She was just 19 months old when her father was killed. Now aged 12, the daughter of Christian Bagley has written a letter describing the void left behind by his death, as the tenth anniversary of his unsolved murder approaches.
On the night of June 21, 2015 , Christian, 30, was attacked while walking through Hereford after spending Father's Day with his young daughter.
He had been heading home via Villa Street and the riverside path known locally as 'The Lines' when he was stabbed near a set of concrete steps leading down to the path.
Despite suffering severe injuries, Christian managed to reach Charles Witts Avenue to seek help. Emergency services arrived quickly, but he died at the scene. A kitchen carving knife was found deeply embedded in his arm, but the broken handle was never recovered.
The subsequent investigation led to several arrests in 2016, but all were released without charge. The case has remained unsolved. For our free daily briefing on the biggest issues facing the nation, sign up to the Wales Matters newsletter here
Ten years on, Crimestoppers has offered a £20,000 reward for information that leads to a conviction. As part of the renewed appeal, police have shared a letter from Mr Bagley's daughter, in which she reflects on a childhood without her father, reports the BBC.

"Somebody taking my dad away from me when I was little is something that can never be replaced," she wrote "I have no memories of my dad or his presence in my life - only what other people have told me.
"There's an emptiness that should not be inside me because somebody murdered my dad, that void within myself will always be there.
She continued: "I [was] never given the chance to get to know him or for him to watch me grow up... I'll never be able to spend Father's Day, Christmas Day or a birthday, with my dad."
"They still haven't found who killed my dad, or any answers to why somebody cruelly took him away."
Speaking to the BBC, Christian's mother, Janette Bagley, said the family had been left shattered by his death. "He had a sister, he had brothers, he had aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews. And most of all, he had a baby girl - and that baby girl was his world," she said. "And Christian was my world."
She called on anyone who might be protecting those responsible to come forward. "Are you going to do the right thing and let this family have some peace? Let this family be able to grieve and move on, because they can't."
As the family marks ten years without justice, police are appealing once again to the public for help. Detective Chief Inspector Gareth Lougher, of West Mercia Police, said: "It has now been ten years since Christian's life was so cruelly taken, leaving a young daughter to grow up without her father. We remain determined to find those responsible and bring them to justice.
"We are urging anyone who was in the area of Villa Street, Hunderton Bridge, or the Great Western Way on that night, or who may have any information - no matter how small - to come forward. Your information could be the key to finally solving this case.'
If you have any information regarding Christian's death, call Crimestoppers anonymously via 0800 555 111 or fill in their quick and easy online form, which can be found on their website.

Woman, 21, killed in 90mph horror crash on way back from Winter Wonderland as her boyfriend begged drink-driver to stop
Driver being chased by cops when he smashed into tree DEATH SMASH Woman, 21, killed in 90mph horror crash on way back from Winter Wonderland as her boyfriend begged drink-driver to stop A WOMAN was killed in a 90mph crash on her way back from Winter Wonderland by her drink-driving pal, an inquest heard. Lillie Clack, 21, was squeezed into Charlie Hilton's Mercedes with four other passengers as they drove home on Christmas Day 2021. 4 Lillie Clark was killed on her way home from Winter Wonderland Credit: PA The friends had been at Winter Wonderland and visited a pub in Morden before accepting a lift home from Hilton. Hilton, 25, was chased by police before he smashed into a tree and flipped the car in Carshalton, South London. The Mercedes erupted into flames as horrified locals rushed out their homes in the early hours with fire extinguishers. South London Coroner's Court heard Lillie suffered catastrophic injuries in the horror and was declared dead three days later. Her boyfriend Jack Watson was among those who were badly hurt. He told the inquest how he had begged Hilton to slow down and let him and Lillie out of the car but was just told the shut up. Jack said: "I think I might have said 'Charlie what are you doing, why are you going so fast'. "I think the girls were in shock." Jack said he could not recall the details of the chase but remembered Hilton running a red light before the crash. He said he remembered then being pulled from the car on a stretcher and bleeding from his lip. Jack added: "I remember asking 'where's Lillie?'