
Wheat harvest season begins in Ibb's Yarim district
Ibb – Saba:
Bani Shaiban Multipurpose Agricultural Cooperative Society on Wednesday launched the wheat harvest in "Qa' al-Haql" area of Yarim District for the winter season 1446 AH.
At the inauguration, Yarim District Directors Mohammed al-Khalid and Mohammed al-Darwani praised Bani Shaiban Society's efforts in motivating farmers and contributing to self-sufficiency.
They highlighted this as an achievement in enhancing food security, reducing foreign wheat imports, and promoting self-reliance, especially given the country's current challenges from ongoing aggression and blockade.
The association's secretary, Ali Saleh, stated that the society aimed to cultivate 128 hectares of wheat, along with broad beans, soybeans, peas, and corn.

Taiz officials conduct Eid visits to frontline fighters
Taiz – Saba: Various officials and social figures in Taiz province on Sunday conducted Eid al-Adha visits to fighters on several fronts within the province. Shura Council member Abdulrahman al-Jarzi, General Mobilization Officer Mohammed al-Khalidi, and Maqbana District Director Abdulrahman Ibrahim inspected fighters on "Saqam" front, exchanging Eid greetings and discussing military victories and Yemen's support for Palestinians. Social Unit Officials Hamis al-Habari and Rakan al-Naqeeb, along with other notables, visited fighters in the 35th Armored Brigade, presenting them with a convoy of sheep, cows, and food supplies. Additionally, Jabal Habashi District Director Mohammed al-Mansoub and Deputy Head of General Mobilization Mohammed al-Jaradi visited defenders on al-Ain and al-Sarahim fronts.
