Beyoncé Wears a Wet-Look Minidress, Fringe, and Latex at Her Final Paris Cowboy Carter Show
THE RUNDOWN
Last night, Beyoncé wrapped the Paris leg of her Cowboy Carter Tour and debuted a few new looks for the occasion.
At the Stade de France, where she performed for three nights (on June 19, 21, and 22), Mrs. Carter brought French fashion to the stage in a gray custom Balmain minidress with a train, which was structured to look like wet fabric. She accessorized with sheer gloves, gold jewelry, a signature cowboy hat, and a long white coat.
Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles, posted a photo from the show of Balmain's creative director, Olivier Rousteing, posing in front of a screen that showed the look. In her caption, she wrote, 'I loved taking this photo of The incredible creative director of @balmain Mr @olivier_rousteing with his beautiful design of This dress @beyonce is wearing on the Cowboy Carter show tonight!'
At another point in the evening, the pop star slipped into a burgundy latex leotard with matching chaps, a trench coat, gloves, and another cowboy hat.
The artist also wore an all-silver outfit, a nod to the shimmery color that became an emblem of 2023's Renaissance World Tour. She wore a silver corset top with matching fringe chaps, the latter of which have quickly become one of her favorite wardrobe motifs on the tour thus far.
Outfits weren't the only new additions to the Paris leg. On opening night, Beyoncé was joined by her shotgun rider, Miley Cyrus, for a performance of their Grammy-winning song, 'II Most Wanted.'
Cyrus took to Instagram to celebrate the moment, writing, '@beyonce to be beside such a humble, gracious, legendary DIVA was a dream come true. Thank you for the opportunity to perform in Paris together & sing our song about friendship. To have learned from you & loved you my whole life, & then be standing together in matching gold looks is more than I could've imagined. As the finale to this trip supporting Something Beautiful, to close on something as beautiful as a stadium full of people singing 'II Most Wanted' with us was the ultimate firework. Thank you B. I'll be your shotgun rider for life. Big gratitude to the Cowboy Carter tour crew, you all were incredible for making this happen. Forever and always.'
Beyoncé will return to the U.S. on June 28 for her two-night stint in her hometown, Houston. After that, she'll hit Washington, D.C. and Atlanta before wrapping the Cowboy Carter Tour in Las Vegas on July 26. And there's still time to get tickets—see how to here.

R&B/Hip-Hop Fresh Picks of the Week: kwn, Khamari, $ilkMoney, AzSwaye, Rexx Life Raj & More
Amid Cardi B finally coming back 'Outside' and Jay-Z surprising attendees Beyoncé's final Cowboy Carter Tour show at Paris' Stade de France with spirited renditions of 'Crazy In Love' and 'N—as in Paris,' there was one news item that dominated the week of Juneteenth — Billboard staff's much buzzed-about ranking of the 75 Best R&B Singers of All Time. More from Billboard Wu-Tang Clan's Masta Killa Explains Why You Should Go Vegan in PETA Spot: 'There's Really No Excuse' Ice Spice Raves About Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce's Sense of Humor: 'They're Really, Really Funny' Lil Tecca Explains Why He Changed Creative Direction and How 'Grand Theft Auto' Influenced His New Album Released in four parts, Billboard's latest list quickly dominated both Internet and real-life conversations, as R&B lovers debated the vocal ability, longevity, catalogs, and careers of soul pioneers like Stevie Wonder and new-class leaders like Frank Ocean. Five-time Grammy nominee Tank, who landed at No. 67, took his Instagram Story, writing, 'I see these kinds of things and refuse to get [emotional]… lol I'm really a monster and I'll leave it at that.' On the other hand, Tamar Braxton, a four-time Grammy nominee who did not make the list, wrote on X: '… And [Billboard] got that best singers of all times list wrong if Kelly ain't on there… everyone have a blessed day,' later clarifying she meant Kelly Clarkson, who earned an honorable mention for Billboard's Greatest Pop Stars of the 21st Century ranking last year. While debates rocked the R&B world, hip-hop enjoyed the beginnings of what could be a battle between Pusha T and Travis Scott after the former directed the following lines at the latter on Clipse's new 'So Be It' single: 'You cried in front of me, you died in front of me/ Calabasas took your b—h and your pride in front of me/ Her utopia