Aldi shoppers race to stores as Cadbury treat last seen four years ago returns to shelves
CHOC fans are losing their minds after a much-loved Cadbury treat made a surprise comeback.
The legendary Dairy Milk Caramel Chocolate Brownies, once thought gone for good, have been spotted back on shelves – this time nestled in Aldi's frozen aisle.

Originally launched back in 2021 as a limited-edition exclusive with Iceland, the gooey golden brownies were an instant hit, sparking an online frenzy and countless freezer raids.
But when they mysteriously vanished, shoppers were left devastated.
One choc-lover wailed on Facebook: 'Has anyone noticed the Cadbury Caramel brownies are no longer available?'
Another was ready to shed tears: 'If they've discontinued these I'll cry.'
But now, after a long three-year wait, hope is sweetly restored.
An eagle-eyed shopper spotted the brownies chilling in Aldi's frozen section and quickly took to Facebook to share the news.
The snap – showing the iconic purple packaging sent fans into overdrive.
Comments came pouring in. One user said: 'Look what's back'.
Whilst another added: 'Over the moon woohoo'.
The gooey treat features soft caramel wrapped in rich Dairy Milk brownie.
We've outdone ourselves with this one' say Cadbury Ireland as they reveal new limited edition bar 'coming soon
The Sun has contacted Cadbury to confirm whether the brownies will remain an Aldi exclusive, but for now, it seems they have only been sighted in Aldi stores.
The product is not available on Aldi's website so you'll have to visit your local Aldi store.
It's always worth calling ahead to make sure they have it in stock before making a trip.
Before snapping up novelty snacks, check comparison sites like Trolley.co.uk or PriceSpy.co.uk to make sure you're getting the best deal.
Some treats can be cheaper from other retailers or online sweet shops – but beware of delivery fees.
Cadbury summer finds
Chocolate lovers are racing to B&M to snap up a brand new Cadbury bar.
The limited-edition Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Mudcake has hit the bargain retailer, and fans are already scrambling to get their hands on it.
It comes just days after Cadbury unveiled its new Dairy Milk Summer Edition bars and the Iced Latte flavour – both wrapped in cold-activated packaging that transforms in the fridge.
Earlier this month, fans also spotted Dairy Milk Balls in stores, with many comparing them to the nostalgic Cadbury Tasters from the '90s.
Just a few weeks ago the chocolate giant rolled out its limited-edition Twirl White Dipped bar, combining flaky Twirl layers with silky white chocolate.
From iced latte Twirls to chocolate-coffee collabs with Kenco, it looks like summer 2025 is shaping up to be a choc-filled paradise for sweet-toothed Brits.
How to save money on chocolate
We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don't have to break the bank buying your favourite bar.
Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how to cut costs...
Go own brand - if you're not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you'll save by going for the supermarket's own brand bars.
Shop around - if you've spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it's cheaper elsewhere.
Websites like Trolley.co.uk let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you're getting the best deal.
Look out for yellow stickers - supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they've been reduced.
They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.
Buy bigger bars - most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.
So if you've got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.

