Amoroso; and Sparkle GMA Artist Center Senior Talent Manager Tracy Garcia. Also in attendance were cast members Mikee Quintos, Sofia Pablo, Allen Ansay, Matt Lozano, Althea Ablan, Rolando Innocencio, Sienna Stevens, Euwenn Mikaell, and more. Mikee, who is part of the first short film that tackles the characteristics of being Godly, said that she feels honored to be part of the project. 'I'm honored na sa 'min na-trust 'yung isa sa mga, for me, ang pinaka-importanteng value. Kasi siyempre dapat Siya 'yung inuuna natin, 'di ba?' she said. The event also gathered a prestigious guest list including client representatives from campaign partners alongside other advertisers. 'Ganito Tayo, Kapuso' is a joint effort between the GMA Sales and Marketing Group, the Program Support Division, GMA Post Production, and Sparkle talents. Director Paul Ticzon said that he is extremely happy and proud after the successful screening. ''Yung effort kasi behind all the shorts by everyone, siyempre hindi 'yon easily makikita. But knowing and remembering what we went through, tapos seeing how people reacted to it, parang bawi lahat ng pagod,' he said. Director Vince Gealogo admitted that the project has been really challenging but also emotional. 'Naging very close 'yung mga tao. The collaboration was very wonderful. Everybody contributed,' he said. 'Ganito Tayo, Kapuso' will be available to the public on August 17 at TriNoma in Quezon City. —CDC, GMA Integrated News

Julie Anne San Jose shares lessons she hopes will stick with her 'The Voice Kids' team

Julie Anne San Jose is set to be a coach for the second time on 'The Voice Kids' this year. Ahead of meeting a new set of #JuleSquad, Asia's Limitless Songbird shared what she hopes to impart to them. First is that they are part of a competition where someone will win and the rest will lose. 'So whatever happens, just always perform or sing like it's your last performance,' she said in a group interview. 'Give your 101% best and commitment sa lahat ng gagawin nila.' Julie Anne also said she hopes the kids will ask for guidance and 'always, always, always have faith in yourself no matter what.' The singer added that the challenges and experiences along the way are 'part of growing up. It's part of life.' 'Lahat naman talaga, hindi natin pwedeng laktawan kasi because definitely we have to go through that phase,' she said. 'I also went through that. Hindi magiging madali 'yung journey pero you always have to look back sa roots mo at kung bakit mo ginagawa 'to,' she added. Finally, Julie Anne said, 'Always love what you do.' The new season of 'The Voice Kids' was teased in July, with a photo of Julie Anne and new judges Zack Tabudlo and Ben&Ben. Julie Anne was in London last month for the London Barrio Fiesta. She also explored the city with boyfriend, Rayver Cruz. She's the voice behind the theme song for 'Sang'gre.' —JCB, GMA Integrated News