had moved right up the street/ And her lip gloss was poppin', she ain't need you to eat.' With Fresh Picks, Billboard aims to highlight some of the best and most interesting new sounds across R&B and hip-hop — from Khamari's new D'Angelo-sampling single to kwn and FLO's X-rated link-up. Be sure to check out this week's Fresh Picks in our Spotify playlist below. After breaking through earlier this year with the Kehlani-assisted 'Worst Behaviour' and following up that momentum with the saucy 'Do What I Say,' UK R&B rising star kwn has unleashed her latest EP, With All Due Respect. One of the project's instant standouts is 'Talk You Through It,' an X-rated nod to the sensuality of slow jams past that marks the union of kwn and FLO, both of whom opened for Kehlani's Crash World Tour last year. 'Take me back to third base, lemme have a taste/ Know you love it when them tears roll down my leg/ You can spit it in my mouth, know that you allowed,' the girl group harmonizes over sexy electric guitars and immersive synth arrangements. — KYLE DENIS In the same week, Rexx Life Raj led Oracle Park in a rendition of 'Take Me Out to the Ball Game' for the San Francisco Giants and also released his introspective 'Dim My Light' single. Even after suffering excruciating losses in his personal life, Raj continues to trek on through the heartbreak. Don't be fooled by his million-dollar smile on the outside, as Rexx Life Raj isn't going to let anyone take his kindness for weakness and downplay his artistry. He's continued to elevate and put in the work at a feverish pace, so anyone still sleeping on Raj's shine, that's their loss. — MICHAEL SAPONARA The beat was originally made by Fred again.. live on PlaqueBoyMax's stream when the popular streamer took a trip to London — and it samples Doechii and Rico Nasty's 'Swamp Bitches,' with Big Smoke doing what he does best by merging elements of grime, garage, EDM and rap as he gives us lines like, 'Me, I'm like Wallo and Gillie with the game.' And with that, I would like to respectfully demand an album from these two — or maybe have Fred and Sammy Virji link up for a mad ting, with Skep handling MC duties. — ANGEL DIAZ On 'Hardheaded,' Samara Cyn paints a picture of moving through chaotic, unforgiving environments — whether it's brushing off street hustlers, dealing with family tension, or navigating personal struggles — with a steady toughness that borders on emotional detachment. The hook ('Let's be delusional') hints at using self-made narratives and confidence as a form of survival, even when reality bites. Samara flexes her ability to push through noise and pressure with sharp lines like, 'All the weight out in the world can't get over me,' but she also reveals the cost: her hardened shell and growing distance from vulnerability. The song captures the tension between resilience and emotional isolation, where being 'hardheaded' is both her armor and her obstacle. It's a track about grit, ego and the fight to stay grounded in a world that constantly tries to knock you off balance. — CHRISTOPHER CLAXTON After reclaiming his buzz with last month's 'Head in a Jar,' Boston R&B singer-songwriter Khamari rummaged through D'Angelo's storied catalog to flip a 200 classic into a rumination on the challenges of committing to the fullness of a magnetic romantic connection. 'Sycamore tree/ Your branches hang over me/ So hauntingly,' he croons as D'Angelo's 'Untitled' chords get new accompaniment in a beautifully morose horn section. — K.D. AzSwaye wants to have everyone dancing across Los Angeles this summer. The AzCult rapper returns with a smooth addition to your summer cookout and block party playlists with the Mike Free-produced 'Get Off.' Built around a catchy chorus and braggadocios bars, Swaye mixes in shrewd references to L.A. athletes with ease, ranging from Shaquille O'Neal to LeBron James and Mookie Betts. 'Up a Luka plus LeBron, that's a hundred ball/ Hundred days and a hundred nights I seen bodies fall,' he raps, while sneering at his detractors. — M.S. $ilk has been relatively active since he branched off from Divine Council around 2017, but has flown under the radar for the most part, even with a tape fully produced by Tyler, The Creator in I Hate My Life and I Really Wish People Would Stop Telling Me Not To. He now plans to drop his first project since 2022, as Virginia rap looks to have a solid year with the Clipse also making their triumphant return. The rapper out of Richmond sets off this cosmic slop of wordplay by spittin', 'You died and decomposed, fertilized my feet in which made me to grow/ No need for heat, I'll eat this pizza cold/ A n—a reachin' old but still young enough to freak Keyshia Cole/ And for the feature, I'ma need at least an elitist's soul.' Yeah, $ilk hasn't lost a step. — A.D. 