EXCLUSIVE Artem Chigvintsev buys $915k house in Napa Valley after ex Nikki Bella is awarded marital property in divorce settlement
Artem Chigvintsev has purchased a new house in Napa Valley, California, after ex Nikki Bella was awarded their marital property in the divorce settlement.
The Dancing with the Stars alum and the two-time WWE Divas Champion settled their divorce on April 30 and the settlement terms both parties agreed on have since been revealed.
Nikki, 41, was awarded the former couple's marital home in Yountville, California, which she purchased in 2020 for $1,500,000, and he moved into shortly after.
In the judgment of divorce, Artem, 42, listed his address as a rental in Napa where he had been living from October 2024 until the time of filing the child custody document last month. He was paying $4,995 per month for rent, per real estate records.
He moved out of the marital home he shared with Nikki after his arrest, which took place in August, when he was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence. Charges were dropped a month later due to lack of sufficient evidence, according to the Napa County District Attorney's Office.

The pro dancer has since purchased a new home in Napa Valley as of May 13.
According to the deed exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, Artem is now the owner of a three-bedroom, three-bathroom property on a secluded street.
The 2,395 square-foot house is located on nearly five acres of land that is shielded by a ton of trees and gives way to views of the nearby mountains.
The home is less than 11 miles away, or a 20-minute drive, from his former marital home, which is now solely owned by Nikki and also has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Artem purchased the home two weeks ago for $915,000, but per real estate records, he took out a $640,500 loan, which he's expected to pay off by June 2026.
He has two other properties, which are in Los Angeles County.
In the divorce settlement, obtained by DailyMail.com, Artem was awarded his condo in Van Nuys, California, which he purchased in December 2022 for $323,000, and townhouse in Pacoima, California, which he purchased in February 2021 for $400,000.
Nikki was awarded their marital home - with the exes keeping their own furniture and furnishings - but Nikki had to return her leased 2023 Mercedes to Artem by February 2025 because it was in his business' name.
She also had to pay Artem an equalization payment in the sum of $200,000 to satisfy any claims related to the division of assets, debts, and reimbursements as a complete buyout of any and all spousal support obligations - which they both have waived.
The first $100,000 of that was due by April 30, the date the judgment was executed. And $50,000 is due by June 1, followed by the other $50,000 due by December 31.
In addition, she was ordered to pay Artem $3,500 per month for child support for their son Matteo. The parents share joint legal and physical custody of the four year old.
Nikki spoke candidly on the latest episode of The Nikki & Brie Show podcast about their divorce settlement and her reaction to the $200,000 'steal.'
'Our settlement is what everyone saw. Yes, I had to give him $200,000. Spousal support, alimony,' she said, as twin sister Brie Bella chimed in, 'That's what happens when you're the breadwinner.'
But according to Nikki, the $200,000 payout didn't leave her bitter - in fact, she shocked listeners by admitting she 'got a steal' in the deal.
The Total Bellas star also revealed a jaw-dropping comment from the judge who oversaw their private mediation.
'Our judge said at the end of it, "This is the first time in all the years I've done this where a woman had to pay a man,"' Nikki recalled. '"You should be so damn proud that you built such an empire that someone wants a piece of it."'
The couple got married in August 2022 in Paris. Their two-year marriage came to an end in September 2024 when the Total Bella stars filed for divorce
She added, 'It was nice to hear that… even though it hurts because I broke my neck for that money. That money, all that is my hard-earned money.'
Last fall, a judge in the case ruled that the exes would share custody of their only child, more than a month after Nikki filed for divorce.
She had initially petitioned the court for sole custody of their son and also asked for the court to appoint a supervisor for Matteo's visits with the Russia native and asked that her former spouse be ordered to attend anger management courses - all requests that have since been denied by the court.
Chigvintsev told the court at the time that he doesn't have anger-related issues. However, both parents were ordered by the court to enroll in parenting classes to help them remain cordial as they raise their child following their split.
The Nikki & Brie Show co-host and Chigvintsev both had restraining orders against each other, which were dropped in November 2024.