. I remember being in an ambulance and blood on my jacket but I do not know where the blood came from. "My clothing was cut off from me - and I knew then that it was bad." Lillie's best friend Delia Casey, who was also injured in the crash, said "at no point did Charlie appear drunk to me". She continued: "Everyone was shouting inside the car. There was a lot going on and I was just feeling very fearful for everyone in the car. The speed we were going at made me feel terrified. "It feels like I was only in there for a few seconds. It feels like a blur. "Even after I visited Lillie's tree I still have no memory of the accident." Hilton was jailed for ten years and six months in February 2023 after pleading guilty to causing death by dangerous driving. He also admitted three counts of causing serious injury, failing to stop when directed and driving above the alcohol limit. Hilton had 11 previous convictions, including for motoring offences, and had previously been jailed for 10 months for possession with intent to supply a psychoactive substance. Lillie's family are now campaigning for 'Lillie's Law' that will ban killer drivers from getting behind the wheel again. It comes after Hilton kept his driving licence before he was eventually charged with causing Lillie's death a year after the crash. Her mum Debbie previously told The Sun Online: "I spent the first year wondering why. My thoughts were everywhere. "I have now spent the second year in total disbelief of the justice system. "I am angry now. I am very angry at Lillie's killer. Lillie didn't have to die. All he had to do was stop that car." The inquest into Lillie's death continues. 4 Lillie was one of five passengers crammed into the car 4 Her boyfriend had begged the driver to slow down

Student's sick trophies after raping 10 women - polar bear sock and hair
Chinese PhD student Zhenhao Zou, 28, who was found guilty of raping and drugging 10 women and filming several of the disgusting attacks, kept 'trophies' belonging to his victims A serial rapist Chinese PhD student who was found guilty of drugging and raping 10 women has been handed a life sentence for his crimes. On Thursday, Zhenhao Zou, 28, was jailed at Inner London Crown Court for life with a minimum term of 22 years after being found guilty of drugging and raping 10 women in London and China between 2019 and 2023. The court heard Zou 'presents as a smart and charming young man' but is 'also a persistent sexual predator; a voyeur and a rapist'. Judge Rosina Cottage branded him a "dangerous and predatory sexual offender" after he was found guilty on March 5. During the four-week trial, the court was told Zou lured young Chinese women back to his plush properties, plied them with a cocktail of drink and drugs before attacking them and filming it on hidden spy cameras. In one video shown to the jury, which reduced some to tears, a semi-conscious unknown woman begged Zou to stop raping her. He was convicted of the harrowing attacks involving two women who have been identified and another eight who have yet to be traced. He filmed nine of the attacks as 'souvenirs', and kept a trophy box of women's belongings, jurors in his trial were told. Police discovered a yellow Fendi box in a wardrobe at his luxury apartment which contained jewellery, clothing and even lipstick thought to have been taken from his victims. An image of belongings found in Zou's apartment also showed several hair bands, a key, and a magnet. Commander Kevin Southworth, from the Metropolitan Police, had told the BBC: "Zou is plainly a depraved and cowardly individual who's preyed on his victim survivors in the most despicable manner." Giving evidence in his defence, Zou spoke through a Mandarin interpreter and told jurors that he watched 'specialist timestop' pornography more than other genres. Prosecutors previously said Zou filmed nine of the alleged victims, footage of which was played in court. Catherine Farrelly KC, prosecuting, told jurors: 'The police reviewed over 700,000 artefacts which included 1,277 videos. The police found absolutely no trace whatsoever of such an interest (in timestop pornography) when they went through that material.' Asked by his lawyer Mark Cotter KC why that particular genre appealed to him, Zou said: 'I like it because the girl appears to be still and quiet when they are having sex.' Mr Cotter then asked Zou: 'What about being asleep?' The student replied: 'Yes, that's my favourite type. But I could not find that.' The student, who moved to Belfast in 2017 to study at Queen's University before coming to London in 2019 to do a master's degree and then a PhD at UCL, faced a total of 35 counts. The mechanical engineering student was found guilty of 10 counts of rape and was also convicted of three counts of voyeurism, 10 of possession of an extreme pornographic image, one of false imprisonment and three of possession of a controlled drug with intent to commit a sexual offence, namely butanediol. He was cleared of two further counts of possession of an extreme pornographic image and one of possession of MDMA with intent to commit a sexual offence. Police believe Zou may have been responsible for around 50 more rapes and are appealing for women to come forward. The Met said he is "the most substantial and prolific offender that we've come across in recent times".