Tina Knowles, 71, and niece Angie Beyince, 42, match in dark sunglasses and red lipstick at the Bluemarble show during Paris Fashion Week
Tina Knowles and her niece Angie Beyince turned heads as they attended the Bluemarble Menswear Spring/Summer 2026 show as part of Paris Fashion Week on Thursday. The businesswoman, 71, and Angie, 42, posed up a storm for the cameras as they sat front row at the event. For the occasion, Tina looked effortlessly stylish in a black blazer layered over a black halter-neck top and blue jeans. She teamed the look with a pair of black boots and accessorized with gold metal frame sunglasses. Donning her signature red lip, Tina finished her striking ensemble off with stacked gold bangle bracelets. Meanwhile, Angie opted for a double denim look in a fitted zip-up jacket and jeans. She added inches to her frame with a pair of black heels and shielded her eyes with chunky black sunglasses along with a swipe of red lipstick. It comes just months after Tina fought back the tears as she recounted her 'devastating' breast cancer battle and divorce on an episode of Loose Women. Tina, who is mum to the If I Were A Boy singer Beyonce, 43, and Solange Knowles, 38, was recently diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer after doctors discovered two tumors during a mammogram appointment. Her recent diagnosis was touched upon after Charlene was keen to find out if she had a group of close pals that she could turn to in a time of need. Tina said: 'Friendship with women is of the utmost importance to me, it's one of my biggest priorities to stay connected because when I went through that, I depended on my daughters. 'I didn't tell everybody in my friends group. I didn't have to tell them what was going on. 'I just went to Houston, gathered my girlfriends, we went to church, we went to lunch, we went parting at the club, dancing.' As her emotions got the better of her and her eyes started to tell up, she continued: 'I just told them I don't want to talk about what's going on, but I need you right now. 'They were all right there with me. 'They've been a big part of my life, my whole life.' Speaking about the support from her famous daughters, Tina added: 'With this one, they were the first people I told. 'They were the only people I told for a while and they rallied around me, they always have at those very difficult times. 'When I went through divorce, the first time I was devastated, and my girls were right there to lift me up and tell me that I can do things, and make me laugh because you know at those times, you need laughter too and they are my rock really.' Tina shares her daughters with Mathew Knowles. The pair tied the knot in 1980 but divorced in 2011. She later married actor Richard Lawson in 2015, but filed for divorce in 2023. Tina explained that she refuses to be bitter about anything in her life, and now more than ever is confident in her own skin. 'I don't feel any bitterness,' she told Charlene and Jane. She added: 'I say in the book that it's sad that I had to get to 70 to realise I'm whole by myself. 'I would love to have a relationship and be in love. If I don't get that, I will be just fine. I didn't know that before 70.' Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world and affects more than two MILLION women a year Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world. Each year in the UK there are more than 55,000 new cases, and the disease claims the lives of 11,500 women. In the US, it strikes 266,000 each year and kills 40,000. But what causes it and how can it be treated? What is breast cancer? It comes from a cancerous cell which develops in the lining of a duct or lobule in one of the breasts. When the breast cancer has spread into surrounding tissue it is called 'invasive'. Some people are diagnosed with 'carcinoma in situ', where no cancer cells have grown beyond the duct or lobule. Most cases develop in those over the age of 50 but younger women are sometimes affected. Breast cancer can develop in men, though this is rare. Staging indicates how big the cancer is and whether it has spread. Stage 1 is the earliest stage and stage 4 means the cancer has spread to another part of the body. The cancerous cells are graded from low, which means a slow growth, to high, which is fast-growing. High-grade cancers are more likely to come back after they have first been treated. What causes breast cancer? A cancerous tumour starts from one abnormal cell. The exact reason why a cell becomes cancerous is unclear. It is thought that something damages or alters certain genes in the cell. This makes the cell abnormal and multiply 'out of control'. Although breast cancer can develop for no apparent reason, there are some risk factors that can increase the chance, such as genetics. What are the symptoms of breast cancer? The usual first symptom is a painless lump in the breast, although most are not cancerous and are fluid filled cysts, which are benign. The first place that breast cancer usually spreads to is the lymph nodes in the armpit. If this occurs you will develop a swelling or lump in an armpit. How is breast cancer diagnosed? Initial assessment: A doctor examines the breasts and armpits. They may do tests such as a mammography, a special x-ray of the breast tissue which can indicate the possibility of tumours. Biopsy: A biopsy is when a small sample of tissue is removed from a part of the body. The sample is then examined under a microscope to look for abnormal cells. The sample can confirm or rule out cancer. If you are confirmed to have breast cancer, further tests may be needed to assess if it has spread. For example, blood tests, an ultrasound scan of the liver or a chest X-ray. How is breast cancer treated? Treatment options which may be considered include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone treatment. Often a combination of two or more of these treatments are used. Surgery: Breast-conserving surgery or the removal of the affected breast depending on the size of the tumour. Radiotherapy: A treatment which uses high energy beams of radiation focused on cancerous tissue. This kills cancer cells, or stops them from multiplying. It is mainly used in addition to surgery. Chemotherapy: A treatment of cancer by using anti-cancer drugs which kill cancer cells, or stop them from multiplying. Hormone treatments: Some types of breast cancer are affected by the 'female' hormone oestrogen, which can stimulate the cancer cells to divide and multiply. Treatments which reduce the level of these hormones, or prevent them from working, are commonly used in people with breast cancer. How successful is treatment? The outlook is best in those who are diagnosed when the cancer is still small, and has not spread. Surgical removal of a tumour in an early stage may then give a good chance of cure. The routine mammography offered to women between the ages of 50 and 71 means more breast cancers are being diagnosed and treated at an early stage.

