Adult film actor Austin Wolf, pleaded guilty to enticing a 15-year-old into sexual activity.
Justin Heath Smith, professionally known as adult film actor Austin Wolf, has pleaded guilty to the federal charge of enticing a minor for sex, according to court documents cited by the New York Post. The plea, entered on June 20, comes nearly a year after his arrest in New York on child sexual abuse material (CSAM) charges.
The federal offense of 'enticement of a minor' carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison.
Smith expressed remorse during his court appearance, admitting to having induced a 15-year-old to engage in a sex act. 'I knew it was wrong when I did it. I take full 100% responsibility for my actions and I am prepared for the consequences,' he said. As part of the plea deal, the original CSAM charges—possession and distribution, which carried potential sentences of up to 20 years—will be dropped.
The agreement also includes Smith's forfeiture of more than 25 electronic devices connected to the investigation.
Smith had been under investigation since his arrest in June 2024, when FBI agents executed a search warrant at his apartment and allegedly discovered an SD card containing around 200 CSAM videos. According to the Justice Department's complaint, Smith was accused of using the encrypted messaging app Telegram to send and receive explicit material involving minors, including images of children under 12 and videos of infants.
He is currently being held without bail at New York City's Metropolitan Detention Center, a high-security facility known for housing high-profile detainees. His sentencing is scheduled for September 9. Smith's attorneys had recently filed to reschedule a hearing, confirming his intention to plead guilty to the charge carrying the mandatory minimum sentence.

Ukrainian drone triggers fire in apartment building west of Moscow, official says
A Ukrainian drone struck a multi-storey apartment building outside Moscow early on Tuesday, triggering a fire and injuring two people, TASS news agency quoted a local official as saying. Andrei Vorobyov, governor of the Moscow region, said the drone started a fire on the 17th floor of the building in the town of Krasnogorsk, west of the capital. The injured people were receiving treatment at a hospital. Vorobyov said two other drones were shot down west of Moscow. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said earlier that Russian air defences had intercepted two Ukrainian drones heading for the city overnight. Sobyanin, writing on the Telegram messaging app, said specialists were examining the debris of at least one drone downed after midnight. The mayor said a third drone targeting the capital had been repelled earlier in the evening. Russia's defence ministry reported that air defence units had destroyed nine drones in a 90-minute period before midnight, including nine over the border regions of Kursk and Bryansk. Ukraine has launched drone attacks on a wide range of targets in recent months, some a long distance from the Ukrainian border. Russia's attack on Kyiv kills five, sparks fires, Ukraine says
KYIV: Russian drone and missile attacks in and around Kyiv overnight killed five people, injured scores, sparked fires in residential areas and damaged an entrance to a metro station that serves as a bomb shelter, Ukrainian officials said on Monday. 'The Russians' style is unchanged - to hit where there may be people,' Timur Tkachenko, head of Kyiv's military administration, said on the Telegram messaging app. 'Residential buildings, exits from shelters - this is the Russian style.' Russia has not commented on the strikes. Both sides deny targeting civilians in the war that Russia launched in February 2022, but thousands of civilians have been killed in the conflict - the vast majority of them Ukrainian. At least four people were killed in Kyiv's busy Shevchenkivskyi district where the entire entrance of a residential high-rise building was destroyed, Ukraine's Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said on Telegram. 'There are still people under the rubble,' Klymenko said. The attack caused damage in six of the city's 10 districts, including in several apartment buildings, and wounded at least 10 people, Klymenko said. Ukraine army chief vows to expand strikes on Russia A 68-year-old woman was killed and at least eight people were injured in the attack on the broader Kyiv region that surrounds the Ukrainian capital, its governor Mykola Kalashnik said on Telegram. Photos posted by Ukraine's State Emergency Service showed rescuers leading people to safety from several buildings and structures on fire in the dark. The Service said a pregnant woman was among those rescued. An exit to the metro station in Kyiv's Sviatoshynskyi district was also damaged, as well as an adjacent bus stop, Kyiv's officials said. Kyiv's deep metro stations have been used throughout the war as some of the city's safest bomb shelters. Russia's deadliest attack on Kyiv last week with hundreds of drones killed 28 people and injured more than 150, with Ukrainian officials saying that nearly 30 sites were hit during the multi-wave attack.