Nikki was granted a restraining order last year against Chigvintsev after accusing him of physical abuse. She said in legal docs that he had 'tackled [her] multiple times and pinned [her] to the ground while our child was present' during an argument over breakfast.
She also claimed that Chigvintsev had become 'increasingly angry, snapping at me and yelling' after not being asked to return to Dancing With The Stars for season 33.
Chigvintsev responded to the court that Garcia 'grew increasingly angry' with him on multiple occasions and had played the role of 'aggressor.'
The So You Think You Can Dance alum previously broke his silence over his shock DV arrest as he reacted to prosecutors declining to file charges against him over the incident.
'I am incredibly relieved and grateful that the domestic violence charges against me have been dropped,' he said in a statement. 'This has been an extremely difficult time for me. I am thankful that the truth has prevailed. My focus has always been and will always be, our son Matteo.'
According to his social media, the choreographer has been teaching master classes at local dance studios in Napa Valley.
There is no word yet on whether he'll be returning to Dancing With the Stars this fall after he was not asked to return last season, which was a decision reportedly made before his DV arrest.
DWTS pro Alan Bersten told DailyMail.com in a recent interview that he also is uncertain of Artem's future, and which pros will be back.
'Honestly, I haven't spoken to him in a while. I hope he's doing okay again. I don't know,' Bersten, who's dating his costar Emma Slater, spilled.
'Again, don't know if anyone else is back, so I hope the best for everyone...I haven't been in touch with him.

Jessica Simpson looks miserable reuniting with estranged husband Eric Johnson at daughter's graduation
Jessica Simpson appeared downcast Wednesday night as she reunited with estranged husband Eric Johnson to celebrate their daughter Maxwell's graduation in Los Angeles. Dressed in a simple yet elegant black dress, the 44-year-old pop star kept a serious expression while spotted outside a restaurant with the former NFL player, 45. The two, who legally separated in January after a decade of marriage, seemed to be marking the milestone with a low-key family dinner. Jessica stood with her arms crossed and managed only a faint smile as the couple's three children—Maxwell, 12, Ace, 11, and Birdie, 6—waited nearby outside the restaurant. Despite the tension, Eric remained courteous, opening the restaurant door for Jessica as they arrived and left the venue. The two rode in the same vehicle, though Jessica sat in the front passenger seat while Eric took the back, with a driver behind the wheel, per witnesses. Simpson publicly announced their separation earlier this year, and in a song released in March, she appeared to hint at infidelity—sparking speculation that cheating may have played a role in the split. Simpson — who once referred to Eric as her 'sexual shaman' — launched a musical comeback in March with her savage track Leave, which appears to insinuate Johnson stepped out on her. The lyrics - which involve telling a lover to leave - include: 'What we had was magic/Now you've made it tragic/Giving her what you gave to me/Now the well that you drank from is empty.' 'Your weakness made me lonely/Unholy matrimony/Did you do to her what you did to me? Was she on her knees?/She's everything but me.' She then sings about the man thinking about the other woman while having sex with her, stating she'd 'rather die than let you be inside me with her on your mind.' Around the same time, Jessica appeared to open up about the moment she confronted Eric just before their marriage officially crumbled. The two rode in the same vehicle, though Jessica sat in the front passenger seat while Eric took the back, with a driver behind the wheel, per witnesses During her surprise performance at Luck Reunion, Simpson recalled how her world 'turned upside down' after she followed a gut feeling to ask 'some very personal questions on the home front.' A TikToker captured Simpson appearing to recount asking Johnson the 'personal questions' before she performed her new 'heartbreak, pissed-off' track Leave. 'Like I said, I was out in Nashville and I had my heart wide open, I was in a very intuitive state and I had asked some very personal questions on the home front and I found out that my world had been turned upside down and that life was now very different.' 'I'm a very single lady,' she added, drawing cheers. 'You know, when we open our hearts, sometimes we're vulnerable and it just gets broken and maybe sometimes we forget that we've been broken for a really long time.' In January, Jessica confirmed the split through a public statement. 'Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,' Simpson shared. 'Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. 