"In this house we love and protect: Kamilla Cardoso, Angel Reese, Paige Bueckers, Dijonai Carrington, A'ja Wilson, Naphessa Collier ... And no weapons formed against them shall prosper," another commented.
"Dijonai, what do you have for me today?" another person asked.
"Love seeing the Lynx bring that energy!" a user exclaimed. "Let's go, Minnesota! 🔥"
It hasn't taken long for Carrington to make her presence felt in the Twin Cities. In her first two games with the Lynx she's posted stat lines of: 13 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals & 12 points, two rebounds, two steals and a block.
When DiJonai found out she was being traded to Minnesota she told reporters about how much she was looking forward to joining such a great group of ladies.
"I was excited," Carrington admitted Thursday. "Like I said I'm a winner, and this is a winning organization. So to be able to come in here this late in the season for a team that's already No. 1 and to feel like there is something you can bring to even boost that what they already are with a five, six game cushion. It's definitely a good feeling."