'Prettiest Girl' is a confident, feel-good track about shooting your shot and going after who you want. Tyler openly admires a girl he's instantly drawn to, calling her the prettiest he's ever seen and making it clear he's serious about getting to know her. His verses mix charm with ambition, as he talks about building a real connection and future plans. Jacquees brings a smooth, grown vibe, highlighting that her natural beauty and confidence already set her apart. Both artists emphasize exclusivity, shutting out outside noise and focusing on what could grow between them. The song captures the excitement of a new attraction with a playful and intentional energy. — C.C. Best of Billboard Chart Rewind: In 1989, New Kids on the Block Were 'Hangin' Tough' at No. 1 Janet Jackson's Biggest Billboard Hot 100 Hits H.E.R. & Chris Brown 'Come Through' to No. 1 on Adult R&B Airplay Chart

Disneyland Paris booked for sick $150K ‘wedding' between adult and 9-year-old girl
Disneyland Paris workers were horrified to find a large wedding they were hosting was between a man and a 9-year-old girl — with the groom and child-bride's mom arrested in what is now thought to have been a sick $150,000 social media stunt. The French amusement park had been hired early Saturday for the ceremony in front of the Sleeping Beauty castle, with no forewarning that the bride was just a child, Le Parisien reported. Some 300 guests and a string quartet arrived at around 5 a.m., before the park was open for regular tourists — with horrified employees only then seeing how young the bride was, BFMTV reported. 5 Disneyland Paris was closed for a fake wedding between a 9-year-old girl and an adult man. BFM TV The 'scared and confused' little girl was wearing a wedding dress and five-inch heels 'taped to her feet,' Le Parisien reported. Staff called police, who arrested four of those involved — including the would-be groom, a 22-year-old British national, BFMTV said. They also arrested the 41-year-old mother of the 9-year-old girl, both of who had arrived in Paris from Ukraine two days before the sick ceremony, according to the report. Police also arrested two Latvian nationals, a 24-year-old woman recruited to play the role of the bride's sister, and a 55-year-old recruited to act as her father, BFMTV reported. 'The latter, who initiated the call to Disneyland Paris security, explained that he had been recruited to play the role of the bride's father for [$13,840] and had discovered at the last minute that the bride was 9 years old,' the deputy prosecutor of Meaux said in a statement. 5 A string quartet and hundreds of extras were hired for the vile stunt. BFM TV French prosecutors are looking at whether the wedding was a sick stunt for social media — one that cost at least $150,000. An ad was published online days earlier asking for extras, including 200 adults and 100 children aged between 5 and 15 to take part in a high-end wedding rehearsal, according to BFMTV. 5 The extras had no idea they had been hired for a sick stunt. BFM TV The oblivious extras met in Paris at around 4 a.m. on Saturday morning where a bus was waiting to take them to Disneyland. But at 6 a.m., park staff asked them to leave. 'We all thought we were going to attend a wedding… Everyone was stunned, no one expected it,' one of the hired extras told Le Parisien. 5 The park was hired out before it had opened to the public on Saturday. BFM TV 'Disneyland did things very well. They canceled everything as soon as they realized the bride was a child. We were shocked to see that,' they continued. 5 Disneyland Paris has been praised for quickly alerting police on realizing the bride was a child. Around $150,000 was spent on hiring out the amusement park and paying for extras, while the groom's appearance had been altered, according to BFMTV. 'The investigations, including the medical examination of the minor, a Ukrainian national, showed that she had not been subjected to any violence or coercive acts,' the prosecutor's office said, sggesting it was all 'a set-up.' Two people, the fake groom and the fake bride's sister, remain in custody and have been charged with 'fraud and breach of trust' against Disneyland Paris, which has also filed a complaint against the pair, BFMTV reported. Both were scheduled to appear in court in the town of Meaux on Monday as part of the opening of a judicial investigation. Disneyland Paris said it was' fully cooperating with the authorities in their investigation.':