'We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family.'' The two were last photographed together during a family trip to Mexico in April 2024. Simpson and Johnson got married on July 5, 2014, in Montecito, California. After dating for four years, they tied the knot at San Ysidro Ranch in front of 200 guests. Simpson was previously married to Nick Lachey; they divorced in 2006. Their relationship was documented in the reality show Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica, which ran from 2003 to 2005, giving fans a peek into their lives. It was the second marriage for the retired NFL tight end. Eric was previously married to dance instructor Keri D'Angelo, with whom he separated in 2009 before finalizing their divorce in 2010. Simpson previously explained how the children she shares with Eric inspired her to return to performing. 'I'm doing this as a mother now, as a wife. I was a wife last time, but this is a very different marriage,' she told Bustle in July 2023. The Dukes of Hazzard actress noted that her kids have 'never seen' her perform live, explaining Maxwell saw her first concert with Kim Kardashian's daughter North West. In September, Simpson explained to People that she took time off from her career to focus on her family after marrying Johnson in 2014. After spending the summer working on new music in Nashville, Simpson said her kids are 'very excited, and they know that I'm living my dream and that's what I was born to do. 'To have them experience that with me is going to be really beautiful,' said Simpson. In August, Simpson opened up about her sobriety after an online troll told her to stop drinking. 'I haven't wanted or touched alcohol since October 2017 and it has been the best decision I've made for myself and for my family,' she wrote. 'Thank you for your concern, but you have me very misunderstood,' added Simpson. 'Sending love your way.'

Actress with a Bradley Cooper connection is unrecognizable in new glam role... can you guess who she is?
This Hollywood star's latest transformation is so good, she's almost impossible to recognize while on set with Nicholas Cage, Christian Bale and Kathryn Hahn. As she transformed into her role as Carol Davis in David O. Russell's upcoming sports drama film Madden, the actress looked straight out of a different era in a glamorous and retro look on Monday. For the role, she sported a voluminous, curly blonde wig, beaded necklaces and a glimmering dress with a 60s inspired print. Her character's wardrobe couldn't be more different from this performer's free-spirited, boho style, which makes identifying her just a bit more challenging. Are you able to recognize this A-lister, whose breakout role was playing Daniel Craig 's love interest in the 2004 film Layer Cake? Hint: Some of her most notable films include Foxcatcher (2014), American Sniper (2014), The Lost City of Z (2016), Live by Night (2016), and American Woman (2018). It's Sienna Miller, of course! This marks the first time she has been seen in character as Carol, who was married to Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis from 1954 until his death in 2011. Rumors that she was in talks for the role were first reported in April by Deadline. While the Raiders are now in Las Vegas, the team has remained in the Davis family since Al passed. Carol is now 95-years-old and is part-owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, after inheriting the team from her spouse. Their only child, son Mark Davis, 70, also inherited the organization and is now owner. After the team officially moved to Sin City's Allegiant Stadium, Carol helped christen the venue by lighting the Al Davis Torch Memorial ahead of the Las Vegas Raiders' inaugural game back in 2020. 'There's only one person that can possibly light it, and she's agreed to do it, that's the first lady of the Raider Nation -- my mom,' Mark told ESPN at the time. 'I get chills thinking about it. I get goosebumps thinking about it. Probably tears thinking about it. But there's nobody that could have lit it other than her,' he continued. 'Because it's really a tough time in the country, but also here in Nevada, we don't want to seem that we're celebrating or anything of that nature. But to have my mom light that torch means so much, and I think it will mean a lot for everybody in this valley, so I'm excited.' The biopic boasts an all-star cast, with Cage starring as Madden, Bale playing Al Davis and John Mulaney playing Trip Hawkins, the founder of Electronic Arts. Previously, Will Ferrell and Hugh Jackman were in early negotiations in the role for Madden while Tom Hanks was in discussions for Davis. Principal photography for the film began on April 24, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia.
