Photo byThe Kentucky Wildcats women's basketball team saw a shakeup on Tuesday as three players officially entered the transfer portal following the team's second-round exit from the NCAA Tournament.
According to On3's Talia Goodman, 6-foot-7 center Clara Silva has entered the portal with a 'do not contact' tag, indicating she likely already has a destination in mind. The Portugal native played in all 31 games for Kentucky this season, averaging four points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game while shooting 56.5% from the field. Silva, a promising rim protector, will have three years of eligibility remaining at her next school.

Shortly after Silva's announcement, junior guard Saniah Tyler also entered the portal, according to Phoenix Stevens. Tyler played a rotational role for the Wildcats this season, averaging 2.3 points and 1.2 rebounds in 12.3 minutes per game. While her role was limited, she brought experience and depth to Kentucky's backcourt.
Additionally, freshman guard Tanah Becker has decided to transfer, a source confirmed with Stevens at KSR. The 6-foot-1 guard originally committed to Kentucky under former head coach Kyra Elzy but saw minimal playing time in her first season. Becker appeared in just four games, averaging 1.8 points per contest.
These departures signal potential roster changes for Kentucky heading into next season. With head coach Kenny Brooks set to hit the transfer portal again, the Wildcats will look to reload and build upon their NCAA Tournament appearance.

3 Texas A&M baseball players will play in the Cape Cod League this summer

3 Texas A&M baseball players will play in the Cape Cod League this summer Texas A&M's 2025 baseball season ended disappointingly after missing the NCAA Tournament for the first time in nearly 20 seasons. While some believed first-year head coach Michael Earley would not be retained, Texas A&M Athletic Director Trev Alberts made the brash decision to bring him back for the 2026 season. With Earley's return, the 37-year-old skipper will need to replenish the roster after star outfielder Jace LaViolette announced his departure, likely to enter the 2025 MLB Draft. Meanwhile, several veterans, including starting pitchers Ryan Prager and Justin Lamkin, have yet to decide on their future. However, outfielders Gavin Grahovac and Terrence Kiel III were the first players to announce their return, followed by sophomore catcher Bear Harrison. This week, it was revealed that three Aggies, including Bear Harrison, will participate in the annual Cape Cod League, with pitcher Luke Jackson set to play for the Chatham Anglers. In contrast, Harrison and second baseman Ben Royo, who has yet to announce his return, will play for the Falmouth Commodores. This is a good sign that Jackson and Royo will both return to the Aggies in 2026, and if shortstop Kaeden Kent follows suit, Texas A&M's 2026 infield will be well equipped, especially with Cliff Pennington joining the staff as the program's newest infield coach. The Cape Cod League is another opportunity for rising college players to continue playing throughout the summer, avoiding any drop-off and sharpening their skill sets. Suns grab Florida basketball star Walter Clayton Jr. in latest CBS Sports mock draft

Suns grab Florida basketball star Walter Clayton Jr. in latest CBS Sports mock draft Former Florida basketball guard Walter Clayton Jr. is projected to be drafted by the Phoenix Suns with the 29th overall pick in CBS Sports' latest NBA mock draft. Clayton is coming off one of the most decorated seasons in program history. The 6-foot-2-inch guard set a single-season school record with 713 points, captured Final Four Most Outstanding Player honors and shot 38.6% from three-point range while leading Florida to a national championship. CBS Sports' Gary Parrish praised Clayton's "unique shot-making profile," noting that the former Iona transfer averaged 22.3 points and hit 43.5 percent from beyond the arc over six NCAA Tournament games. Phoenix could view Clayton as a potential instant-offense option off the bench, thanks to his deep range and proven clutch gene. His winning polished game and winning pedigree also make him an attractive selection during the late first-round window. Here is everything Parrish said about Clayton and why he thinks the Suns will draft him in the 2025 NBA draft. What CBS Sports said about Clayton "Clayton was the star of Florida's national title run while averaging 22.3 points on 43.5% shooting from beyond the arc in those six NCAA Tournament games. There are concerns about his decision-making and approach to defense, but the Most Outstanding Player of the 2025 Final Four is such a skilled and unique shotmaker that he's worthy of a serious look this deep in the first round by a Phoenix franchise that probably needs to hit the reset button." Troubled Cowboys Ex Issues Stunning Statement About Antonio Brown Arrest

Troubled Cowboys Ex Issues Stunning Statement About Antonio Brown Arrest originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Adam "Pacman" Jones, who played one season with the Dallas Cowboys in 2008, pleaded not guilty this week to multiple charges following his arrest last weekend in the Cincinnati/Kentucky area. The 41-year-old was arrested by Covington Police and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct and assault of a police officer or a probation officer. Advertisement Meanwhile ... Former Pittsburgh Steelers great and fellow controversial figure Antonio Brown is currently wanted in Miami-Dade County on an "attempted murder with a firearm" charge after a shooting that Brown was allegedly involved in during a celebrity boxing event in last month. Jones, a defensive back, and Brown, a wide receiver, squared off against each other on the field. Now they're each facing their own troubles with the law. Pacman posted a $10,000 bond and was released from police custody. Brown is, according to his warrant, instructed to post a $10,000 bond and remain at his house until trial. Advertisement We've heard from Brown, who says 'What doesn't kill me makes me stronger,'' and "Wanna play? Then play hard.' Brown also responded with a series of posts on X, including a video of him in boxing gloves, riding a bike, and another picture accusing somebody else who "did it". Jones now has something to say about Brown's situation. 'How long you think AB gonna be on the run?," Pacman said in a video posted to social media. 'I bet you it gonna be longer than [72 hours]. I ain't no lawyer here so he ain't lawyered up, which is a dumb thing.' Brown was detained by police after gunshots were supposedly fired at the boxing event. But now, according to the warrant, witnesses have told police officers that Brown was the shooter, and that two shell casings were found at the scene. One man involved in the conflict alleged that Brown "began to run toward him with a firearm" and shot at him twice. Advertisement For Brown, 36, this is the latest in a disturbing string of incidents tying to legal and behavioral issues since the controversial end to his NFL career where he marched off the field and was released. Jones' arrest is his fourth since 2021, and he has been booked for a public intoxication charge three consecutive years. Last year he was arrested by Arlington police for assaulting an officer after the Jake Paul-Mike Tyson fight at AT&T Stadium. Now both in disputes with the law, it appears Jones and Brown are competitors once again. ... This time in who can be make the biggest series of alleged missteps in their post-football lives.