The 7 shows vanishing from your TV screens in just DAYS after major overhaul – binge them before they're gone
SEVEN popular shows are vanishing from Netflix in a matter of days – so if they're on your list, now's the time to start watching. Viewers in the UK will lose access to the titles on Monday, July 1, as Netflix prepares for a major shake-up to both its content and interface. 2 The changes come as part of a larger overhaul that's already seen a wave of titles removed in recent months, and July looks set to be one of the busiest yet. Among the shows leaving are Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Loudermilk (Seasons 1 to 3), and the anime series Overlord (Seasons 1 to 4). Also departing is the children's favourite Rabbids Invasion (Season 4), Rubble & Crew (Season 1), and the classic magical girl reboot Sailor Moon Crystal (Seasons 1 to 3). Fans of nostalgic family dramas will also lose The Wonder Years (Seasons 1 to 2), which is being pulled as part of a broader Disney Television removal. These removals are largely due to expiring licensing deals and content rotations that happen behind the scenes. But there's more to it this time – with a brand new Netflix home screen redesign just around the corner. The streaming giant is launching its first major redesign for TVs in 12 years. Dubbed 'Eclipse' inside the company, the new interface promises a sleeker, simpler experience that encourages viewers to press play faster and discover content more easily. The layout will shift the main navigation bar to the top of the screen and reduce the number of visible titles at once, focusing instead on bigger images, more dynamic previews and video clips that auto-play after just a few seconds. 'The real goal of this is, how do we make it easier, how do we make it simpler, faster for you to make a great decision?' said Greg Peters, co-CEO of Netflix. One of the most notable features is 'responsive recommendations.' These will tailor suggestions almost instantly, based on what users are actively searching for. So if a viewer looks up thrillers or family films, their home screen will begin updating in real time to show more titles in that category – a big improvement from the previous system, which could take up to a day to refresh. Eunice Kim, the company's chief product officer, said the redesign is meant to serve both types of viewers: those who know exactly what they want, and those who don't. 'The way that the old home page is built, you kind of see box art, box art, box art, box art,' she said. 'It's kind of suboptimal, right?' The new layout aims to slow viewers down just enough to take notice of what's on offer, with titles now showing labels like 'highly rewatched,' '13 weeks in Top 10,' or ' Oscar nominee.' The changes also aim to make live content more prominent – like football games or special events – by showing live animation and movement directly on the home screen. July will also see the departure of several films, including The Equalizer 3 starring Denzel Washington, which is also leaving on July 1. Later in the month, the comedy Dumb Money will exit the platform as well. Overall, at least nine Netflix Originals are scheduled to depart in July, with more likely to follow throughout the year – joining the 250+ titles already gone. Netflix's redesign could have ripple effects across the industry. For years, rival streamers like Disney+, Prime Video, and Max have taken cues from Netflix's interface. With Netflix now breaking from the row-upon-row layout, others may soon follow suit. 2

Gayle King and Oprah arrive in Venice for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding extravaganza
