OMG Girlz Announce First Tour ‘the Name Stays' Following Tiny, T.I.'s Legal Battle With Doll Company
'The OMG Girlz never stopped being 'OMG.' We have always been sisters and have relished every opportunity to work together,' the group tells Rolling Stone. 'We shifted gears for a bit to focus on our personal lives—including motherhood and exploring our creativity as individual artists, but we always planned on making music together again.'

Zonnique 'Star' Pullins, Bahja 'Beauty' Rodriguez, and Breaunna 'Babydoll' Womack will kick off their four-night run on Aug. 30 with a show in Atlanta, before stopping in New York City, D.C, and Dallas. Tickets are on sale now. The tour marks their live comeback after dropping a pair of singles, 'Make a Scene' in March and 'Tea' last week.
The group says that the fight for their brand and intellectual property in court allowed the group time to 're-record some of our old music' and record new songs as well. 'We are so grateful to Tip and Tiny for helping us keep this dream alive, and for all of the love and resources they have and continue to pour into our creative endeavors,' the trio says of the Harrises. (Star is the daughter of Tiny.) 'We are excited to paint ATL, Dallas, NYC, and DC pink, purple, and blue!'
Last September, T.I. and Tiny were originally awarded $71.4 million in damages from MGA Entertainment, the toy company behind L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. dolls. The couple had filed a first lawsuit in 2021, alleging that MGA copied the image and likeness of the OMG Girlz — the pop-R&B group they formed in 2009 and disbanded in 2015 — for a handful of dolls launched in 2019.
MGA challenged the outcome of the lawsuit this year, calling the punitive damages given 'constitutionally excessive.' A judge slashed the $53.6 million punitive award down to $1 while leaving the $17.9 million award for compensatory damages in place. The judge claimed that evidence at trial failed to show MGA designers 'willfully' copied the OMG Girlz. Earlier this month, the Harrises filed paperwork looking for a fourth trial to recover the slashed award.
While the Name Stays Tour is OMG Girlz's first headlining run ever, the group reunited in 2023 and joined Xscape and SWV's Queens of R&B Tour last year.

Let's just say she didn't hold back her true feelings. "It's all a sociological study. They think that sports is better reality TV, I'm like, 'it's the same thing.' If I listen to ESPN for an hour, it's like watching the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta,' you know?" Obama said, via Fox News Digital. "It's the same drama, and they're yelling at each other, and they don't get along, you know?" The former first lady then suggested that Smith is just like most reality TV stars. "I mean, Stephen A. Smith, he's just like every other. So that's why I'm like, 'what's the difference?' It's just, you know, it's just sociological drama. I mean, the fact that people over seasons of working still can't get along. They still have the same arguments, you know, and it's not just women. But this happens in sports, too. Nikki Bella Suffers Breast Implant Injury On WWE RAW
Nikki Bella is down but not out. Nikki competed in an eight-woman tag team match on the July 28 episode of RAW. During the match, Piper Niven elbow dropped Nikki. Now, Nikki shared that she was actually injured during the exchange, as her breast implant had shifted. The two-time WWE Divas Champion revealed the news during a new episode of the Nikki & Brie Show. Nikki was discussing how much she enjoyed the match, which saw her team with IYO SKY, Rhea Ripley and Stephanie Vaquer against Naomi, Alba Fyre, Chelsea Green & Piper Niven. She then said she was in a bit of pain before Brie spilled the beans on what happened. 'I didn't want the match to end. I was in a little bit of pain. But I didn't want it to end,' Nikki said. 'I mean, [is] your implant OK?' Brie quipped. 'It's stuck in your ribs.' 'I had to go to the doctor yesterday to get my tit looked at,' Nikki explained.
