Style Edit: Graff unveils world's largest heart-shaped diamond, the Infinity, and continues to redefine luxury jewellery with its most breathtaking creations yet
Graff and the history of magnificent diamonds go hand in hand. Over the decades, the exclusive British luxury jewellery house has handled some of the most outstanding rocks ever mined, including the legendary 1,109-carat
Lesedi la Rona , the second largest gem-quality diamond ever discovered.

In 2017, it added another chapter to that story with the acquisition of a 373.72-carat rough diamond of exceptional transparency that experts discovered had once formed part of the Lesedi la Rona. The maison then spent time getting to know the stone, using precision scanning technology to identify any tiny flaws.

After weeks of intense deliberation, company founder Laurence Graff and his team of gemologists and master cutters established that the largest stone achievable was a heart-shaped diamond of a previously-unseen magnitude.

They began the painstaking work of transforming the stone, bringing the maison's expertise to bear on the delicate task and spending 10 months cutting and polishing this extraordinary treasure, respecting its inner qualities and refining them.
More than a year on, the work was complete. Named The Infinity, after Laurence Graff's boundless love for diamonds, the 157.8-carat piece is the largest heart-shaped diamond of its kind in the world.

That same expertise with the most coveted of stones can be seen in all of Graff's high jewellery creations. Take the remarkable 17.05-carat Sri Lankan unheated emerald-cut sapphire bangle, for example: the spectacular stone at its heart is flanked with ranks of emerald-cut diamonds in a snow-set pavé, interspersed with a single row of baguette-cut sapphires, appearing to float above the bangle's surface.