Gayle King has officially arrived in Venice for the divisive wedding of Amazon tycoon Jeff Bezos and his wife-to-be Lauren Sanchez. The CBS Mornings host, 70, who is one of hundreds of celebrity guests expected at the extravagant nuptials, was pictured climbing aboard a chauffeured boat with close pal Oprah Winfrey on Thursday. Days after the husband-and-wife to be had a foam party aboard their multi-million-dollar yacht, Gayle was seen looking dejected walking down a jetty at the Venice Marco Polo Airport. Making sure she would be comfortable for the hefty travel day, the broadcaster dressed in a pair of light green trousers and a white long-sleeved V-neck t-shirt. She also opted for a pair of white platformed trainers which added inches to her height as she carried what appeared to be a white jacket over her left arm as well as some personal items. Despite seeming downcast, Gayle turned and waved at the crowds that had no doubt gathered to catch a glimpse of the A-list wedding guests. Gayle was photographed on the tails of her long-time friend Oprah, 71, who was first to board the vessel. Oprah also wore comfortable attire for the journey and was seen dressed in white tracksuit bottoms and a white sweater. The CBS Mornings host was pictured climbing aboard a chauffeured boat with close pal Oprah Winfrey on Thursday Gayle's controversial friendship with Lauren was cemented in May when the duo jetted off to space on Jeff's Blue Origin rocket for 11 minutes, along with Katy Perry, Kerianne Flynn, Aisha Bowe, and Amanda Nguyễn. The trip ignited a media storm and was branded a publicity stunt and a 'gluttonous' display of wealth by critics, who additionally said the mission lacked purpose. At the time, Gayle hit back at critics during an interview with People and told the publication that anyone 'criticizing it doesn't really understand what is happening here.' 'We can all speak to the response we're getting from young women from young girls about what this represents,' the journalist told the publication in defense of the mission. Gayle's arrival in the Italian city comes after Kim Kardashian, who was pictured at the airport on Thursday morning. The businesswoman, who recently spent time in Paris with Lauren on her hen do, looked incredible in a tiny Balenciaga bandeau top, which also featured a ribbed maxi skirt. She teamed the garment with snakeskin boots and oversized shades while she shrugged a black hoodie off her shoulders. By her side was her sister Khloe Kardashian, who exuded glamour in a skintight leopard print catsuit from her sister Kim's SKIMS collab with Dolce & Gabbana, that showcased her famous curves. Gayle was photographed following her long-time friend Oprah, 71, onto the vessel Oprah also wore comfortable attire for the journey and was seen dressed in white tracksuit bottoms and a white sweater The siblings were joined by mother, Kris Jenner, on the outing, who was also dressed in black, showcasing her figure in a low-cut dress. While across town, bride-to-be Lauren and fiancé Jeff looked in good spirits as they left their hotel the day before their extravagant wedding - no doubt keen to greet the new arrivals. The celebrations are expected to kick off on today and to continue until Saturday, June 28. Lauren and Jeff are said to have rented out a number of places in the Italian city to celebrate the lavish, love-filled weekend. However, they've already had to move locations due to safety concerns amid protests - originally, they had planned a huge party planned at the Scuola Grande della Misericordia on Saturday night but it has now been moved to another venue in the Arsenale area of the city, according to local media. She was seen arriving with her mom Kris Jenner Although the big day isn't even here yet, the two already seem to be enjoying themselves as they partied it up at their foam extravaganza. It was recently revealed to the Daily Mail by a source in Italy that each guest will be receiving hand-blown glassware by local glassmaker Laguna B. The glassware company was originally created by Marie Brandolini, who left New York in 1988 to live in Venice. All the glasses have different motifs and designs, with one large-size cup running customers $167. The handmade glassware are not the only things that guests will be coming back home with. The insider told Daily Mail that a wedding planner who is not working this event has heard that guests will receive other 'opulent' gifts for attending. But of course, guests will also be treated to a few other luxurious surprises during their time in Italy for the wedding. The source confirmed to the Daily Mail that local bakery Rosa Salva Venetia will be providing pastries for the extravagant weekend. Separate sources recently told the Daily Mail that the festivities are expected to cost $20 million. Many things went into the estimate of the total cost, including transportation fees, her wedding dress and catering.