Boyfriend's desperate plea to drink driver moments before he killed girlfriend
Lillie Clack, 22, died in hospital days after the horror crash after she, her boyfriend and two other pals accepted a lift home from a man who was too drunk to drive following a night out at Winter Wonderland The boyfriend of a woman killed by a drunk-driver who crashed into a tree while trying to escape a police chase desperately begged the man to stop the vehicle and let them out, an inquest heard. Lillie Clack, 22, died in hospital days after the horror crash, which happened in the early hours of Christmas Day in 2021 after she, her boyfriend Jack Watson and two other pals enjoyed a night out at Winter Wonderland before visiting a pub. The driver Charlie Hilton, 25, was jailed for ten years and six months in February 2023 after pleading guilty to causing Lillie's death by dangerous driving, three counts of causing serious injury, failing to stop when directed by police and driving above the alcohol limit. Lillie's mum Debbie today wiped away tears while listening to the evidence at Croydon Town Hall. She sat on the front row of desks in the court, where she placed a framed photo of Lillie in front of her. In evidence today read out, South London Coroner's Court heard how heartbroken Jack Watson described the chase, telling investigators: "I would describe his manner of driving as dangerous and quick. "I think I might have said 'what are you doing? Why are you going so fast? "I was saying to Charlie 'stop the car, let me and Lillie out'. I remember Charlie telling me to 'shut up'. He was not listening. "I did not want to be in the car, I felt scared as I had been in a crash before. I just felt unsafe." The police chase, which included Hilton going through a red light and undertaking and overtaking other vehicles at estimated speeds of over 100mph, was terminated by police after they lost sight of the vehicle. But despite police stopping and turning off their sirens, Hilton carried on speeding before losing control of the car, which rolled over after crossing a railway track before crashing into a tree and setting on fire. Jack said: "I think police must have called off the chase as Charlie was going too fast." Five of the six people in the vehicle, including kitchen designer Lillie, were found unconscious by rescuers, who heroically dragged them out of the car and used fire extinguishers to put out the engine fire. Jack said: "The only memory I have of this is being pulled out on a stretcher. I was in shock. I asked 'where is Lillie?' I remember looking down and seeing Lillie in another stretcher. I knew then what had happened was bad." Jack told investigators he hadn't realised Hilton was under the influence of alcohol when he offered to drive him, Lillie and three other pals home in his mum's Mercedes in order to avoid pouring rain. He said: "When I saw Charlie I didn't think he looked drunk. I thought he was sober. I sat on the left side behind the passenger seat. Lillie was in the middle." Another passenger in the car, Delia Casey, who was then aged 21 and had been close pals with Lillie, of Morden, south London, since school, recalled feeling terrified during the chase. She said: "The car was driving so fast my memory of the incident is mostly a blur. Everyone was shouting inside the car. There was a lot going on and I was just feeling fearful for everyone in the car. The speed we were going at made me feel terrified." Delia, who was left seriously injured as a result of the crash, said she had little memory, but did recall Lillie's boyfriend Jack telling the driver: 'If you don't stop I'll beat you up.' She added: "Even after I visited Lillie's tree after the accident, I still had no memory of the crash." George Leggott, who was sitting behind the driver and next to Lillie, described how he and the other passengers wanted the chase to stop. He said it included an illegal U-turn and several speed cameras being set off before police stopped after losing the car. He said: "Jack was saying: 'Stop the f****** car, stop, they have stopped'. Jack said 'stop the car'. We were all shouting 'stop', but Charlie didn't stop." Speaking about his memory of the crash, he added: "I woke up on the side of the road. Someone told me I got pulled out by a member of the public. I don't remember this." The inquest continues.
