Hermès, and YSL. To keep track, the actor even maintains a handwritten log on her cupboard doors – boasting an astonishing count of nearly '300–400" bags.
While her interiors shine with opulence and personality, Ameesha continues to keep her career buzzing. Her last hit, Gadar 2 (2023), reaffirmed her place in Bollywood history, cementing her as both a style icon and a performer with staying power.

Akshay Kumar And Arshad Warsi Get Notice, Accused Of Insulting Judiciary In Jolly LLB 3

Jolly LLB 3 features an impressive cast including Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Huma Qureshi, Amrita Rao, and Gajraj Rao. A Pune court has issued notices to Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi regarding their upcoming movie, Jolly LLB 3. The notices were issued after a complaint was filed by lawyer Wajid Khan Bidkar, who claimed that the movie mocks the legal system and court proceedings. In his plea, Bidkar argued that Jolly LLB 3 portrays the legal profession in a derogatory manner and insults the judiciary. The petitioner also objected to a scene in the film in which judges are being referred as 'mamu" (a colloquial slang word). Issuing the notices, the court has asked Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi to appear before it on September 28. More details are awaited. Not First Complaint Against Jolly LLB 3 This is not the first time that a complaint has been filed against Jolly LLB 3. In May 2024 too, the film landed in legal trouble when the Ajmer District Bar Association President, Chandrabhan, filed a complaint against the makers of the film, alleging the franchise disrespects the Indian judiciary system. In his complaint, Chandrabhan claimed that the film presents lawyers and judges in an 'inappropriate" way which, he termed, was 'humorous and indecent". Chandrabhan had also urged the court to stop the Jolly LLB 3 shooting. 'This decision has been taken considering the first and second parts of Jolly LLB. It seems that the filmmakers, directors and actors do not respect the dignity and prestige of the judiciary of the country's Constitution at all. The shooting of Jolly LLB 3 is going on in the surrounding villages and areas including the DRM office of Ajmer, which will continue for several days. Even during the shooting of this film, the actors of the film do not seem to be at all serious about the image, prestige and dignity of the judiciary including the judges," Chandrabhan had said as quoted by NBT. What Do We Know About Jolly LLB? The first Jolly LLB film was released in 2013. Its sequel hit theatres in 2017. The first film featured Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla in the lead roles. In the sequel, Akshay Kumar replaced Arshad Warsi. He was also joined by Huma Qureshi. Produced by Star Studio18 and brought to life by writer-director Subhash Kapoor, Jolly LLB 3 features an impressive cast including Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Huma Qureshi, Amrita Rao, and Gajraj Rao.
