More than £15,000 has been raised on GoFundMe to support Jordon Foy's family in a few short days.
The devastated family of a young dad have paid heartfelt tribute to the "generous" family man who died suddenly aged just 32.

Jordan Foy, a devoted father to sons Leo, 11, and five-year-old Teddy, passed away on Thursday, August 14. Remembered as a hard worker and a 'fantastic father', his death has sparked an outpouring of grief across the community, reports TeesideLive.

In just four days, more than £15,000 has been raised on GoFundMe to support his family and help cover funeral costs, with hundreds sharing touching memories of the dad-of-two.

Jordan, from Middlesbrough, was a rigger by trade, and had most recently been working at the Tyne Tunnel and was due to start a new job in Somerset this week. He was described by loved ones as a man full of life, who adored spending time with his boys.
His partner, Robyn Morley, told Teesside Live: 'He loved Boro and the football. He loved spending time with his kids and he was so full of life. He was hilarious – he always made us laugh. He loved his parents too, he was an only child and so close to them.'
Mum Carol added: 'He loved his family and was so generous and sociable. He had a huge circle of friends from work and outside of it. Growing up he was brilliant, always busy, always out and about, and he adored taking the kids everywhere – holidays, swimming, the seaside, you name it.'
Dad Gary said his son's wide circle of friends and the messages flooding social media showed just how loved he was. 'No one could have said a bad word about him – he was just amazing.'

One of Jordan's more recent passions was karaoke, after Robyn put his name down for a song while on holiday. What started as a reluctant performance soon became his signature, with Chris Stapleton's Tennessee Whiskey becoming a favourite that he sang everywhere. His family say it will now be played at his funeral.

More than 350 people have donated to the GoFundMe appeal, which has already raised £15,845, far surpassing its original target of £2,500.
The family wrote: 'Jordan leaves behind his young family, who meant everything to him. His little boys Leo and Teddy were his whole world, and Robyn who he was obsessed with. No words can truly capture the pain of this loss, but we can come together to ease the burden for the family he loved so much.'

Emmerdale's Mackenzie Boyd killed by crossbow after John Sugden showdown

The Dales' notorious villain John Sugden struck again in Thursday night's episode. Emmerdale's Thursday night episode (August 21) showed some cut-throat scenes, as Mackenzie Boyd became John Sugden's latest victim. John shot Mack with a bow and arrow before hitting him over the head with a giant rock in the latest gory episode of the ITV soap. ‌ Mack had uncovered evidence that proved John was lying, and keeping some dark secrets. But villain John realised Mack was onto him, which led to a confrontation where Mack told John he knew he was the one who killed Nate Robinson. ‌ With John making it clear he could not let Mack get out of the situation alive, Mack ran for his life through the woods, only to be caught and seemingly murdered by the Emmerdale killer. It comes after recent reports claimed Mack would be killed off, with actor Lawrence Robb said to be leaving the ITV soap, reported The Mirror. ‌ At the end of Wednesday's episode we saw Mack make the worrying realisation that John was hiding a huge secret. He found a scrapbook from John's army days and in it was a photo of John with a man named Ben. ‌ But Mack already knew Ben, having met him in the shop earlier that day. He confirmed he was the removal man who had collected Nate Robinson's belongings, which the police now know was organised by Nate's killer. Fans know John murdered Nate and disposed of his body in the lake, before making it look as though Nate had moved away. ‌ He had the belongings collected and burned them, while Ben was seemingly under the impression he was talking with Nate. So on Wednesday he claimed to the police that he had no idea Nate was dead and had been the entire time, before identifying Owen as the man he met with to hand over the belongings. Of course this was a lie as Owen was the man John had framed for Nate's death after his own demise weeks ago. ‌ Mack put the pieces together and realised John had killed Nate and then asked his pal Ben to pose as a removal guy to get his belongings. He worked this out via the photo, and John realised he had been rumbled. So what ensued was a deadly chase through the woods as Mack fled for his life, with us finally seeing his flashforward scene play out. ‌ But John shot Mack with a bow and arrow in some very grim scenes indeed. As Mack struggled to breathe and stay alert, he begged John to let him live and promised he would stay quiet. ‌ But John said he needed to silence him, needing to cover his tracks once more. Mack told him he wasn't a murderer, with Nate's death having been an accident, leading to John chillingly commenting that this was about survival. With that he picked up a giant rock and appeared to slam Mack over the head with it, killing him. As the episode came to an end, John claimed he needed to get some petrol and left in his van that was covered in blood - which no one noticed. Not only that, but Mack's body was laying under a sheet in the back of the van confirming his fate. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!

She said that she wants a "big family" with her husband and mentioned the possibility of adopting. ‌ She said: "Jake knows how important it is to me [to have a child]." Millie went on to discuss balancing that ambition with her career, but explained that it's a "huge thing" for her to start a family. Millie said on the podcast: "Of course, I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it's so important to start a family, for me, personally." Millie then commented: "Like, it's a huge thing." She added: "Jake was like 'We cannot do that until we get married.' So that was his thing and my thing was I really want a family. I really want a big family. Like, I'm one of four. He's one of four. So it is definitely in our future." Millie went on to mention the prospect of adopting. She said whilst a guest on the podcast earlier this year: "But, for me, like I don't see having your own child as really any different as adopting." Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
