Amanda Holden's Golden Buzzer act, The Blackouts, who stormed the semi-final vote earlier this week, are hot on their heels at 13/8.
Meanwhile, Harry Moulding is sitting at 7/1 to win when the live final kicks off tonight, Saturday May 31, at 7pm on ITV.
Olly Pearson, who won a Golden Buzzer early in the series, is trailing just behind at 8/1.
A pack of other acts are battling it out at longer odds – including Ping Pong Pang and Stacey Leadbeatter at 12/1, and Binita Chetry as an outsider at 20/1.
Bringing up the rear are Joseph Charm and Vinnie McKee, both longshots at 33/1, while Jasmine Rice is languishing at 40/1.
William Hill spokesperson Lee Phelps said: 'Hear Our Voice have struck a real chord with the public and are now the ones to beat in Saturday night's final.
"Their odds have shortened to 6/4 after their powerful semi-final performance.
'The Blackouts, who've been fan favourites from the start, are still strong contenders at 13/8 – but momentum seems to be shifting towards the choir, whose emotional story has really resonated with the nation.'
However, KSI has tipped Stacey Leadbeatter to win the show.
Today on ITV's Lorraine on Friday, new Britain's Got Talent judge KSI, 31, tipped the singer to scoop the crown

Speaking to host Andi Peters, he said: "Stacey (Leadbeatter) honestly, I hope she wins.
"Like, I love Stacey. And her story's phenomenal.
"Because, you know, working at a chicken shop and then being able to come through in front of an audience like that and sing her heart out.
"I was just like mind blown. I was like, she needs to win this."
Stacey Leadbeatter wowed the judges and audience with her audition, singing Leona Lewis' version of Snow Patrol's Run.
She had only performed once in public before her BGT appearance and had to retrain her voice due to a speech impediment.
She said: "It is extremely hard, I have a video of me singing from four or five years ago and you couldn't actually understand properly what I was singing due to the severity of speech impediments.
"So during lockdown I used to sit through like adult speech therapy sessions on YouTube and then I'd introduce it into my singing.
"If I don't do certain exercises for say a couple of weeks at a time, I will start to revert back to how I was."

Over the course of six episodes, the pair will discuss the downsides of celebrating your 150th birthday and consider whether human civilisation peaked with the penny-farthing. Richard and Warwick will deliver equal parts naive enthusiasm and sharp scepticism as they tackle the key questions facing our collective future. With assistance from comedic performer and popular science writer Helen Keen and expert guests providing actual facts, listeners will be taken on a hilarious yet informative journey – from robots to relationships – to unravel a future that nobody has ordered, but everybody will receive. Article continues below Warwick said: "I'm absolutely thrilled to have worked with Richard Ayoade on Audible's brilliant new podcast series, 'Future Tense'. His brilliantly dry wit was the perfect counterpoint to my optimism and made for a fun, dynamic collaboration, and I learned a lot along the way too." Richard added: "When I was first asked about this podcast I thought it was a bad idea, but then maybe it could be ok. And now we've made that bad or maybe ok idea a reality. I hope you listen and agree." Meanwhile, Warwick previously hosted the ITV afternoon quiz show 'Tenable' and has urged fans to rally together to get the programme back on screens after it was axed last year. Article continues below The 55-year-old actor said: "Presenting 'Tenable' was one of my favourite things to do. "I loved the show. People tell me they still watch old episodes now and enjoy it. I feel like I should video people on my phone when they say, 'We miss Tenable', and then send them to ITV!" 'Future Tense with Richard Ayoade and Warwick Davis', an Audible Original, will be exclusively available from June 5th 2025 at Membership may be required.

Outlander star returns to screens in major series announcement
A second season of ITV detective drama Karen Pirie is on the way, with Lauren Lyle in the leading role and ex-EastEnders actress Emer Kenny co-writing and starring Writer and actress Emer Kenny has hinted at the return of ITV's detective drama Karen Pirie, featuring Outlander's Lauren Lyle. The show, which debuted in 2022, adapts Val McDermid's Inspector Karen Pirie novels and stars Lauren as the lead character. With production credits from the teams behind Line of Duty and Bodyguard, the series portrays Lauren as a "young and fearless Scottish investigator with a quick mouth and a tenacious desire for the truth". In its inaugural season, viewers followed her character as she reopened the 25-year-old case of Rosie Duff, a barmaid who was attacked, stabbed, and left to die. A true crime podcast brings the cold case back into the limelight, with DS Karen Pirie spearheading the reinvestigation. As she delves into the past of three men who were once suspects but never prosecuted, she unravels a tangle of lies and secrets, navigating through complex motives to pinpoint the real killer. The show earned an impressive 91% on Rotten Tomatoes, with audiences praising it as "a classic British crime drama with a nice modern touch to it". Emer, formerly of EastEnders fame, who also contributes as a writer and actor on Karen Pirie, has provided an exciting update regarding the forthcoming series. "My show, Karen Pirie, season 2 of that is coming out this summer," she disclosed in a chat with RadioTimes, adding: "Which is really exciting, because it's been a while since we've finished shooting it. "So I'm just really pumped for it to be out in the world on ITV on Sunday nights." She tantalised fans with a hint: "This time it's about a kidnap of a billionaire heiress, so it's a little bit more epic, a little bit bigger, and I'm just really excited for people to see." Following a "really nice" response to the debut series, Emer shared her aspiration to deliver to her fans "something that is just as good". The forthcoming second season is set to draw on A Darker Domain, the second novel of McDermid's collection. It will consist of three episodes, each two hours long. Lauren opened up about the upcoming series, remarking: "I'm thrilled that we will continue the life of our fearless young detective Karen Pirie, and of course, her bumbag. I've known for a while how well the show has gone down behind the scenes, so it's been a joy to see audiences want more. "It's a creative honour to work alongside Emer Kenny with the backbone of Val McDermid's story. Season 1 was incredibly exciting, building an original character we hadn't seen before. I look forward to getting the gang back together and finally being able to answer the question: 'Please say there will be a season 2?' with an 'Oh yes.'" ITV has whetted the appetite for the next instalment, revealing: "In this second season, Karen reopens the investigation into the unsolved kidnap of a wealthy young heiress and her baby son back in 1985." Karen Pirie is available to watch on ITVX.
