James Carville Blames Trump's ‘Idiot War' Plans on Syphilis: ‘Obviously Diminished Mental Skills'
Donald Trump's potential 'idiot war' with Iran might be due to an undiagnosed (or at least not publicly shared) case of syphilis, James Carville said on 'Politics War Room.' The president can wear make-up on his face, Carville added, but that cannot 'cover up the slurred language, the stupidity, the ravenous effects this has on a person's body, on their mind, on everything else.'
Carville began the Thursday episode by noting that he has wondered aloud about red splotches on Trump's hands since January 2024. Such markings 'could be a professional sign of syphilis, a venereal disease, a tertiary syphilis,' he said.
The topic was never properly looked into, he continued, and then the political news cycle moved on to other topics, and now the world is collectively waiting to see if Trump will attempt to have Congress authorize US involvement in Israel and Iran's war.
'Does anybody really think the son of a b–ch knows where Iran is?' Carvilla asked. 'Of course you don't. He has no f–king idea. He has no idea what a Sunni, what a Shia is. He has no idea what a Persian is. He has no idea of anything.'
'It's obviously that he's had, like all people, older people, me included, he's had some diminished capacity,' Carville also added. 'Fortunately, I'm unable to start a war. Unfortunately, he is, which makes a lot of difference.'
Carville later implored political pundits and investigators to take his theory – which he's espoused several times in the past – seriously.
'What's happening right now is a guy is starting to talk about hauling off and starting to war and who very well, reasonably … could have a really diseased mental capacity, above and beyond just the normal effects of aging and what comes with that.'
'We're not being served by sitting here silently and you're not being served by a commentariat that basically has one thumb up his ass and one thumb in its mouth and is switching every f–king 30 seconds. Go do your job,' he continued. 'Find out what's going on with his hand. Find out what's going on with his capacity. Have people look at his slurred language. Have people look at the deterioration that's going on right now and the madness and the corruption and all of the other s–t that's going on … Look at what's right in front of you.'

Huckabee: State Department is evacuating Americans from Israel amid Iran conflict
US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee also posted actions people can take to remain safe including learning the location of the nearest bomb shelters. The State Department has begun evacuating American citizens and permanent residents from Israel and the West Bank, U.S Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee announced on social media as the Israel-Iran war enters a second week. 'The Department of State has begun assisted departure flights from Israel,' Huckabee wrote in a post on X on June 21 asking people seeking government assistance to fill out a form. Huckabee also posted actions people can take to remain safe including learning the location of the nearest bomb shelters, avoiding large gatherings and monitoring local media. The State Department did not immediately respond to questions asking about the number of Americans it expects to retrieve from Israel. The conflict started a week ago when Israel began conducting airstrikes against Iranian nuclear and military sites, primarily targeting uranium enrichment facilities to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons. The two countries have been engaged in aerial strikes while President Donald Trump is mulling over the possibility of U.S. involvement to help Israel destroy Iranian nuclear facilities. Hundreds of Americans have left Iran in the last week, according to an internal State Department cable seen by Reuters. Trump is expected meet his national security team on the evening of June 21 to discuss possible U.S. involvement in the conflict .

Why are B-2 stealth bombers being deployed to Guam, and what could come next?
As the war between Iran and Israel continues, Fox News confirmed earlier reports that B-2 stealth bombers took off from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri and headed to Guam. A Reuters report, quoting one U.S. official, said no order was given to move the planes beyond Guam. Reuters said it wasn't clear if the deployment was linked to the rising tensions in the Middle East. The UK Defense Journal reports the stealth bombers were accompanied by eight KC-135 Stratotankers, which would allow for midair refueling. The journal suggests the bombers' ultimate destination may be Diego Garcia, a U.S. base in the Indian Ocean. Here's what to know about the path that the B-2s might take, the role Diego Garcia has played amid escalating tensions with Iran and why the B-2s are critical to a possible mission at the well-fortified Iranian nuclear site at Fordow. Retired Navy Cdr. Jim "Puck" Howe told Fox News Digital the stealth bombers "can easily make it" to Guam in a single flight with one mid-air refueling. Howe said the Stratotankers' fuel capacities are unlikely to keep the B-2s aloft if their ultimate destination is the "significantly farther" island base of Diego Garcia. Howe says that while the U.S. "could attack [Fordow] from Guam," it "makes a lot more sense" to launch an attack from Diego Garcia due to its proximity to Iran. Diego Garcia is a base 2,400 miles south of Iran. Its strategic value lies in its deep-water port, a long runway that is "capable of accommodating heavy bombers and advanced satellite communication systems," Aero-News Journal reports. The U.S. has utilized the base when managing threats from Iran in the past. Two B-2s were deployed to Diego Garcia in March. The Islamic Republic of Iran threatened to attack the U.S. base in April. It is unclear whether any Iranian ballistic missiles are capable of reaching Diego Garcia. U.S. troops across the Middle East are said to face increased risk of attack should the U.S. enter the conflict. Each stealth bomber is capable of carrying two 30,000-pound GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrators, which are believed to be the most effective means of destroying the Iranian nuclear site at Fordow, which may be dug in between 300 feet and 2,600 feet below a rocky mountain. Mark Dubowitz, CEO of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, told Fox News Digital "destroying [Fordow] from the air is a job only the U.S. can do."
