Tyla paired the look with a coordinated pink cardigan jacket, featuring sharp shoulders, square breast pockets and buttons running down the front placket as well. The singer completed the look with black heels for an added touch of sophistication.
Tyla accessorized her ensemble with a bold statement necklace and classic Chanel earrings, designed with the French luxury fashion house's iconic logo in mind. The singer wore a necklace featuring a strand of pearls as well as the name 'Chanel' spelled out both horizontally and vertically.
Tyla added a few more jewelry pieces to her look, including delicate bracelets, a few rings and an anklet. She carried a black top-handle bag, as well. As for her glam, Tyla added some punk sensibility with her hairstyle, featuring a choppy fringe. Her makeup featured a clean aesthetic with lined eyes and a glossy lip.
Matthieu Blazy, who was named Chanel creative director in December 2024, debuted his fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection as one of the final shows during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday. The collection followed suit with Chanel signature tweed stylings, with added bursts of color.
'I am thrilled and honored to join the wonderful house of Chanel. I look forward to meeting all the teams and writing this new chapter together,' Blazy said in a statement provided to WWD upon his appointment to the role of creative director. The fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection marks Blazy's latest collection with the label since he began his tenure in early 2025.

Statement lips are still trending from those lined with an exaggerated dark liner to new bold lip shades like blue, you have options. Goodbye exaggerated five-head and alien-like features! However, endearing as it might seem, sticking jewellery on your face is not a thing anymore. Say no to embellishment. If you were ever able to achieve wet-look hair, here's a slow clap for you! We are relieved it's over. Scent alert Sparkling, astonishing, mystifying: for Chanel, Chance is never a matter of coincidence. It arises from a timely encounter, a purposeful meeting. It lands at the very heart of the chessboard of life, in splendid style, following the guiding fragrance trail of Gabrielle Chanel, who went so far as to say that chance was her soul. It can be taken audaciously, created courageously, in a loud and clear voice, and it can be seized with an opening gambit that aims high. Chance is a fragrance for those who, like Chanel, believe that Chance favours those who know how to seize it. The Faux Filler Extra Shine Lip Gloss, R515, is so glossy that it's distracting. It smoothes and blurs fine lines. The true buzz is that it also gives a lip filler effect without the tingling sensation; just full looking, high-shine lips in one slick of the wrist. Packed with active ingredients like vitamin E and also infused with vegan, this one-of-a-kind formula contains plant-derived melted waxes that give the gloss a cushion-like texture and multi-dimensional shine. Sleek Sophistication From the mirror-like shine at Versace to the sculpted silhouettes at Saint Laurent, sleek hair dominated the Fall 2024 runways. The glass-like straight style is undoubtedly the easiest way to channel this trend, versatile enough to work on various hair lengths and textures. Creating the look is as simple as straightening with precision, with the key being a high-quality heat protectant and smoothing serum for that runway-worthy shine. If you're feeling more adventurous, try the wet look sleek style. Part your hair sharply and apply a styling gel from roots to mid-lengths for that just-stepped-out-of-the-shower effect. Slick behind the ears or create a low, tight bun for maximum impact. Don't stress about absolute perfection – what matters is the glossy finish. Finish with a lightweight holding spray to maintain the structure, and you're runway-ready! View this post on Instagram A post shared by Thando Thabethe (@thando_thabethe)

Ryan Coogler Confirms Denzel Washington Has a Part in 'Black Panther 3'

Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Entertainment gossip and news from Newsweek's network of contributors Back in March, "Sinners" director Ryan Coogler reacted to Denzel Washington's public statements about appearing in "Black Panther 3" and while it was something Coogler seemed excited about, he stopped just shy of confirming it. Now, Coogler has confirmed not only that he has talked to Washington about showing up in "Black Panther 3", but that he has written a role specifically for the two-time Oscar-winning star. Read More: James Gunn Wants Peacemaker to Fight Batman Appearing on "7PM in Brooklyn with Carmelo Anthony", Coogler was asked if there had been conversations with Washington or if he was writing a role specifically for the actor. Coogler's answer: "All of that. All of the above, bro." Denzel Washington poses at the opening night after party for "Othello" on Broadway at Tavern on The Green on March 23, 2025 in New York City. Bruce Glikas/WireImage He went on to praise Washington, saying, "I think he's the greatest living actor. And in terms of what he means to our culture, forget about it. I've been talking to him about this for a long time." Coogler's confirmation that he's written a part for Washington shouldn't be too much of a surprise. Back in March, Coogler said "Yeah, I've been dying to work with Denzel, man, and I'm hoping we can make that happen." "I have every intention of working with him in ['Black Panther 3']. As long as he itches to do it, it's gonna happen. You know, he's a living legend and a great mentor for so many of us. He's all about looking out for us now." As far as who exactly Denzel Washington would play in "Black Panther 3", Coogler is keeping that to himself. That hasn't stopped fans from speculating, of course, with some even guessing his character might be from another part of Marvel's multiverse and could be a variant of T'Challa's father T'Chaka, or perhaps even T'Challa himself. One popular fan-casting is the villain Achebe, who was created as a kind of eccentric mix between Kaiser Soze of "The Usual Suspects" fame and the Joker. Not possessed of any special abilities, Achebe instead manipulates his ways into political power in Wakanda. Very little is known about "Black Panther 3" including whether or not it has a firm release date. Letitia Wright is expected to reprise the role of Shuri for the film, potentially appearing alongside Denzel Washington. Ava DuVernay's Array Sets Live Streaming Event With 9 Commissioned Artists On 5th Anniversary Of Its Law Enforcement Accountability Project

Ava DuVernay's Peabody-winning Array is celebrating the five-year anniversary of its Law Enforcement Accountability Project (LEAP) with a live, virtual gathering of all nine commissioned LEAP artists. The free event will stream exclusively at today, Friday, June 6 at 12 PM PST. LEAP was launched in 2020 as a response to the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, a moment that catalyzed a global movement demanding justice and transparency in law enforcement. Rather than respond with a film or documentary, DuVernay activated a collective of artists across multiple disciplines to tell the truth about the police abuse of Black people through storytelling and creativity. For the first time, all LEAP artists will come together in a virtual artist forum to reflect on their creative process, their work and the continuing need for art as a force for justice. Moderated by Mercedes Cooper, LEAP curator and Array's EVP of Public Programming, the event will reflect on the legacy of LEAP's work over the past five years, and the ongoing importance of uplifting activist voices through artistic expression. 'LEAP was built on the belief that art can be a powerful tool to hold specific officers accountable,' said DuVernay. 'In marking this milestone, we honor the artists who dared to tell the truth, and the communities that empowered them to do so.'