Beyoncé Dominates London: COWBOY CARTER Tour Shatters Records and Serves Fashion, Power, and History at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Beyoncé did not come to play. She came to obliterate. And obliterate, she did, in heels, on a horse, draped in couture, and with receipts that scream global domination. Last night, Her Royal Highness of Cultural Supremacy wrapped up an earth-shattering six-night residency at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as part of her genre-defying, boundary-obliterating COWBOY CARTER TOUR, and the numbers are as disrespectfully iconic as the woman herself. Over the course of six sold-out, seismic, and soul-snatching nights (June 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, and 16), Beyoncé welcomed over 275,000 fans through the stadium gates and walked away with £45 million (that's over $61.5 million USD if you're nasty). In doing so, she didn't just break the stadium's records. She broke her own. Let that sink in. This woman outdid herself, and you know you're That Girl when your only real competition is you. In simpler terms, no one is touching this. Not in a decade. Not in a generation. Not in this lifetime. Maybe in the next dimension. Maybe. The COWBOY CARTER TOUR is more than just a music tour. It's a thunderclap of cultural reclamation, fashion warfare, and untamed Black Southern excellence. Each three-hour performance is a choreographed fever dream of Americana reimagined through Beyoncé's kaleidoscopic lens. Country, gospel, soul, rock, and R&B swirl like a sonic hurricane while visuals worthy of an Oscar ceremony elevate every note. The London stretch brought the looks, darling. And I do mean the looks. Beyoncé debuted jaw-dropping custom creations from British fashion juggernauts Stella McCartney, Burberry, and Vivienne Westwood. She served futuristic cowgirls from emerging UK darlings like Poster Girl and Off-White under Ibrahim Kamara. She still found time to flaunt Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Ferragamo, and a glittering set of Shola Branson jewelry like it was light work. It wasn't just a performance. It was an intergalactic rodeo of couture chaos and historic showmanship. Now that Beyoncé has transformed Tottenham Hotspur into her personal runway, church, and throne room, she's headed for Paris for a divine three-night engagement at Stade de France (June 19, 21, and 22). After that? She gallops back to the United States to serve celestial chaos in Houston, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Las Vegas. Oh yes, she's taking this sparkling rhinestone revolution globally, and nobody is safe. Let's not forget the empire behind the glamour. The COWBOY CARTER TOUR is produced by Parkwood Entertainment and promoted by Live Nation, with curated experiences provided by Vibee. Premium whiskey is poured courtesy of SirDavis, and unforgettable glam is delivered through Cécred, Beyoncé's own haircare brand. The Cécred Roadshow, a chrome-wrapped temple of follicular glory, will be making pit stops across America, featuring exclusive merch, samples, fan cams, and more. Naturally, Ulta Beauty, the nation's largest beauty retailer, is backing it all as the official beauty retail partner. Because when Beyoncé does beauty, she doesn't just drop products. She builds an entire universe of texture, fragrance, and follicles blessed by God herself. And in case you were wondering if the Queen does anything without purpose, no, darling. The BeyGOOD Foundation is riding alongside the tour with over $3 million in direct community investments, supporting scholarships, entrepreneurship programs, and disaster relief initiatives, including aid for wildfire survivors in Los Angeles. She's changing lives in a stadium, on a horse, and from the heart. There are tours. And then there's whatever COWBOY CARTER is. It's not just about selling out stadiums. It's about redefining genre, challenging whitewashed country narratives, and planting the Black feminine flag right at the center of America's musical mythology. Beyoncé's giving you Dolly, Tina, Aretha, and a lil' sci-fi cyborg showgirl all in one body and doing it in couture and custom boots. She's not just riding into town. She owns the damn town.
